- M INMACULADA (8/5): Tranquila y agradable. - La decoración y el silencio de la casa en general Había una cafetera que cápsulas que no funcionaba y se le iba el agua, después de comprar las cápsulas . Me pareció un lío y muy incómodo entrar al inmueble mediante una aplicación.

Sorry - don' t like the opening door with phone rook a while to work ! Also, need to be clear - went to wrong nu.ber 2 first ...its the second door!ucky someone responded in the apartment when we rang the bell - he told us next-door!.( obviously not first time!) Would be nice to have some info in apartment on how thi gs work : door code / wi fi / heating etc . Also there are 2 San Jose car parks - the second one is closest !

- José Carlos (1/5): 5 minutos antes de la entrada cancelaron la reserva - No tuvimos la oportunidad de conocerlo, menos mal que me dan la oportunidad de escribir nuestra experiencia para que otras personas conozcan lo que les podría ocurrir reservando este apartamento. Fue una pesadilla, la reserva fue para dos personas mayores y los nietos. 5 minutos antes de la entrada comunicaron que no podían acceder por avería, sin ofrecerle un apartamento de las mismas características. Pudimos comunicarnos con la empresa que gestiona el apartamento pero no nos dieron opciones para alojarlos sin pagar la reserva al completo de otro apartamento por su página web, sin que hubiera llegado el reembolso de éste (se trataba de una suma importante de dinero porque era para 5 días). No sé qué tipo de explicación dará de cara a qué aparezca publicada la opinión en Booking, pero no tuvo ningún problema en dejar en la calle con las maletas y un calor terrible a dos personas mayores con dos niños, intentando gestionarlo por teléfono en la distancia pasé un infierno que en ningún momento llegó a entender, mostrándose más bien molesta por el nerviosismo que le transmitíanos

- Narcisa (10/5): Beautiful place! - Located in the new part of the town, in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is close to the beach. You have a supermarket close by. Parking is a little more difficult to find in the area, we recommend the public parkings. A liitle bit far from the older part of the town.
