• Gaetano (4/5): - Bellissima la vista delle piramidi Ci è stato detto che la colazione veniva servita alle 8 e invece prima delle 9 non la abbiamo vista e visto che ci sono escursioni da fare è un po’ tardi come orario. La cosa più grave è stata che abbiamo prenotato una escursione con l’hotel in italiano ma si è presentata una guida in inglese e con anche oltre un’ora e mezza di ritardo e non abbiamo neanche avuto più tempo a disposizione (doveva durare circa 7 ore ma non è stata posticipata la fine dell’escursione nonostante il ritardo al mattino). Per questo motivo abbiamo avuto solo 10 minuti per la visita delle piramidi, abbiamo chiesto un rimborso visti i numerosi problemi avuti ma non ci è stato dato nonostante una grande insistenza nostra. L’escursione è costata 200€ e ci è stato pagato un taxi del valore di 16€ come rimborso, questo è stato il massimo

Manzaradan piramitleri görüyorsun Tur satıyoruz adı altında 4 katı taksi parası aldılar bizden. 15 dolarlık yer için 70 dolar taksi ödedik. Ya dedik ki açız saat gece 3, bi pizza söyledik. Adamlar da dışardan söylemiş bildiğin hazır pizza için 15 dolar ödedik. Airport shuttle var dediler 7 dolarlık yolu 25 dolara götürdüler bizi otele. Çarşaflar temiz değil. Kıllar vardı ve odayı temizlemiyorlardı.

Todos os funcionários com uma simpatia incrível e muito amigáveis, sempre prontos a ajudar… fui com os meus 3 filhos e o meu pequeno de 9 anos chora com saudades de todos. Obrigada por tudo. Limpeza 100% Wi-Fi fraca. E o pequeno almoço devia variar, pois é sempre a mesma coisa, apesar de ser muito bom e repleto de coisas boas.

Następnie właściciel zapewnił mi nocny transfer na lotnisko, przypilnował terminu wyjazdu, bo w Egipcie właśnie zmienił się czas, o czym nie wiedziałem. Restauracja na dachu bardzo sympatyczna, widok na piramidy robi wrażenie. Śniadania smaczne i obfite. Bardzo miła obsługa. Lokalizacja jest bezbłędna, obok wejścia na teren płaskowyżu Giza, czyli do piramid i Sfinksa. Na dole sklepy spożywcze. Nie jest cicho, ale w Egipcie generalnie nie jest cicho, więc w takiej lokalizacji trudno spodziewać się spokoju. Bardzo podobał mi się pokój, czystość i funkcjonalność, a mieszkałem już w czterech w tej okolicy na przestrzeni ostatnich lat.

We arrived at midnight without any issues, and they allowed us to check out an hour later. When I wanted to leave a review, I discovered that they had rated the room a 10 on my behalf. I've been traveling for years, and this had never happened to me before. We had booked a family room for 4, but they changed it to a double and a triple room, which was not what we wanted.

The breakfast was hand down the best that we had in Cairo, eggs, falafel, bread, yogurt, fruit, cheese, beans, tea. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and always there to help bring our luggage up the stairs or answer questions.

El personal siempre fue muy amable y tuvimos una buena estadía, hay recepción 24hs. El desayuno es completo y se pueden disfrutar buenas vistas a las pirámides. En la zona obviamente hay algo de ruido y bocinas. Respecto al contexto y todo lo que recorrimos creo que este hotel es una buena elección.

• Rosie (7/5): - Mohammed was so helpful, he fixed all the problems we had in the room and did everything he could to make us feel comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Every time we went to the terrace we were given a menu we did not feel comfortable sitting there. Also the music placed up there was loud and intrusive especially when it competed with the music from next door.

You can believe to this hotel and people in it. Very kind man! Very friendly staff! The breakfast is perfect! They will understand you and help you everywhere. Try orange juice! It was very tasty. It was difficult to find a good hotel in Giza. But I did it. Also you will see pyramids every morning for breakfast. The view is perfect! Come here and don’t be afraid! Here you can rest easy and safely

Çalışanlarla ilgili ve uçuşumuz çok erken saatlerde olmasına rağmen sabah dörtte bize erken giriş için imkan sağlayan İslam beye çok teşekkür ediyorum. Bu yıl üçüncü defa kullanıyorum oteli mart ayında tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyorum. Kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim.

• Maimouna (10/5): Hotel with a good location and good value for money - The staff are helpful and kind. The hotel is near the pyramids of Giza and you have a magnificent view on the rooftop. The noise of very loud music from the neighboring hotel.

• Barış (10/5): - Otelden genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Piramitlere yakın konumda olması, çalışanların konuklara yaklaşımı çok iyiydi. Özellikle Islam Bey'in misafirperverliği her türlü takdirin üzerindeydi. Bizi memnun etmek için elinden geleni yaptı. Oğlumuzun doğum günü kutlaması için pasta hazırlatması, terasta mini bir kutlama yapması çok güzeldi. Son derece memnun olduk. Kendisine buradan ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Terastaki cafeden piramit manzarasına karşı bir şeyler yemek-içmek son derece keyifliydi. Uygun fiyatli iyi bir konaklama için tavsiye ederim. Beyaz çarşaflar... Beyaz çarşafta zamanla oluşan ve yıkamayla çıkmayan birkaç leke keyif kaçırabilir. Renkli çarşaf kullanmaları bu sorunu çözecektir.

• Ludmila (10/5): Все отлично 😍😍😍 - Очень удобное Месторасположение, 3 минуты до входа на пирамиды,персонал очень хороший, Ислам всю дорогу был на связи, очень приятно встретил и все показал, даже подарили небольшие подарочки , цепочка с пирамидой и браслет, в комнате уютно и чисто, стояла питьевая вода, шампунь. Завтраки вкусные и сытные с видом на пирамиды. Выражаю персоналу большую благодарность, Всем советую этот отель, если вернусь обязательно зайду.❤️❤️❤️❤️ Можно было подумать об одноразовые тапочки.
