• Lara (10/5): Exceptionnel - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement en Grèce. L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté du tram qui longe toute la côte et qui permet également d’aller directement dans le centre d’Athènes, ce qui est vraiment très pratique. La plage et les transports sont à proximité immédiate. Le logement était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir à l’aise pendant le séjour. Un grand merci également à Alexis, qui est un hôte extrêmement serviable, réactif et accueillant. Il a toujours été disponible pour nous aider et répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation !

• Naomi (10/5): The stay was perfect! Comfortable apartment and great host hospitality! - The property was accessible, easy to get to and safe (opposite police station). Close to amenities (such as shops, beach and transport links). The apartment was clean and the hosts hospitality was exceptional- he had left food essentials for our use and had tea and coffee selection stocked in the cupboards. He was also very welcoming and offered helpful advice about local sights to visit. Nothing!

• Elisa (10/5): Working week in Athens - Si tratta di un monolocale a piano terra in una palazzina ristrutturata da poco. E' tutto nuovo e molto ben arredato. Il letto è molto comodo e gli spazi, seppur ridotti, sono gestiti in modo eccellente e con tutto l'indispensabile. La doccia è grande e separata dal bagno. La cucina è ben attrezzata con piatti, bicchieri posate, ciotole di varie dimensioni. C'è un piccolo frigorifero con anche una porzione di congelatore. Fornetto ad aria, bollitore, macchina del caffè con filtro, macchina del caffè con cialde. All'arrivo dentro il frigorifero abbiamo trovato una bottiglia d'acqua da 1,5 l, della frutta, una confezione di pane da toast e una confezione con prosciutto cotto e fette di formaggio. Decisamente molto apprezzato! In uno sportello c'erano inoltre 1 confezione di camomilla, 1 di tè, 1 confezione di nestcaffè, caffè in polvere, filtri per la macchina e zucchero. Lo stenditoio esterno consente di far asciugare gli asciugamani e costumi di rientro dalla spiaggia. A disposizione dell'appartamento c'è un cortiletto con 4 poltrone da esterno, tavolino e copertura in legno per rilassarsi all'aria aperta e/o per ospitare amici. Il padrone di casa, Alex, vive al piano di sopra ed è molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è vicino alla fermata del tram n.6 che porta direttamente in piazza Syntagma da cui è possibile muoversi a piedi o prendere mezzi pubblici per qualsiasi zona di Atene. In zona ci sono inoltre diverse fermate dell'autobus, inclusa quella del X96 che porta all'aeroporto. Gli autobus turistici tipo Big Bus o Hop On hop Off passano lungo mare a circa 300 MT, di fronte all'hotel Poseidon. A poche centinaia di metri c'è un supermercato, una farmacia e diversi bar e ristoranti. La spiaggia è a circa 300 MT dall'appartamento. È possibile acquistare biglietti validi per tutti i mezzi pubblici alle fermate del tram o pagare anche con bancomat direttamente sui mezzi. Forse aggiungerei un fornetto a microonde oltre al fornetto ad aria.
• Ana (10/5): Perfectly clean ,convenient location- super quiet and safe place with simply amazing host . - Perfectly clean apartment where you will find absolutely everything whatever you need for a comfortable stay. Very good location with easy access to the beach, city center and all main attractions of the city . Public transport is also very convenient, tram and bus stations are very close, just minutes walking distance from the apartment . Area is very quiet and safe ( just for the information - there is police station in front of the apartment ) Special thanks to our host Alex, for making our vacation such pleasant and comfortable . Good luck dear Alex and hope to visit you again ! no complains
• Betty (10/5): - Een goede ontvangst, wij kwamen laat aan, de verlichting was aan, er was water, en eten in de koelkast. Het appartement was compleet,, schoon. En gezellig ingericht. Een hele vriendelijke gastheer wanneer we bv nog handdoeken wilde hebben, werden die meteen bezorgd. Een echte aanrader!

• Sari (10/5): A home far away from home. - Property was amazing, cozy and by the sea. Best part was the hospitality by the owner, Alex! He always goes over and beyond to ensure all is well and the hospitality he offers is second to none!
• Leonova (9/5): Apartments near the sea! - Very good location. The hosts took care of food for us and also stocked us with coffee and tea. It was very nice. We were also given information about local interesting locations and how to get there. We lived on the zero floor with a large window opposite the entrance to the courtyard. It was a bit unexpected))))) During the day this window is mirrored, but when it gets dark it can become a bit piquant for other visitors if you forget to close it))))) I found it rather amusing!!!! Also outside is a nice location for morning coffee.
• Veli-matti (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was easy to find and we had no problems when parking our rental car. Our host Alexandros was waiting for us and he explained all the things we needed to know. In the apartment there was water, coffee, tea, cream, bread, cheese, ham and fruits for the breakfast. The place was super clean, everything is new and stylish. Communication with Alexandros was very easy via WhatsApp and he helpfully recommended several places of interest to visit. The location is surely one of the best in Athens. If you like sunbathing, swimming and enjoying sunsets in beach restaurants, it's only a few minutes walk. And going to see the historic centre of the city, it's the same walk to the nearest tram stops. Definitely recommending this property, excellent value for money. No complaints, just perfect!
• Manasaryan (10/5): Perfect - We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was very clean, and Alexandros was incredibly kind, even bringing us food before we arrived. The location was fantastic, just steps away from the beach, and everything we needed was nearby. Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks again for everything ! • Eirene (8/5): Comfortable, worthwhile and well located - Alexandros is a great host , answered our questions and responded to our messages promptly . Bed super comfy , a/c effective, great location. Walk to beach , tram stop to Piraeus and Glyfada 5 mins walk and also a stop to catch tram to Syntagma 5 min walk. Great cafe at the end of the street open from 6am to 9pm. And restaurant Edem on the beach. There’s a laundromat a 20 min walk away ( or 2 tram Stops and short walk ). Supermarket 5 minute walk and wine shop. Excellent security ( and there is a police station across the road ) Good Wifi Welcome pack for our first breakfast 🙂 We chose not to cook but noted there is only an air fryer, perhaps a microwave would be useful .

But the main star for us was Alexandros, he was waiting for us till 1 am bcs the flight late, also he prepared some food and water for us, was in touch all the time during our visit and helped with all our question

• Deborah (10/5): A throughly enjoyable holiday in a fantastic location and immaculent apartment hosted by Alexandro who was a delight to - The apartment was immaculate and a pleasure to stay in. It was very well equipped there was nothing more that we required. There was even coffee/ tea and bread, milk and fruit left for us. Plenty of toiletries and cleaning materials! Alexandros (host) was very helpful with travel arrangements and recommended places of interest to visit to make our stay more enjoyable from shopping, beaches, historical sites and restaurants! Be sure to obtain tram tickets 8 euros per adult which lasts 5 days with unlimited usage to enable you to get about we found it an excellent way to travel. We couldn’t have wish for more!!! There was nothing that we didn’t like
• Tanya (10/5): Beautiful airbnb near the seafront in Paleo Faliro - Beautiful space for two people - light & airy, spotlessly clean, in a lovely location in a quiet neighbourhood near the seafront, with shops & tavernas all nearby and the centre of Athens a short tram or taxi ride away. Really lovely owner who went out of his way to help us. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Athens - so much nicer (and cheaper) than staying in a hotel! There was literally nothing not to like about this property - it was perfect!
• David (10/5): Perfect for couple visiting athens- brilliant host. - Lovely apartment, brilliant host, good location for busses (an hour ish to lake vouligmeni and beaches down that way on bus, 15/20 mins into athens on the tram.... airport bus- just over an hour away- all good and easily accessible!) and trams and the beach... delighted to find everything we needed in there, including bread, milk, sandwich fillers and fruit in the fridge (perfect for late night arrivals). Apartment is decorated nice, very clean. Kitchen cupboards had lots of things including salt and pepper, tea and coffee, air fryer and coffee machine there, toastie maker in the cupboard, bathroom toiletries supplied(shampoo, body wash) and plenty loo roll and wee extras like toothpaste and body lotion, hairdryer there too. Lots of usb ports to plug in our things saving the need for extension cables and european adaptors.. English netflix was an added bonus! Mini market at end of the street and supermarket round the other way. Beach close by is totally fine. Extra info supplied by host who met us late upon arrival, gave us tips and tricks for nearby places and kept the bags for us as we were leaving late on last day. Brilliant... would definitely recommend. The shower is in the kitchen which is a little strange... but... it's a good shower. Only suggestion I'd have to make it better is to have slightly bigger bath towels.... and add conditioner to the shower for ladies with unmanageable hair.

• Akram (10/5): An amazing apartment. - Everything is absolutely wonderful. The host is extremely kind and helpful. The apartment is super luxurious. Absolutely spotless. Excellent location. Very peaceful and quiet. Only a few meters from the sea. Supermarkets are only a few meters away. Restaurants and cafes are nearby. Excellent value for money. One of the best apartments around. It is absolutely faultless.
• Helen (10/5): 100% recommend this property, excellent location to visit Athens, Piraeus Port, Glyfada - Wow, wow, wow. This property ticks all of the boxes! Much better than a hotel, this has everything you need and more than we thought we needed! It has been beautifully done, shower is amazing and even though we stayed here in January the air conditioning unit on heat function and the heated towel rail warmed up the rooms brilliantly. The owners are amazing, so welcoming and helpful. They gave us tips on where to go and they made sure there were essentials to start us off - ham, cheese, bread, coffee and creamer, toiletries and the kitchenette has an airfryer, egg cooker, sandwich maker, coffee makers, kettle. If we needed anything they were just a call/message away and very responsive/helpful. The secure parking space was big enough to fit our large estate car which was brilliant because for the whole week we were here we didn’t worry about the car at all. The location of the property is brilliant because it is a few minutes walk from the T6 and T7 lines that can get you straight into the heart of Athens at Syntagma Square (T6) and then along the coast either to Piraeus Port or the other way to Glyfada. Being here gave us the best of both worlds and easily accessible - Athens and the coast! We definitely recommend this property. nothing!
• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - I didn't expect to ever come across a place that was literally flawless. It was an absolutely amazing stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, modern, a short walk from the tram stop and supermarket, in short, without error. Alexius is a top-notch, unbelievably kind and smiling host - he welcomed us with a hug, left us food in the fridge, gave us advice on anything and every day recommended places to see. Those places were really worth it! I can't fault anything at all, everything was perfect. I highly recommend! Lenka R.

Bus connection to airport in a walking distance. Safe area with police building in front of the house. Few minutes walk to the sea. Apartment was super clean, everything is new and stylish.
