• Veronika (10/5): Excellent value, very clean and peaceful stay, easy check-in - Great apartment about a 10-minute walk from the metro, offering excellent value for money. The communication with Valeria regarding check-in and key handover was smooth and efficient. The building’s interior was exceptionally clean and very quiet – we could hardly hear any street noise. The apartment itself was spotless and spacious, with two bedrooms and a living room with a kitchenette. We appreciated the coffee and water provided upon arrival. Everything we needed for our stay was available, including a well-equipped kitchen and cleaning supplies – nothing was missing. The only minor detail was the very bright white lighting throughout the apartment, which felt a bit harsh in the evening. It’s just a small thing, but warmer lights would make the space even more comfortable at night.

• Anna (9/5): Pobyt udany w 100%! Napewno serdecznie polecam First Floor Apartament! - Przestronny, wygodny apartament. Bardzo wygodne łóżka po całym dniu maszerowania po Rzymie spało się znakomicie! No i bliskość metra bardzo istotna. Koło metra Bazylika Św. Pawła koniecznie do zobaczenia. Troszkę mało wyposażenia, brakowało czajnika, kubków. Ale to nic co by sprawiało większy problem.

• Marek (10/5): Rodzinny wypad do Rzymu: zwiedzanie i odpoczynek - Zadbany, czysty i funkcjonalny apartament, bardzo spokojna okolica, cisza i spokój. Doskonałe miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania centrum ( 10 min. Spacerkiem do metra, jeszcze bliżej autobus). Niczego nam nie brakowało, a jeżeli już, galeria dostarczyła w ciągu kilku godzin! Dziękujemy. Nic, było bardzo przyjemnie i bezpiecznie.

• Györgyi (10/5): Tiszta, modern, felújitott apartman. - Tiszta, kényelmes, modern, jól felszerelt apartman Nagyok kedves és segítőkész szállásadó. Tetszettek a kis figyelmességet, a behűtött ásványvíz, a fürdő szivacs. A bőröndjeinket is míg távol voltunk bevitték az apartmanba. Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés. Pár méterre metroallomas, busz. Nagyon közel a szent Pál bazilika. Közel Vendéglő, kávézó. Nem volt ilyen.
• Beata (10/5): I’m very satsified with my stay and i recommend it to everyone - Me and my daughters absolutely loved out time at the apartament it was so clean, very spacious, comfortable and placed in a nice and peaceful location. We only missed basic cooking ingredients like salt, pepper and oil as well as washing machine detergent but other than that everything was provided.

• Yusra (10/5): Exceptional - Valeria was extremely helpful and accommodating. She graciously allowed us to do early check in and late check out. The facilities were modern and functional. The beds, pillows etc. were very comfortable. There were Acs in both rooms. There's nothing. The kitchen did not have any basic ingredients like oil, salt etc. It just had coffee and sugar. But that was not a problem for us.
