• Sinthiya (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms are tidy and well maintained. The service was good. Mr. Vinod and the team are doing a great job. They are very customer friendly and completely polite. Our stay was a hassle free one.The hotel is located in a prime location and is easily accessible. There are small hotels nearby with quite decent food . Overall the stay was good and the value for money.

• Nikhil (7/5): Good - Value for money, ok for a quick stay, not for leisure. More like a lodge setup but with a bit of luxury added like AC, a coffee maker and hot water. Overall good value for money. The room is small, also the toilet is not that greatly clean. Need to improve the door locks, our toilet door could not be locked from outside. Also they forgot to keep water bottle in one of the rooms that we booked. Covered parking space is limited, if there many guests with Vehicle you may end up parking outside.

• Mariyam (1/5): Extremely dissatisfied as AC was not working and we were not informed when I contacted - Rooms were clean and elevator was available at the premises therefore rooms are easily accessible. I booked AC rooms and as soon as I arrived at the airport I called to confirm the room. And upon arrival at the premises we were told that AC were not working in any of the rooms and that will be sorted the next day. The next day was a Sunday and we were told they had trouble getting technicians for repair. The next day also they said AC will be working before 11AM. And if it doesn’t work then we can checkout. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed us about the AC issue and when i asked how many days they have had the issue. We were told that today only this happened. But room boys said AC was not working for 5 days prior to our arrival. Due to this we stayed for 3 nights and checked out. Reliable information was not provided and deliberately they did not inform us regarding the AC issue before going to the premises as they know that it was near to midnight and we would have no option but to stay. At the time of checkout when i asked how much to pay, we were given 4 days total. Checked in on 6th night and check out was 9th January. It was only 11:30 at the time and check out time was 11am. Extremely disappointed with the customer service and the experience as a whole.
