• TROY (1/5): This is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. - The Place was Filthy. It was also under construction with raw plasterboard . The house was not cleaned. The front door was almost impossible to lock and unlock. The garage door remote did not work.

• Pankit (2/5): Very dirty and unkept - Location andvsize It was filthy. Never cleaned at all. Bathroom didn't even have a door. There was empty handwash bottles in bathroom. Towels were used and dirty. Bed sheets were filthy with stains
• Kylie (2/5): Absolutely filthy and not recommended. We will never stay here again - Layout of the house was great. Hosts had good communication. Lots of potential The house was completely filthy. The kitchen couldnt be used - rancid smelling bowl of seafood left behind in microwave, a shocking smell from a kitchen cupboard - infiltrating the kitchen. The oven was completely filthy, all cuttlery dirty but dishwasher also broken. Smoke alarms missing (had been broken). Showers very dirty & half empty bottles of toiletries/dirty shower puffs. So much dust and dirt in every single room - the whole house needed a massive clean. I messaged the host informing them we had to buy takeaway as the kitchen had rotten stinking food - their reply was "sorry for the inconvenince". Between not being able to cook or shower there combined with it being questionable whether one working smoke detector (infront of staircase downstairs) is even legal, I was extremely disappointed & couldnt wait to leave. Ive travelled extensively but this would have to be the worst place Ive stayed at. A shame as the house has great potential

• Jozsef (1/5): Very disappointed with everything would not recommend - I didn’t like anything about the property…, There was rubbish left behind in the kitchen They left wet clothes in the laundry basket which smelt.The floors were sticky the House was like a suna not much cooling around .Communication was very appalling Couldn’t find the remote for the TV control Contacted the owner the 1st night they did nothing… We couldn’t watch TV at all As a Business owner I would not recommend this B&B to anyone I was very disappointed and for the price they should have checked the house before icing it out. I wouldn’t even give any stars Very disappointing and embarrassing for my workers…. Would not recommend this House to anyone.

• Nurul (10/5): Exceptional - A very beautiful house, recommend it. Not really clean but it’s ok for people who just wanna to stay and back to sleep..
• Alisha (1/5): Not Recommended. - Just the location , the owner had been responsive. The house was extremely dusty and had not been cleaned properly. The bedsheets and towels were very unhygienic. Unfortunately, the whole family experienced itchiness and fell sick due to the dusty environment. It was a disappointing experience and certainly not worth the stay. I would not recommend this place.

• Katherine (8/5): Nice house, just not very clean and feels like the occupants have moved out for you to stay - Beautiful spacious home, internal garage was useful Not very clean, there was food in the drawers in the kitchen. The floors and bathrooms were reasonably clean but needs a good deep clean throughout. There was a random selection of half used shower products in each bathroom, random half used food in the pantry (not just things like condiments and helpful things that you sometimes find, appears to be random things left by previous guests - or the people who live there?) opened half used milk in the fridge. Someone’s slippers in one cupboard. The backyard was a jungle. And the linen was the cheapest, thinnest stuff, the pillows were thin and very uncomfortable, like from Kmart. The 2 double/queen beds were both so squeaky that as you moved they made so much noise.

• Scott (4/5): Far from good enough - Fantastic house in a good location. Heaps of space for a family. Great WiFi. This house is absolutely filthy; the whole place had a bad aroma. Every bathroom mirror was filthy. The floor was very poorly mopped. The handles on the kitchen cupboards were full of scummy food and other muck. The fridge was dirty. Manky filth and dust on skirting boards throughout the house. The bin in the downstairs toilet was left with a previous tenants personal hygiene products. My 11yo daughter found lubricant in the bathroom cupboard. The house is also in major need of some handyman repairs. Considerable damage to internal plaster walls, door handles loose and falling off, toilet roll holder missing, power points broken. The hot water service stopped twice which saw us having cold showers. The landlord did come to assist on one occasion, but it must have blown out again. Insufficient bedding (no spare blankets), no spare towels, and basic amenities like tissues were overlooked too.
• Christopher (10/5): It was such a peaceful stay here, the owner differenly knows that they are doing. Very friendly. - It was spacious and clean. Everything required in a house was provided. Nothing.
