- Maria (1/5): The place is not what they discrived - Very dirty, smelly, AC is dirty old and broken, the fridge smells very bad, the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen, i don’t know why they put the good reviews, i think it was the trolls of internet, the environment is not a subdivision, it’s like a squatter area, so i didn’t stay , i booked a hotel room, i advised the other guests, don’t let you scamm by this trolls.

- Zachary (10/5): It was a great little place near all I needed to reach. - No issues at all, far cleaner than the majority of metro Manila homes or apartments, far better construction and the connection to the electric grid was very stable unlike some other areas like south Taguig. Nothing I can think of.

- Anas (10/5): Exceptional - good deal, and a lot of value Overall i liked the place and i recommend it I plan to book again in the future The owner was very helpful and replied to my messages almost instantly Kitchen has almost everything u may need I liked the table, it was good for laptop work I have Mixed feelings about the location but mostly good Don't expect a lot, but the price was low so it was a good deal for me (I was paying around 11$ per night) The owner may have solved some of these problems but i didn't ask, (when i asked about other things he was helpful and replied fast) Also considering the price i was very satisfied with this place and i extended my stay multiple times -Low water pressure in Shower sometimes (heater won't work if not enough water) -Ac was loud but at this price point it is expected i think -No towels
