The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were professional, friendly, specially Mr Hussain in the reception and he was always ready to help with a smile and kindness. The location is excellent, the facilities are great, and the overall atmosphere made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Thank you to the entire team for the outstanding hospitality and service. - Joris (10/5): - My hotel room was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was also good, which is not frequent in most hotels in Dushanbe. Nothing in particular. My overall experience was very good. The hotel is not located in the heart of the city center though, which is to be taken into consideration for those who intend to visit the city by foot.

Персонал помог оформить ранний заезд без дополнительной платы и собрать завтрак с собой. Хорошая транспортная доступность отеля - до центра города можно дойти пешком. В 2х шагах от отеля есть банкомат для снятия наличности В номере высокая слышимость звуков как с улицы, так и из коридора. В душевой перепутаны смесители: когда выбираешь лейку, льется душ, и наоборот. По соотношению цены/качество чуть завышено

- AISULUU (10/5): Путешестние по Душанбе длиною в 3 дня прошло успешно, отлисное месторосположение, тихо, у дороги. - Мне предоставили трансфер, отель в 5 мин езды от аэропорта. Отель очень чистый, персонал каждый день убирал комнаты, постель меняют раз в 3 дня, но я попросила через 2 дня поменять мне не отказали. Номера просторные. Очень внимательный персонал. Примаются иностранные карты Visa. Жаль нет спорт зала.

- Alexander (8/5): Great value for money, convenient for the airport and city. - The hotel is convenient for the airport - about 5 minutes drive - but you don't notice any noise from landing or departing aircraft. Nevertheless the hotel is convenient for the city centre - walkable in the right weather, or about 1.5 USD in a taxi, of which many ply their trade along the road outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. An entirely bewildering shower control module. Personal preference, but the mattress was slightly over-firm.

Особую благодарность хочу выразить администратору Мафтуне на ресепшене: её приветливость, забота и искреннее участие сделали пребывание особенно комфортным. Она всегда была готова помочь, ответить на вопросы и создать атмосферу уюта. Отель расположен очень удобно - недалеко от аэропорта и центра. При этом район тихий и спокойный, всё необходимое - рядом. Номер был просторный, светлый, с панорамным видом. Интерьер продуманный, всё чисто, аккуратно и уютно. Отдельно хочу отметить завтраки - они были действительно вкусными и разнообразными. Каждый день предлагался широкий выбор блюд: от вкусных десертов и фруктов до горячих закусок и напитков. Спасибо за тёплый приём и отличный сервис!

- Humayon (2/5): - I was there with my fiancé and they told me that she couldn’t be with me and that they were not even gonna allow her to stay in the same hotel so we begged her to allow us because I’m an American and he says OK. Let me make a phone call without even telling me anything. He charges me for another room and charges me more for two nights than I was paying for three nights and doesn’t even explain anything. He just gives us two keys for two separate rooms on two different floors, which was kind of an insult and I was not happy about that, but he didn’t disclose the charges either until after I was checking out. The breakfast was disorganized we kept asking for stuff and it was just the staff was not very proactive. I feel ripped off and insulted and will never return back to this hotel again.

House keeping is wonderful and folds your clothes for you. Continently locate near the airport and city with free airport transfer. Owner is also at the facility and makes sure you are very well looked after.

The location is also great, just a few minutes’ walk from the airport, which makes it very convenient for getting to the city or back to the airport. A big thank you to Faridun for a smooth check-in. He speaks good English and gave me all the information I needed. Also thanks to Adolat at reception for quickly booking me a taxi, and to Husrav (I believe the owner) for making my check-out so easy. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Honestly, I would rate this hotel 11 out of 10. A fantastic stay. I’ll definitely come back!

- Andre (9/5): Ein tolles neues Hotel in Flughafennähe - Ein tolles neues Hotel in Dushanbe. Riesige saubere Zimmer mit super Ausstattung und wirklich nettem und freundlichem Personal. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur 2 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen Shuttle an. Ich komme gerne wieder! Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und etwas muffiger Geruch im Badezimmer. Ansonsten gibt es nichts Negatives.

The hotel is extremely modern and the rooms are amazing. Exactly what I'm looking for in a hotel. My only criticism is that the restaurant food, service and portions wasn't great and I had to eat at a different hotel every night but the reception staff and rooms genuinely made up for it and I had an amazing stay.

I made a mistake at the airport and took the wrong suitcase, it was very late at night and I did not have local currency, but the manager Ali called me a taxi, explained what to do and gave me money for the trip there and back!!! - Christine (8/5): Caring & Close to Airport - I arrived v.v.tired after 5 Stans'travel & wanted sleep before long flights home. Staff were perplexed by this staying in room but when a wedding's music + drilling next door interfered, they were brilliant: invited me to join the wedding, offered plate of fruit as apology then a free meal etc. Staff were so helpful esp. Reception young ladies with good English. Modern marble bathroom & room were fine tho' 250 odd TV channels were in Russian with no English channels but helped to watch via YouTube.

When they needed to make some minor repairs outside in the hall, they rang and asked if it is ok and either they may disturb me. Small details matter! Thank you.
