This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Trinity Beach Retreat in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to AUD 700 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. No smoking inside the apartment. When having the air-conditioner on please close all windows (the air-conditioners won’t be able to cool the whole of Trinity Beach down). When leaving the apartment and particularly if going out for the day please turn off the air-conditioner, leaving the air-conditioner on leads to condensation and damp which can cause mould to develop in the apartment. Please keep all ceiling fans running 24/7 (all day long) to avoid the apartment becoming very humid. Don’t allow garbage to accumulate in apartment or outside the door as this attracts ants and other crawling insects. Please put the rubbish out daily in the garbage skip located at the rear of the parking area. If rubbish is left inside the apartment a $175 fee will be charged to you (to call an exterminator to fumigate for cockroaches and other insects that rubbish may attract). Photo of an official government issued photo ID (Passport, Driver License, Age Card, etc) showing name, surname, D.O.B. and address for each adult guest staying at Trinity Beach Retreat (if QLD license, front and back), is required at the time of booking. Managed by a private host
