• Daniel (10/5): 10 Punkte für diese kleine Wohnung in allen Kategorien! - Mich hat diese Unterkunft glücklich gemacht! Ein wunderschönes kleines Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Waschmaschine, Fön, Haarglätter, Bügeleisen… Habe mich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Beste Anbindung an U-Bahn. 24 Stunden Geschäft direkt im Haus! Und es hat auch einen Balkon Richtung Westen.

• Adalbert (8/5): - Das Appartement war super gemütlich habe mich schnell heimisch Gefühlt. Direkt drunter ist ein Family Mart was auch mega praktisch ist, die Bahn ist nur 3-7 min zu Fuß entfernt. Weil das Zimmer schon fertig war durfte ich früher ins Apartment das war unglaublich nett, DANKE dafür. Direkt neben der Brücke man hört die Züge vorbei fahren aber mich hat es nicht gestört. Aber Menschen die sehr empfindlich sind was Geräusche am Abend angeht bedenkt das mit.

• chang (1/5): - 沒有讓人滿意的地方 除了位置便利 請各位考慮這間住宿的人看這篇留言，之前看位置便利及價格便宜又有8.2顆星就選了，這地方在一個偏僻的地點進門，進房以後發現床型老舊，且掀開棉被後有頭髮，房間清潔人員明顯沒有清潔乾淨，晚上洗澡時發現洗澡只有極燙得水或者極冰的水，有依照平時住宿調節水溫的方式調整，一樣只能用很燙和很冰的水洗澡，後來考慮到身體無法接受此溫度，我改用浴缸泡一定的水用沖澡方式來洗澡，這是非常不方便的，已通知住宿方，他們的回應是其他房客無反應，故無問題，我們也發現到微波爐都有灰塵了，即可知道此住宿是無維護的住宿環境，沒有意讓住宿客人有一個舒適的環境，我們住一天晚上睡得很不好，經過一天我們就立即訂另一家住宿離開了，跟住宿方反應，處理方式是幫我們換一個新床單而已，洗澡間的問題不協助處理，也不願意退費，希望即將到達大阪的住宿客不要冒險去選這間住宿，我們還是選比較好的陽台房，價格比較貴還有這樣的品質，真的太糟糕的體驗，給一顆星^^

• Hiromi (9/5): また泊まりたい - 何でも揃っていて、食器も湯沸かしも洗濯もティッシュ等も困らず、トイレと風呂も別、冷蔵庫は大きくて500mlペットボトルを8本凍らせられたので次の日の観光も助かり、コンビニもすぐ下で、駅の目の前で、本当にとても良かったです。部屋も綺麗でした。また、ホストさんも領収書の件などお願いしたらすぐに対応してくださり、有り難かったし安心感がありました。 部屋は床も机も風呂場も綺麗に掃除されていて良かったのですが、電子レンジの上なども掃除しておいてくださると嬉しいです。温めたものを置こうとして、埃でやめました。まああまり使うところではないですが。あと、使った食器を洗う時、きちんとスポンジと洗剤はあったのですが、洗いかごや布巾はなく、せめてキッチンペーパーがミニキッチンに置いてあれば拭いて片付けるのになあ、と思いました。自分はカトラリーを洗った後、結局コップに全部立てて置いておきました。まあ部屋のティッシュで拭いても良かったんですが。

• Thi (7/5): Great location and facility with room for improvement in some areas - The location and convenience was excellent in terms of accessibility to train stations and the Konbini. The rooms and facility were clean and tidy. We were very grateful for the owner's quick responses to any questions we had during our stay. The bathroom and restrooms need to be updated to ensure comfortability in their use. For example, the toilet flush is weak and requires us to wait a certain time (half hour) in order for the next person to use the toilet to ensure a full flush (not sure if this is part of the strategy to conserve water?)

Be aware that space is tight within the room if 4 people are staying. Also need to fill up check-in documents online before the visit. Would be helpful to have a bigger bin for refuse.

• Manon (8/5): - Great big room with everything you need. Self check in, but staff is very friendly and readily available on chat. You can hear the train going over the railway bridge quite a lot. Didn’t bother us, if you’re a light sleeper it might bother you.

Staff guided well and was very warm to us with everything. I know that Japanese appts are small, but this appt’s bath was the smallest and most uncomfortable one :/ The balcony view is right to the train station, so expect loud trains sounds from 5:30 till midnight.

• laura (1/5): I didn’t stay because this place shouldn’t be allowed to be a hotel in the first place - Nothing - the extreme noise from the train station, it felt like every train passing was going to enter into your bedroom. Even with earplugs the noise was unbearable. I don’t think this location is suitable for managing a hotel? - it was light in the room, even with the curtains closed. For those who like to sleep in the dark this is a problem. - the overall structure of the room and how it is furnished, this must be the opposite of feng shui. There is little to no moving space. It is crowded with random stuff. - the contact with the owner has been very unpleasant. I left late in the evening to another hotel, because I was exhausted and needed to sleep (which obviously wasn’t going to happen here). The day after I asked for a cancellation and maybe partly a refund; but they refused. And even more so, they asked me to cancel the booking. Which I didn’t do because I wanted to leave them a review of my poor experience. When I told them this, I got a very passive aggressive response with the message; that everyone is free to leave reviews, and that they would take their own freedom to do so about me (on the reservation system of booking). - for the information; I am using booking very frequently - I am a frequent traveller. And this is the first time in my life that I walked away after entering a hotel.

La camera è dotata di frigorifero, lavandino ed angolo cottura. Volendo si può cucinare ma non c'è spazio per mangiare. La comunicazione con il proprietario è stata eccellente. Le camere sono molto piccole e in 4 si sta veramente stretti. Volendo si può cucinare ma non c'è spazio per mangiare. Alcuni componenti funzionavano male come ad esempio il condizionatore.

Noise from bed, noise from trains as it’s right next to the train tracks, noise from people as the flat is low and it’s right next to the park. And all these noises happened during the nights!

The TV was large and I could watch, youtube and Netflix on it. The place was not as clean as I would have hoped. It was very loud, as trains did not stop going past until 12:00 a.m. There were also other loud noises from people outside, ambulances, etc., which was very loud and made it hard to get to sleep. The pillows were not comfortable. There was no clothes dryer, so that was inconvenient. Also, there was no place to hang any towels or anything in the shower.
