• Adrian (10/5): I and my friend were stay at Sarkar Villa Very peaceful environment free of pollution - Breakfast is Amazing. They provide us hand making bread with delicious Vegetables including variety foods. and Green salad. Location is nice to connect with Metro by auto service until mid night. We explore various place in Kolkata. CC TV must be every common place

They were cordial, car - It was clean, well organized, well maintained, it has metro access, environment is like a beautiful garden, broad space to do party, good food and good service.. There’s nothing specific. All was good.

• Rejaul (2/5): Disappointing - Quaint little space.More or less quiet environment . .Warm welcome on arrival. Overcharged for every service. Exorbitant rates- felt almost held to hostage . While checking out. Indulgence in double speak. Did not provide me with list of services and their respective rates. Charged Rs 500/- for laundry for washing machine use. Only 2 undergarments 2 pieces of informal trousers and one shirt.Pushed for services I had not asked for irrational service charges imposed on Them. Rs 100/- for one category of service in one evening. Menacing and intimidating behaviour - almost like a person with bipolar disorder. At one point asked me to leave without paying. One could see the design behind it. This kind of character behaviour should be banished from the circuit. Greedy little man with big ambition disproportionate to the capacity. A person with endless charm indeed.

We really cheate, food are too much bad and costly or expensive, me and my old mother very much disappointed by torcher of so called manager , pls kindly this type of homestay misguided us. Stop them i Arrest the froud manager and owner immediately
• A (10/5): In one word I can say that my stay at this homestay is a wonderful experience. - When I was looking at various places on Booking.com especially hotels and homestays, their government raft caught my eye. I first check their profile pictures properly and see what benefits I can get. Their villa attracts me and I book. The best thing for me was that the brother himself came to pick us up at the railway station. This has never happened anywhere in my life. Then go to their house for hospitality. The way we got to mingle with the whole family was a big find for me and will be a memory in our lives. His two sons and daughter are very well. Their children were completely mixed with my child. It felt like my own home. Always made breakfast and dinner for us. We have not received this kind of hospitality in any homestay or hotel. In one word I can say that my stay at this homestay is a wonderful experience. I didn't find anything to complain about.

• Rahul (9/5): Superb - Mr Sarkar and his family was very cooperative and every way. They help to plan our day trip to Kolkata and also help our kids to feel like home. And whatever food we ordered was awesome. We loved it in all aspects. The approach to villa is bit cosy but once you reach the vills it all green everywhere. Which actually soothes your eyes.

There are three well appointed rooms with bathroom availability. Those there were very helpful and accommodating towards our busy schedule. Everything was clean and games were even available. Awesome stay.

Overall Impression: I cannot recommend this homestay highly enough. It's a gem for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with exceptional hospitality. My experience exceeded expectations, and I'm already looking forward to returning for another memorable stay.
