• שי (9/5): - המלון הי די קרוב לכיכר סנדרבג והיתה בו חניה נוחה. יחס הצוות היה נפלא, ארוחות הבוקר היו טובות למרות שהיו בסגנון שונה מזה שהורגלנו בו. במלון פועלת מסעדה המגישה גם ארוחות צהריים וערב. אכלנו פעם אחת והיה טוב. החדר היה מסודר היטב והיה מספק למרות שהיה מעט קטן. השרותים היו מרווחים. החדר היה מעט קטן, אבל הסתדרנו די טוב.

Men den som jag/vi vill betygsätta extra mycket,var det personalen .En grupp unga och vuxna som varit suveräna med bemötande,att hjälpa till ,ge service m.m . Så att man kände sig hemma på riktigt. Vi fyra vill skicka en varmt och tacksam hälsning till dem. Det fatades små saker,som en Toster för att använda till frukost. Kanske 2soeter bröd 🍞 eller mer. Dusch creme .

• Luc (10/5): Sterk aan te raden hotel door aanwezigheid diverse faciliteiten. - Dit hotel geboekt omdat mijn vrouw gevallen was en moest geopereerd worden in een ziekenhuis dichtbij. Noodgedwongen moest ik daar alleen verblijven. Maar alles was een meevaller: de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, het lekkere eten in het restaurant, ook prijs/kwaliteit uitstekend. Mooie kamer. Wel wat lawaai want ik sliep langs de straatkant, maar het viel best mee. Properheid, aanwezigheid van een ruime parking achter het hotel en ook niet zo ver van het centrum gelegen. (20 min wandelen). Wat drukke straat maar Tirana is nu eenmaal een drukke stad.

• Linda Megan (10/5): Wonderful workers, charming rooms, convenient location - I chose Hotel Victoria because of its location near American Hospital and its good reviews. An urgent medical problem put me in a tough situation and it was a long journey getting to the hotel. So having a staff whose good command of English made up for my poor command of Albanian, and a staff that was SO solicitous of one's well being was a huge load off my shoulders and helped calm what was a very stressful situation for me. I was able to stay another, less stressful time and the staff were every bit as superstar as the time before. The rooms are lovely, clean, and it's a plush boutique hotel, but it's truly the hospitality of the workers here that elevate the experience even beyond that. Hard to change now, but I wish the hotel rooms had bathtubs. Sometimes you just want a good hot soak for pain relief and relaxation.

• ANNAIENGO (10/5): 100% Ospitalità! - Struttura pulitissima, in tre giorni ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola due volte, asciugamani profumati e di ottima qualità con cambio giornaliero. Camere fornite anche di ciabattine e spazzolini. Non da ultimo bagno con bidet. Personale gentilissimo, in particolare Eralda che ci ha consentito di sostituire la cena persa per ritardo del volo con un pranzo. Consiglio vivamente la mezza pensione perchè lo chef cucina benissimo! Colazione sia dolce che salata con tutto l'essenziale. Ottimo caffè ristretto Per chi non ama camminare dista 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro, ma per noi non è stato assolutamente un problema.

• Martin (9/5): The stay at hotel Victoria was one of our Albania trip's highlights. - The hotel as such met my high expectations, however I was pleasantly surprised by the level of services. Everyone we got in touch with was professional, kind and friendly. Especially one of the receptionists even gave us a great travel tip and thus made our day completely outstanding. Compared to the rest of services of the hotel, the variety of food you can choose for breakfast was mediocre. That however doesn't apply for its quality or services provided - all good in this manner.

It's alaso easy to get a taxi and is costs only 4-6 euro. Free parking. The room facing the rear side of the building was quiet with good insulation from street noise. It's a ~30 minute walk from skanderbeg square. The room facing the main street was a bit noisy.

El hotel está en la ciudad y no se oye ni un ruido. Nada que destacar, todo fenomenal. Lo único, el acceso al parking, que es muy estrecho, pero quitando eso, todo bien.
