• Murlean (10/5): The rental was much more accommodating than a hotel room. - Check out could be more accommodating. For Destin to be a tourist area, check out should be later than 10:00 am since check in is not until 4:00 pm.

• Michelle (7/5): A great, lower cost budget property in an ideal location. - For the money, the property was very reasonably priced. We normally stay at the Emerald Grande, however we were trying to keep costs down for this vacation. The location is great, being right on the harbor and within walking distance of some nice restaurants. The property is a good size and having dedicated parking in a secure gated area is ideal. As we are quite fastidiously clean people we felt that the property could do with a bit of a spring clean. There were some places where there was dust on and under furniture that looked as though it had been there a while, as well as hair in the closet drawers. There was also quite a prominent footprint stain on the main bedroom carpet, which was a bit off-putting for us as a first impression when we entered the property. It would have been useful to have beach/pool towels supplied as we did not bring any with us and we could have done with a pair of scissors and a bottle opener in with the kitchen utensils. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this property again.
• Jennifer (8/5): Great people watching! - Loved the location! Close to all the tourist stuff. I wish there was direct access to the harbor walk instead of having to walk all the way around. Other than that- all good!
