• Julien (10/5): - Superbe maison, d'une propreté impeccable. On a apprécié la taille des chambres, la literie, les moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, les grandes salles de bain. L'espace extérieur est fantastique également, il est très agréable de manger dehors, la piscine est super, et il y a un local avec une buanderie comportant lave-linge et sèche-linge. Tous les appareils électroménagers sont de qualité. On y a passé un excellent séjour.

• Fanja (9/5): Super Aufenthalt in der Casa Flamingo - Sehr gemütliches und bequemes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten. Perfekt geeignet, um ein paar erholsame Tage in Merida und Umgebung zu verbringen.
• ralph (9/5): Great spot in Mérida - The backyard is a piece of paradise. Great house for a short period. The location in a regular part of town close to local shops is a positive. Wish it were a tad closer to the centre though it is a very easy cab ride from it.

• Maria Magdalena (8/5): - Todo muy limpio. La cocina muy bien equipada. La regadera del baño de arriba tiene muy poca agua y se calienta muy lentamente. Prácticamente es imposible utilizarla.

• Gerhard (9/5): - Outside pool, privacy, lot of space, drinking water, private parking behind lockable gate Could have been a bit cleaner (hair on bathroom floors, some pots and glasses not clean) but nothing major. All over all it was quite pleasant.

• Daan (10/5): - Fantastisch huis met een heerlijk zwembad. Het ligt in een woonwijk, wat afgelegen van het centrum. De host was niet aanwezig, maar heel goed bereikbaar via de app. Wasmachine en droger waren heel handig! De woonkamer heeft geen airco en kan daarom wel warm worden. Er zijn wel ventilatoren.
• Kévin (9/5): - Maison sympathique, piscine très propre et jardin entretenu. Propriétaire qui répond rapidement quand on a besoin. Poêle et casserole à changer, fontaine d'eau qui ne fait pas de froid, sol un peu sale dans la pièce de vie. Un chien est attaché et aboie toute la journée chez un voisin. Une climatisation dans la pièce de vie serait un plus.

• patricia (9/5): - Villa parfaitement équipée, il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. La piscine est suffisamment grande et profonde pour en profiter réellement. Décoration sympa. Petit jardin très mignon et bien entretenu. Je recommande vivement cette villa. L emplacement est très bien si vous êtes en voiture. Il manquait des taies d' oreillers, sans doute un petit oubli pas méchant. Une climatisation dans le séjour serait un plus.

• Jcr (8/5): Very good stay, a few points of attention - Spacious and peaceful, with a nearby cultural center where you can watch locals perform traditional dances and plenty of dining options around. The pool is over 6m long, receives sun all day and cleans automatically every morning, the master bedroom has a king-size bed. The kitchen is very basic, with only a few plates, pans, and cooking utensils. We stayed there for 10 days, so after a while we realized there were no cooking utensils, only two dishcloths, and all the knives were dull. The backyard is full of cockroaches, they could disinfect it more often during the summer, change the type of grass, or provide insecticide. Swimming pool has lights at night but they only turn on from 10pm.

• Victor (10/5): Exceptional - Installations are very comfortable and you feel like you are at your own home. Coffee maker, dishes, swimming pool, and people around the house are very nice.. Overall the house is 100+ recommended. No comments, everything was excellent.
• Jens (9/5): A small palace in the outskirts of Merida. - The House, both the look from inside and outside. The pool, A very small drawback to the location. But we would rather have stayed there during the ongoing reconstruction of the Plaza Grande, than in the center of Mérida.
• Amanda (10/5): Great home not great location - Truly memorable property. The private pool and style of the property was amazing. The location of the home was a bit sketchy. We did not walk around a ton except to the OXXO nearby. The neighbor across the street serenaded us for 24 hours straight. Played Top 40 music so definitely could be worse. Uber was great getting us to the downtown core as much as we needed and was very inexpensive to do so.
• Patrick (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment, you can tell it's a labor of love. Straightforward check-in, good facilities. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with some good restaurants nearby. Nothing, everything was great.
• Mantas (10/5): Best place to stay in Merida - This was the best place to stay! Really clean, tidy, well equiped kitchen, calm and safe neighbourhood. -
• Aydeli (8/5): A secret little palace close to downtown - The decoration is really amazing! Furniture, accesories, distribution, details in rooms are really well cared. We could park the car in the car port without any problem. And when we needed help, there was someone who came to support. Bathrooms, kitchen, and living room have no AC. In summer, days are humid; hence, warmer areas to be in. Challenging if you are not used to this kind of temperature.
