• Anamika (9/5): A pleasant stay - The room was large and comfortable with good heating. There was a full kitchen available and the host, Rameez Badhir, went out and bought some things so I could make myself breakfast. In fact the host was very helpful and welcoming overall. The place is only 800m off the main road and inside a gated community, but it feels a bit isolated. The approach is through some very narrow and dark lanes.

• Nishi (10/5): Rameez was so cute and helpful - We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to the manager, Rameez, who was extremely helpful and welcoming. We arrived earlier than expected, and he was kind enough to accommodate us with an early check-in, which made things so much easier for us. His hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommend staying here!
• Kumudu (10/5): Why you need to select Zabeel villa ... - Zabeel villa is a place which is taking much more caring for his guests. Specially need to mentioned about the care taker Rameez .. Rameez is a nicest person who cares for his guests maximum . He done every thing for us he can . He booked my meals , made me connected to wify also.. so undoubtedly he is a very best person need to be in the property . The property is closed to the airport and easily to find the place also. Rooms are so cozy, clean and very tidy . All the amenities we need in our short stay is there in our finger tip. I wish all the best for zabeel villa and leave a special thanks for dear Rameez . • Varadarajan (1/5): Hotel cancels confirmed bookknh - I booked through booking.com, and they accepted the booking. Said ok to my arrival time. Later, someone called me to say there was no room and asked me to cancel my booking. When I told them I would put bad reviews,they offered shared rooms some residence with shared bathroom. I did not accept and I have shared my experience for others to be aware.

We will stay here again on our way back through to the airport - The location close to the airport is great, and Rameez, the host, sent a car to pick us up, even though our flight got in very late. The property is great - wifi works well, complete shared kitchen, and its located inside a locked compound for security. We were on bicycles, and there was secure ground level storage for them. If you are new to Kashmir, this is a great place to get centered. Rameeze and his sister gave an excellent description of sights to see. Rameez also drove us around and got us a simcard for our phones. Generally, Rameez was patient and helpful at every turn and really got us grounded to the place, as we intend to stay in Kashmir for the next two months. No noteworthy issues. Any little things Rameez was on top of immediatly.
• Kimberly (10/5): "Exceptional hospitality, modern amenities, and a perfect location. - Honestly I was pretty amused by how many reviews were about the manager Rameez. But being there I see why. His hospitality adds more charm to the property. The villa is well maintained, clean with modern fittings and heated water, which is God sent in the chilly weather. Enjoyed the access to the kitchen too as we had an early flight and it helped us cook ourselves breakfast. The proximity to the airport had me sold about the property but it was just the start. This is easily one of my best stays in Kashmir. The road leading to the property has been weathered but apparently they are redone once summer starts.

• Neha (1/5): Fun experience - Staff provided good assistance. So, this is more of rare occurrence which streamlined with worst experience. We had encountered incident trying to instantly dress up and required to use an iron which didn’t go well with the bedding and iron left a visible patch on sheet. We were late and left in hurry but later responded to staff after checkout that it was a genuine mistake and we are sorry but they made it so big of a issue and the owner is so brainless that he doesn’t even know how to talk to customers. He started yelling and charged us 5000 bucks. When we said amount does not justify so he asked from where we are and we know about bedding costs as we are not from here. Few things for owner: 1. Make sure you clean your bed first before giving to next customer, there were saliva stains in pillowcases and when we said same to staff as usual they have owner similar trait so they gave us raw pillows in bag to use. 2. You say it is near to airport but guys trust me it’s way yo inside, we walked a km jnside as no cabs would go in rain. 3. Dear owner, FYI, we are from UP and we do know about bedding and how much it costs. We use more premium bedding at home. 4. Your staff gives us a bowl of tasteless daal chawal( really appreciated the effort though) but is wrong to charge 250/ per person for same. 5. If you ever come to UP or Karnataka, we will definitely show you what is actual hospitality and i guess for sure ‘HOW TO TALK’. 6. Power is always off, Ac didn’t work the whole night but we understood the situated didn’t start ask our money back which you certainly charge so much for a room like a ‘Hole’. And lastly please teach your staff not to just barge in to people’s room and stand at their head to talk. This is scary and way too unprofessional.

I gave 100% marks to Ramees NO COMMENTS EVERY THING WAS GOOD

• Kaur (9/5): Superb - It was nicely maintained, and we stayed here for 1 night, extremely awesome experience we had during our trip. The caretakers were very supportive. One should try this. They charged 350 per person for food, we took veg biryani in the afternoon but they charged the same and for non-veg, they charged an extra 1000which was quite disappointing.

• Soiba (1/5): Bad - I booked that room through booking.com and took a cab for that hotel, as soon as I called them to ask the location, the person at the call said " I have requested the cancellation of your booking through booking.com kindly cancel it we are overbooked. I spend 600 rupees travelling to the location and back. worst experience ever
• Abdullah (10/5): Zaabeel Villa best property near Airport - Amazing new property, very well furnished rooms with comfortable interiors. Location is great just near the airport so you skip the main city traffic mess. Highly recommended to stay at Zaabeel Villa. The hosts are very friendly and helpful too.
