Matie (3/5): I regret booking there but knew I wouldn’t get my money back to book in somewhere else. - We didn’t have breakfast - was it included? The building, room floor, chairs and stoep is very dirty. The fridge door shelve is broken which limited the fridge use tremendously. The waste basket is totally insufficient. The broken curtain rail hooks are awful. The toilet paper quality should be improved. There was cigaret ash next to the basin when we moved in. The parking is the street caused a lot of stress. The pictures on the site is a complete misrepresentation of the actual quality and facts on the ground. I will never recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Vorster (8/5): - My room was nice and quiet, exactly what I needed. It was clean and comforting. The staff were friendly and great all around. The extended check in times are super helpful and the room really was value for money considering I only booked the day of. Not something I didn't like, but it would have been nice to have water in the room. Unfortunately, previous experience has taught me Mossel Bay tap water isn't safe.

Mike (4/5): Luckily only for 1 night. - Well located, central. We booked and paid for a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View. Upon arrival, we were placed in an inside Budget Double Room, and told by person on duty that was what we had booked and paid for. Queried it and was then told there was a problem with Booking.com. Eventually placed in a street facing room, very noisy and no view. Following day manager apologized, but damage already done. Very disappointing when you pay for something that you don't receive.
Manson-kullin (8/5): Very good - The view was brilliant. The room was neat and tidy and close to all the coffee shops. Walking distance from the sea. Lots of beautiful buildings. The toilet seat needs to be replaced. The bathroom door does not close. Just want to inform them.
