Guest Reviews
- John (2/5): A badly managed dump in a good location - Location Run down (broken lights, toilet runs) shoddy furniture, lacking basics (no garbage bags, dish soup, decent towels)
Management company
- Gorban (9/5): - Месторасположение отлично Плохая уборка, старая и нечистая мягкая мебель. Подушки на диванах все провалены и засалены

- Hrvoje (9/5): Great place near center - Location, kitchen, beds, cleanliness, bus stops directly outside.

- Tibur (4/5): We saw what we wanted in Dublin and surrounds, but our accommodation left much to be desired. - The property is very close to town so we could walk everywhere. On the first night when cooking, the fire alarm went off as we heated up a pan which smoked as it had not been thoroughly washed and the extractor doesn't extract. This set off the general alarm which made a dreadful noise. We aired the apartment thoroughly so that the fire alarm went off, but the general alarm continued howling. Eventually we found the fuse and switching that off stopped the alarm. In between we were in constant contact with the management, but no-one could provide any useful help. The next day we had no hot water as the clock of the geyser was faulty. Again the management could not help, but we sorted out how to trick the clock. The carpet was not vacuumed well, but when I spilled some tea leaves and tried to use the small vacuum cleaner provided to clean this up, I realised that it too does not suck well. No wonder the cleaner could not do a good job. The apartment has been refurbished, but the appliances are in dire need of repair or replacement.
- E (10/5): At Home - I felt at home. The Liberties is a wonderful area to explore and this apartment was right in the middle of it. The buses are at the front door. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. Having a washing machine makes a visit convenient.
- Umar (7/5): Good -
- Miguel (9/5): Superb -
- Pam (6/5): Pleasant - Unit was spacious Difficultly in checking in, the smell in the unit. The daily asking for basic things that were not there but should have been, like a sink plug!
- Federica (7/5): The first floor apartment had a large water leak from the ceiling during the second night of my stay; furthermore, visib - Central position, bus stop just out of the door Dirty, moquette, cold, stairs, dropping water from above
- Juan (9/5): Superb -
- Dianne (4/5): The location of the apartment was excellent and overall had a nice stay in Dublin. - The location was great. Fifteen minute walk to city centre. The flat was not the cleanest. There was a dirty towel in the closet on the floor along with some pills. I sent a text the property company asking they come and clean it. They did not. There was light bulbs in the bathroom and nite table lamps in the bedroom which were not replaced.
They did bring more tea towels when asked. The carpet is dirty.
The property had a little kitchen, washing machine, fridge and stove.
I would recommend this apartment to travellers based on location.
I strongly recommend the flat be thoroughly cleaned by professionals.
- Ella (9/5): A comfortable and enjoyable stay - We had a lovely stay at this apartment and really enjoyed our time here in Dublin! The apartment was comfortable and extremely well-located, close to all the things to see and do and the check-in process was very easy. The property managers were very easy to communicate with if we ever needed anything which made our stay very enjoyable and easy to manage. Unfortunately, we ran into a few issues in terms of the property's cleanliness and facilities during our stay. We booked this apartment largely due to its kitchen and washing machine facilities so when we went to use the washing machine only to find the detergent compartment covered in mold we were pretty disgusted. Thankfully we were able to clean it and do our washing and we understand that these mistakes can happen but it shouldn't be our responsibility as guests to take care of these sorts of issues. We also had a bit of difficulty using some of the kitchen appliances as they didn't have instructions or were found to be broken. We did reach out and let them know of these issues and they were great in wanting to improve this for guests in the future but feel it important to mention it so future guests are aware.
- Cengiz (10/5): A really nice place to stay - I absolutely recommend the place! It was clean, quiet, and comfy. What I liked the most was its location: very close to many markets (spar, lidl, centra, and more) and also 15 minutes walk to Dublin's famous pubs/bars.
In comparison to similar houses, the price was good too.
The communication with the host was always fast and they were really helpful.
All in all, I would really recommend "Central Thomas Street"
