Romy (10/5): - Die Empfangsdame ist das perfekte Aushängeschild. Der Wellness Bereich ist super. Bett ist sehr hart. Als Lattenrost gibt es nur ein Holzbrett drunter. Das geht für ein 4 Sterne Haus überhaupt nicht. Der Balkon ist leider nicht zum Sitzen geeignet eher ein kleiner Austritt.

Mirjam (9/5): Tolle empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit wenig kleinen Mängeln, trotzdem unbedingt empfehlenswert. - Die Ruhe, der tolle Wellbessbereich, sehr gutes Frühstück. Größtenteils sehr nettes, zuvorkommendes Personal. In 500 Metern Entfernung Bahnhaltepunkt, von dem aus man sehr preiswert nach Karlsbad und Marienbad fahren kann, preiswerter als die dortigen Parkgebühren. Nach einer absolut ruhigen Nacht morgens beim Frühstück die zu laute Musikbeschallung. Im Saunabereich wäre vor der Dusche ein Vorhang schön, wenn andere Leute vorbeilaufen. Sollte jemand Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen haben, lieber bei Buchung ein Zimmer im 2. OG und nicht im 3. OG anfragen.

The hotel is beautiful, with a charming château-style design and a stunning, well-appointed room. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Breakfast offered a great selection and everything we tried was excellent. We also had a late lunch on our first day, which was delicious. Our daughter absolutely loved the atmosphere—she felt like a princess in such a lovely setting. A memorable experience we would happily recommend.

Leži stran od zgodovinskih zanimivosti ki so z avtom dostopne do 30 min, kar je idealno. Osebje prijazno, postrežba in hrana top. Sobe pa res grajske. Mir, bazen, savne, vse da človek res počije. Cena več kot ugodna za tako ponudbo. Priporočamo.

Roman (10/5): Určitě se rádi zase vrátíme a užijeme si relaxu. - Skvělý wellness, krásné pokoje a prostředí hotelu. Hotel je v klidné časti blízkosti lesa. Co mi nevyhovělo byla vana součásti pokoje. Byla hrozne úzká a to nejsem nikterak při těle.
Uta Thien (9/5): Idyllische Lage nahe Karlsbad. Tolle Zimmer, bequeme Betten und schöne Wellnessanlage - Unglaublich nettes Personal, wunderschöne Zimmer. Wir haben den Wellnessbereich genossen und die tollen Massagen (danke vor allem an Watzlaf). Auch das kleine, feine Restaurant haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Danke vor allem an das freundliche Frühstückspersonal. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt Das Bad war morgens leider etwas kühl, und die Dusche in der hohen Badewanne sicherlich nicht für jeden etwas. Ein Aufzug - zumindest für das Gepäck - haben wir vermisst.

Rico (8/5): Ein netter Wochenendausflug - Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Die Ausstattung des Hotels und die Lage waren sehr gut. Das Essen hat leider nicht überzeugt. Weder das Frühstück und schon gar nicht das Abendbuffet (als Teil der Halbpension) waren einem 4-Sterne-Haus angemessen. Es war in Ordnung. Mehr aber auch nicht. Die Saunalandschaft war auch ok, hatte aber durchaus Schwachstellen - so gab es leider keinen richtigen Ruhebereich und die Betriebszeiten von 16 bis 20 Uhr sind auch unpraktisch, wenn Abendessen von 18 bis 20 Uhr ist.

Einzigartiger kleiner Kritikpunkt, es wäre super wenn man im Restaurant auch kleinere Snacks bestellen könnte wie z.B. einfach ein Sandwich oder ne Portion Pommes oder so für den kleinen Hunger 😉

Die Bedienung im Schlossrestaurant ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Auch die Mitarbeiter/innen an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wellness- und Saunabereich ist sehr sauber. Leider war es im Zimmer am ersten Tag sehr kalt, obwohl die Heizung an war. Am zweiten Tag war es angenehm.Vielleicht kann man, bevor die Gäste es beziehen und es vorher nicht belegt war, etwas vorwärmen ( in der kalten Jahreszeit:) ).

Silvia (9/5): Wunderschön ruhig und erholsam gelegen. - Eine Bahnstrecke liegt nur 300 m unterhalb des Hotels und verkehrt im Stundentakt nach Karlsbad. Da kann man ganz bequem das Auto stehen lassen und für 2,- Euro Hin- und Rückfahrt steht außer Frage. Wir waren nur zwei Gäste und das Personal war sehr freundlich und eine super Große Auswahl zum Frühstück. sehr schöner neu angebauter Wellnessbereich. -

Ale luxusní restaurace to jistí.

There is a great wellness area with a spacious swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and a well-equipped gym. Massage services are also available. The hotel has its own restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.

FamilieGeirö (9/5): Ruhiges Chateau - Alleine der Weg zum Chateau ist märchenhaft. Das Gebäude von innen und außen trägt Charme, umgeben von Natur mit viel Wald. Es ist traumhaft ruhig und unsere Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Luft, wenn man die Fenster öffntete einfach nur angenehm. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Badarmaturen und die gesamte Einrichtung gefiel uns. Der Pool könnte ein paar Grad mehr vertragen. Es waren leider viele Kinder da, die zu laut waren. Dafür kann das Hotel ja Nichts.
