• Fabio Maria (10/5): Beautiful house and very nice surroundings, the monastery in Karbi is stunning! - Staying here was wonderful! We were warmly welcomed and the dinner prepared for us was incredible, in taste, variety and quantity! Sadly we had just a one night stay here before leaving back to home (good position to get to Yerevan airport if you have a rental car!), so we will definitely come back whenever we’ll happen to be in Armenia again:) and… Jack is the best dog ever! Everything was great
• NOELIA (9/5): Como en casa - Fueron muy amables con nosotros. Pedimos la cena de esa noche y fue espectacular, estaba todo buenísimo! Incluso tuvieron detalles cariñosos con nosotros porque era el cumpleaños de uno. El sitio es fabuloso, y el perro de la familia también! La zona es interesante, y la casa es bastante grande. La cocina es bastante completa, y las vistas desde la terraza son impresipnantes. Repetiremos! Nada.

Beautiful and peaceful place and most importantly great hosts! After a few days of staying I felt not like a guest, but like a friend of the family. Best regards to Karbi!

• Andreas (10/5): Für uns beste Unterkunft in Armenien. - Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Super Frühstück. Sehr nette Vermieter. Tolle Terrasse mit Blick auf den Ararat. Pool zum relaxen. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Schöne Klöster und Wanderungen in der Nähe.

Отличный гостеприимный дом, самые замечательные хозяева, комфортная атмосфера. Останавливаясь здесь, вы можете посетить массу окрестных достопримечательностей. Задержитесь тут - и вы будете окутаны атмосферой истинно армянского гостеприимства и дружелюбия. Приятная домашняя атмосфера, неспешные разговоры и - божественные завтраки.

За разумную плату вы получите: - заботу как дома; - удивительный каньон в 10 минутах от дома с захватывающими видами; - проживание с бассейном, завтраки в беседке; - ягоды шелковицы прямо с дерева) - собака, коты, попугай - часть команды, о таких компаньонах дети и взрослые даже и не мечтают; - хозяева очень чуткие люди, помогли добраться до города, посоветовали лучшие места для прогулок и окружили своим теплом; - отдельно отмечу то, как оформлен дом, каждый уголок в прямом смысле создан руками хозяйки: с любовью к искусству, пониманием ценности вещей; Мы нашли это место случайно, но оно стало настоящей жемчужиной поездки

The location was quiet and if time had permitted I would have stayed longer. Will definitely recommend. I struggled to find the property but didn’t have a WiFi package which was my fault.
• George (10/5): A beautiful guest house and a fantastic experience - We had a fantastic time staying in Karbi, and wish we could have spent longer there. Zhanna's house is absolutely beautiful, with amazing home made decorations and beautiful Armenian carpets everywhere. We had the entire top floor of the house to ourselves as there were no other guests during our stay. There is a delightful balcony with views looking out over Mt. Ararat. Zhanna and her husband were incredibly kind and hospitable: the breakfast and dinner that they provided were superb. They are a lovely couple too. We wish we had more time to get to know them. The garden at their house is lovely, with large fruit trees providing cherries, mulberries etc that we were encouraged to eat lots of. Overall, a lovely stay. We just wish we'd planned ahead more so that we could have stayed for longer. If we return to Armenia we would seriously consider hiring a car and basing ourselves here for e.g. a week. A non-issue for us but the swimming pool was out of use while we were there as they are about to get it repaired.
• Andres (10/5): Amazing place and friendliest hosts! - Everything was really great! Our hosts were super nice, the room great and the breakfast amazing. We felt at home! The guesthouse is beautiful and allowed us to walk to nice places without tourists. The monasteries nearby are awesome and we could spend long hours at them without interruptions or tour groups.
