Région magnifique - La situation de l'appartement est top. le quartier, la proximité du bus, du petit supermarché, du port de Lapad L'hôte était sympathique et disponible. (lorsque nous avons eu le souci avec le garage, elle est venue rapidement) Le parking. En fait il s'agit d'un garage en sous-sol où l'on accède par ascenseur avec la voiture. Si la télécommande ne fonctionne pas, aucun moyen de rentrer/sortir... De plus, BOOKING devrait préciser qu'il est exclusivement pour petites voitures (heureusement nous avions loué une Opel Corsa !) et cet ascenseur-voiture ne dispose d'aucun "appel au secours" si blocage....bref ce n'est ni au top, ni rassurant... La propreté laissait à désirer dans les placards cuisine+chaises salon

• Olga (10/5): Потрясающий вид из окна. - Потрясающий вид на порт. Большие панорамные окна позволяли нам наслаждаться видами из окна. Всё в пешей доступности. Подземный гараж с лифтом-подьемником. Конечно можно было бы предраться к мелочам. Но в общем квартира просторная и было всё необходимое. Единственное, мне очень не хватало зеркала в полный рост.

• Solange (10/5): Apparemment moderne, propre et bien placé - Appartement moderne,propre et bien placé. Bus 6 à proximité qui permet de se rendre facilement dans la vieille ville. Commerce à côté pour faire des achats alimentaires. La vue est très jolie et tout est climatisé !
• Zfr Gzy (10/5): Muhteşem manzaralı balkon ile keyifli konaklama - Tesise vardığımızda Kristina bizi karşıladı. Asansörlü kapalı otoparkın kullanımını ve evin içini ayrıntılı olarak bize aktardı. Bölgede ve Old Town'da gidebileceğimiz yerler konusunda da tavsiyeleri oldu. Ev en az fotoğraflarda görüldüğü kadar güzel. 2 yatak odası 1 banyo 1 tuvalet, büyük bir salon ve deniz-köprü manzaralı büyük bir balkonu mevcut. Evin otoparkı kapalı ve asansörlü olduğu için aracınızı park etmeniz ve eve çıkmanız çok kolay oluyor. 3 dk'lık bir yürüyüş ile sahile ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Marina ve çevresinde çok miktarda mekan mevcut. Ayrıca araba ile 5 dk'lık mesafece çok güzel plajlar mevcut. Old Town'a gitmek için 6 nolu otobüsü kullanabiliyorsunuz (kredi kartı ile ödeme yapılabiliyor) Mutfakta ihtiyacımız olan her şey mevcuttu Her şeye bayıldık
• Giovanna (9/5): - Appartamento molto spazioso e arioso. Bellissimo il soggiorno finestrato con la terrazza. La casa era dotata di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, forno e tutto il resto. Due bagni comodi, uno dei quali con bidet e doccia. Aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. La posizione è super conveniente, con vista sul porto, e le spiagge sono raggiungibili a piedi. La proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile a venire incontro alle nostre necessità e imprevisti. In complesso esperienza più che positiva Un pò scomodo il garage con ascensore e manovre non proprio agevoli. La dotazione di stoviglie in cucina è un pò risicata.
• Chiara (7/5): Posizione bellissima ma all’interno dell’appartamento deve essere posta maggior attenzione - L’appartamento è in una posizione straordinaria vista bellissima. Purtroppo abbiamola trovato cose che dovrebbero essere più curate come il bagno perdeva acqua, il rubinetto di cucina era rotto ma funzionante e erano presenti delle formiche in cucina. E’ opportuno porre maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione
• Maryla (8/5): Pobyt zdecydowanie udany. - Apartament przestronny, dobrze zlokalizowany. W apartamencie wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Wieczorem spokojnie można było odpocząć na tarasie. Plaża kamienista w zasięgu 15 - 20 minut od apartamentu. Super kontakt z właścicielem, czekał na nas z kluczami oraz przekazał bardzo pomocne informacje. Podziemny parking w apartamencie, jeśli ktoś podróżuje samochodem. Blisko do restauracji. Dodatkowo najbliższy sklep (mini market) w odległości 1min od apartamentu, po drodze na plażę. Pobyt uważamy za udany. Może trochę hałas z klimatyzacji po włączeniu z pokoju obok.
• Kari-Anne Grov (8/5): Super leilighet som jeg gjerne kan leie igjen om jeg skal ned dit. - Fin leilighet med fin beliggenhet. Deilig og stor terrasse, fint med to bad. Nærhet til matbutikk og gangavstand til strender. Veldig hyggelig vert. Savnet basseng og litt sparsommelig med glass på kjøkkenet.

• Debbie (6/5): overall great location, views. - location, close to grocery shop, restaurants & beach. View from balcony of Marina. AC in all rooms. one bathroom & a 2nd wc. The property manager was very friendly & helpful providing advice on transport, restaurants & places to see. the property needs some maintenance, toilet seats wrong size & move, outdoor furniture not comfortable only one cushion for four chairs. Crockey set for 4 but only 2 bowls. There was not a quilt in 2nd bedroom on bed, a stained old quilt was in cupboard however the property manager was quick to respond to this & immediately came with a replacement quilt. TV is outdated.
• Sarah (9/5): Wonderful apartment. - The apartment was great, very clean and spacious with a wonderful view across the harbour. There was a supermarket three minutes away and busses, beaches, bars and restaurants within ten to fifteen minutes walking. The host kindly organised a transfer for us to and from the airport. A couple of more comfortable chairs or loungers on the balcony would have been great.
• Susanna (10/5): Great stay! - The view is amazing, and the location is great. Close to the scenic walks and restaurants/bars. Beautiful apartment, and we felt well taken care of by our host. The neighbor was doing some drilling during the day but it wasn't a big deal for us. Not a dislike but more a suggestion would be to provide some beach stuff like umbrellas and towels. And to have some sunchairs on the terrace.

• Kristína (10/5): Exceptional - The place was really nice and clean with a nice view. It was big enough for 4 people. Kitchen was well equipped so we could cook there anything we wanted. Our host was nice and helpful. Recommend! -

• Juozas (8/5): Very good - We came early and apartment owners accepted to let us in early. We are really thankfull. Also, view from apartment - amazing. Air conditioning in every room - that was a relief in a month of July. Shower was leaking, there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Also there were ants in the apartment. Washing machine is old, didn't work properly.

• Andrei (9/5): Wonderful views and location, comfortable apartment - Beautiful views of the harbour, bus station was close, as well as supermarkets. Clean apartment, comfortable, external shades to keep it dark and cool as needed, kitchen had most of the ammenities needed for small cooking. Coffee machine was a Nespresso, for which capsules are not readily available in the shops (as opposed to e.g. Dolce Gusto, which were also available in the apartment, but not compatible with the coffee machine).
