• Adrian (7/5): Alles in einem sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Aber aufpassen: wer Katzen nicht mag, sollte hier nicht hin. Es sin - Das Personal empfängt einen sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und man hat alles was man braucht (Föhn, Handtücher, Küche, …). Die Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern deutlich größer aus und werden mit 50qm angegeben. Ich bezweifle aber stark, dass die Zimmer 50qm groß sind. Der Balkon ist außerdem in einen sehr zugemüllten Innenhof gerichtet.
• de Ridder (8/5): Aangenaam verblijf voor een betaalbare prijs - Vriendelijk personeel en mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. We moesten drie steile trappen op voor de kamer.
• LUMINITA (10/5): A fost un sejur superb iar din punctul meu de vedere cazarea face mai mult de 75% din experienta unei călătorii. Nota 10 - Locatia este excelentă, extrem de aproape de Istiklal și turnul Galata(până la turn faci 10 min). Băieții de la recepție sunt foarte calzi și dornici să te ajute. Este o locatie fără pretenții dar în care te simți extraordinar. Au loc de parcare monitorizat video, camera este foarte curată și dotată cu strictul necesar, simplu dar suficient pt ce ai nevoie. • Denica (10/5): Excellent accomodation! - First of all, the host was always available and extremely helpful with everything we needed. The room was clean, smelled pleasant, and we were provided with towels, shampoo, and a hairdryer. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located close to Taksim Square, with bus stops and the metro just a 5-10 minute walk away. Overall, it was a great experience and very budget friendly. We were a group of four friends and had the best time. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again.

A mosásért fizetni kellett,ez nem volt sehol feltüntetve. Szeretem nagyon a macskákat,de a teraszon nem lehetett tőlük megmaradni,olyan szagok voltak,hajnalban már rájuk keltünk,nagyon hangosak voltak.

• Saenz Casado (10/5): Great location fantastic hosts - Host were very kind. They let us do late check in at no extra cost. They also offered umbrellas on the rainy days. The accommodation is just off the bustly Taksim area. Loved the cats in the morning but not being woken up by them jumping onto tge balconies. Hehhee.

Пожилым людям может быть сложно подниматься по лестнице, она очень крутая! Можно добавить нож, его очень не хватало, но мы и не спрашивали , думаю если спросить , нам бы его предоставили!)

Vil overnatte der igen, nå - Overnatningstedet er godt placeret ift. transport, spisesteder og indkøbsmuligheder. Placering er på en stejl bakke, som kan klares uden problemer, hvis man ikke har stor bagage.

• Kristiyan (9/5): Great stay - Great location, clean property, good hosts If you travel with a car you have to park in front of the property on the street which is a bit narrow and steep, but there is a cheap and safe parking down the street.

Its a good workout but if its someone elderly I would inform them so you get a lower landing. Room had a small odor to it so i bought a candle. Curățenie,căldură în camere,dotări minime,dar suficiente pt nevoile noastre. Personal prietenos. Siguranta în care ne-am simțit în interior. Prețul decent platit pt o cazare la fel de decenta. Cred ca dacă am fi fost mai în vârstă sau cu copii mici,ar fi fost dificil sa ajungem în camerele de la etajele superioare.Noi am fost cazati la etajul 1 și a fost perfect. Strada și restul stradutelor adiacente din Istanbul sunt insalubre,poate fi un soc cultural pt cei obișnuiți cu curățenia și ordinea intr-un oraș.Sa nu uitam insa ca vorbim de o metropola de 16 milioane de locuitori! Noi am considerat-o o experienta culturala.

• Alireza (6/5): Not a good choice - Good staff and big space The location is very inconvenient, hilly and outside very unsafe to walk, there was a laundry working with noise just next to the room all night long, no soap no shampoo in the room. The main bed was squeaky and the third bed which was the sofa was not prepared for the third person in the room. the room space is not comfortable to get around. With this cost, you would definitely find a better choice.

Those who wrote before that parking wasn't convenient - they aren't right. The street is narrow but the parking is offered right in front of your door without any problems.

• Danil (10/5): - Super clean, extremely tidy, and beautifully maintained place. Everything looks fresh and well cared for. The apartments are decorated in very pleasant, colorful tones, making the atmosphere cozy and stylish. It’s also very quiet, which made the stay extra comfortable. The hotel provides great facilities — there is a washing machine, dryer, printer, and scanner, which is very convenient. The reception staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite. Overall, everything here feels above standard — truly outstanding. If I could, I would give this place 10 stars!

Pas de parking privé mais une place dans une rue escarpée donc si vous louez une voiture à y faire attention. Literie dur, très peu de vaisselle, galère pour cuisiner. Pommeau de douche qui fuit, évier qui fuit ,ainsi que les toilettes dit au propriétaire mais cela n'a rien changé Attention un seul étendoir pour tous les appartements

The room is clean, bright and comfortable. The balcony is bigger than my expectations and there is an amazing view!!! (BTW the room looks much better than the pictures 😀)

Close to Istiklal street. Worth the money. Only the light in inside room, but wasn't a big problem for a few days.

• Natalya (10/5): Academie House, Istanbul — Cozy place with a dreamlike view - We stayed at Academie House and were very happy with our choice. The room was simple and not too big, but had everything we needed. We weren’t looking for luxury — but the view was pure luxury. From the balcony, you get an incredible panorama of the city: houses stacked upon each other, and right across from us — the beautiful Ayios Konstantinos and Ayia Eleni Church. Probably the most stunning view from a window I’ve ever seen. A big bonus — the spacious balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for breakfast or just relaxing while looking at Istanbul. Breakfast wasn’t included, but that wasn’t an issue — we got everything we needed ourselves. Big thanks to the staff: they mostly spoke Turkish, but were very helpful and kind. They helped with our luggage, helped us call a taxi, and the housemaid Dilbar even spoke Russian, such a sweet woman. Special thanks also to Ibrahim. Taksim Square is about a 15-minute walk away, so the metro and ferry docks are also within easy reach. Great location in a nice lively neighborhood. I would come back at least for the view and the warm attitude. Highly recommended for those who value atmosphere and soul over five stars.

The room was fine, but you should know there is no elevator. We had a lot of luggage, but thankfully, the staff(or maybe the owner) helped us to move it upstairs and then back when we were checking out. Overall, it's comfortable enough and most importantly, I'd say it's good value for money

But we arrived at 3am and stuff was super kind to accommodate us. The receptionist even went out from the hotel to meet us, because we could not find a door. Thank you we will come back❤️
