• Bellini (9/5): Ottima soluzione per viaggiatori intineranti, camera ampia e pulitissima. Consigliatissimo - La camera era ampia e ben arredata. Kit di cortesia molto apprezzato. Cialde per il caffè in abbondanza. La struttura è su una strada statale, comunque non passavano molte auto. D’ altra parte era un punto comodo da cui partire

Even though it was off-season and we were the only guests at the property, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every day, they thoughtfully suggested routes and places to visit based on the weather, helping us make the most out of our stay. Their level of care and attention was truly remarkable. We were also pleasantly surprised by the small treats and gestures throughout our stay. The room and balcony were spotless—impeccably clean to the smallest detail. You could really feel the effort and thought put into everything, from the overall atmosphere to even the tiniest touches like the curtains and furnishings. Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative point. Everything was perfect. We felt genuinely cared for, and it turned what could have been a quiet off-season trip into one of the best holidays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended! Nothing!

• Kinga (10/5): - Pokój był duży i bardzo ładnie urządzony. Wszystko było nowe i czyste. Pokój był codziennie sprzątany. Był wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne. Gospodarz był bardzo sympatyczny. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Pobyt tam uważam za idealny. Jeżeli będziemy znowu w tej okolicy, to na pewno znowu się tam zatrzymamy.

Leider konnte man die Türe nachts nicht zum lüften offen lassen wegen dem Straßenlärm. Ansonsten alles sehr schön inkl. Parkplatz. Sehr sauber mit täglicher Reinigung. Strassenlärm
• Andrei (10/5): Perfect - The entire stay was perfect. The room was extremely spacious and clean (housekeeping was done every day), equipped with everything you might need. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, ideal for rest. The balcony was spacious, perfect for relaxing in the evening. Overall, the stay was perfect and we will definitely come back.

Бонус це рибний магазин, де можно не тільки придбати свіжі місцеві морепродукти, а їх ще приготують на грилі( за невелику плату), смак неперевершений. Машиною близько до шикарних пляжей. Все СУПЕР!!! Чистота, найкраща їжа від власників!!!

The room had everything that you would need and more and right downstairs you can get fresh local fish. Would definitely recommend this place . See you next time 😄

• Livia (10/5): - Mi-a placut in special curatenia , in fiecare zi se facea curatenie impecabila in camera si se schimbau prosoapele. Am avut parte de o cazare de lux . Am avut chiar si produse cosmetice in baie pentru a le putea folosi . Un mic impediment ar fi fost frigiderul care emana un sunet ciudat non-stop. In rest totul perfect.

• Maria Rosa (9/5): Habitaciones de hotel de 5 estrellas - Las habitaciones como de hotel, amplias, limpísimas, bien decoradas, cómodas y con todos los amenities propios de un hotel. Basket de regalo con aperitivos y demás para desayunar. Café todos los días. Todo perfecto y el personal súper amable. Quizá que estaba en la carretera principal. Si querías dormir con la ventana abierta dificil. Pero con las ventanas cerradas no se oía nada. Buena insonorización.
• Aysu (10/5): Excellent stay and worth the money - One of the best apartments I’ve ever stayed in! Huge, spotless rooms with everything you could need, plus daily cleaning and fresh towels. The host is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond – even folding our clothes and stocking the place with snacks, bottled water, toiletries, and female sanitary(better than some 5-star hotels!). Great parking, big balcony, and perfect location close to both sides of Sithonia, beaches, and shops. Bonus: fresh fish shop downstairs and a lovely garden to relax in. Highly recommended!

• Denisa (10/5): Great location - We spent 3 nights at this accommodation. We found a spacious room, equipped with everything you need: coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, dishes, spacious bathroom equipped with soap, shower gel, etc. Everything is new and beautiful and upon arrival we found a basket with goodies and water in the fridge.🥰 Cleaning was done every day, towels were also changed. It is on the main street, and on the ground floor there is a fishmonger where you can serve any fried fish. A location that is worth all the money. Thank you! -

Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι απλά υπέροχοι – χαμογελαστοί, ευγενικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να βοηθήσουν. Bonus εμπειρία: στο ισόγειο διατηρούν ιχθυοπωλείο και ψήνουν καθημερινά φρέσκο ψάρι, ακριβώς όπως το θέλετε. Προτείνεται ανεπιφύλακτα!

We had a wonderful experience at this apartment. The property is very spacious and extremely well maintained, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere was calm and inviting. The host and staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. They even left us snacks, which was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. We felt truly cared for throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again! There was nothing we didn’t like.

The room was amazingly cleaned and smelled lovely, it had everything you need and more. The bed and shower were deffinitely our favourite! If you plan on staying there, deffinitely try their fish as well - you will not be disappointed! • Bojana (10/5): Exceptional - We have only positive things to say about this place. First of all, the apartment was super clean, towels were soft and without bad smell. It is one room, but spacious. If you concerned that location might be an issue, don’t let it discourage you. You are so close to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the south Sithonia that stretches from Kalamitsi to Paradise beach. You can visit beaches like Kalamitsi, Kriaritsi, Tigania, Klimataria, Tourkolimnionas, Sykias, Valti, Sarti, Platanitsi and all three Kavourotripes in maximum 20min car ride. The store is few minutes away, bakery and stand with fresh fruits also. Pharmacy is in Sarti and doctor also. On the ground flood there is a fish market where you can buy fresh grilled fish, salad and don’t worry, you wouldn’t smell the scent of fried fish in the apartment. Recommendation from us!

• Stoicho (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean, brand new, and tidy. It had everything we needed. The terrace was a great place to have breakfast. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They gave us clean towels, cleaned the room, and suggested places to go. Very nice people to talk to. The best part was the fish market, which is below the rooms - don't worry, it doesn't smell even if you are in front of the store. You have to try it - fresh and grilled for you. I am definitely coming back. Quiet and luxurious place near beautiful beaches with top-notch seafood.

• Bojan (10/5): Exceptional - House Anastasia is delightfully fitted, modern apartments in the excellent location in Sykia.  Wifi is excellent have not had any issues with it.  Our hosts, Costas and his wifr were welcoming for anything we needed.  The accommodation has a fridge, kettle, cofee machine and toaster but no kitchen. We did not miss having kitched because we once cooked on the terrace downstairs, kind of shared outside kitchen.  The family also owns fish sale and grill service and we had a great take away from them, excellend sea bass for half a retaurant price. Pictures and description were accurate. I loved mosquito nets, air con and the lovely smell welcomed us in the apartment. I strongly recommend staying at House Anastasia for a top end apartment, great service for exploring beautiful Sitonia, Halkidiki and its many beaches are within 20 mins drive. No complaints what so ever. Well done  Costas, you are a great host!
