- Nakia (1/5): Bad - Booking canceled on us the day of, We got off the plane in the late afternoon with no wife and found out that our hotel has been cancelled. Lucky we have family in London that we could stay with, very last minute.
- Amotasan (1/5): I want my money back - I'm vey disapointed as I did't received the correct address of the appartmente before arrival to London. When I arrived I was at the address, called serveral times by phone to request the right address and send emails to requequest this information. I never received any answer and I had to book other hotel as it was getting dark and nobody contacted. The I received a mesaage the following day when I already was at other hotel. I have lost my money. I'm going to denounce you to Booking for fake accomodaytion offering and If I do not receive my money back I'm hgoing to denounce you and Booking to the Police. You have cheat me with a fake accomodation, not sending the right address of the apprtment at registration confirmation.
- Toy (10/5): Exceptional - Very central, close to Hyde Park in central London , beautiful location. The room is warm which is good for winter. It has a large window and is very close to Notting Hill tube station, embassies. I will most definitely be back Nothing.
- Thamer (1/5): Bad - We had booked two single beds and saw only one the other one came the day after, so we slept in one bed it was too tiny for two persons And He came into our room to kicked us out because we didn’t check out on time, unbelievable! Furthermore, we forgot something in the room after when we checked out and he didn’t answer to help us And this is my last book in “booking” and I will every one about my bad experience with “booking “
- Christopher (3/5): Locked in the bathroom - High ceilings, modern feel, relatively spacious. Many fixtures and fittings were broken, including the bathroom door handle, SO IT WOULD NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE - I GOT LOCKED IN. I eventually got out by finding a thin object to prise open the latch. Otherwise, the sheets did not feel clean, there was peeling paint on the walls in the bathroom and the shower drained slowly - almost overflowed. Not a good place; would have to be paid to return.
- Jessica (10/5): Home away from home - The studio is modern and chic also very clean and the host communicated well. The property is well located with great transport within central London.
