• Bernadette (10/5): Would recommend and will be back - Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, lovely balcony and sea view from the room, comfortable beds, hot shower and plenty of pillows!
• Tammy (6/5): Get what you pay for - Great location! Friendly staff. Bed uncomfortable, noisy people in room and in stairwell keeping everyone awake at 2am! Called reception and to be fair they sorted it out straight away. Bathroom shower was rubbish, needs new head and has poor water pressure. So don’t expect to wash off the soap easily! Whenever anyone flushed the toilet in another room the noise was so loud.
• Nikki (4/5): Not a great experience - The view and the closeness to town and playhouse Someone let themselves in my room whilst I was in there, was told I hadn't shut the door but I had. At nearly midnight Someone was banging on my door and scared me and at 2.10am people were extremely noisy in the corridor. I didn't feel safe and barely slept.

• Susan (5/5): Enjoyed the stay but would hope for a better room if visiting again - Good location. Terrace entertainment brilliant but people in hotel next door could hear & see better than us. The room was small, hardly any room to move past the bed. Shower awful, too hot (scalding) after waiting a long time for it to come through, and then the power was so weak

• Haynes (10/5): Honestly is was incredible, my mum and I both had an amazing time - The location was absolutely perfect, so close to the beachfront and the shops. All of the staff were absolutely incredible, especially the barman he’s an absolute diamond to your hotel. The entertainment was fantastic, the one last night, I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so much Despite having breakfast included they didn’t have a table with our room number, it was a very minor thing and it was sorted extremely quickly

• Matthew (10/5): Very nice short break. - Beautiful well maintained and clean period property. Excellent spacious room with pleasant views. Breakfast service was very good and of excellent quality.

• Richard (9/5): Great value, excellent location - Excellent location. Good size comfortable room. Friendly staff. Good Tom jones tribute act. Slept well and room was clean. Toilet was in a tight space. Room was a little warm, but their main target market is older people so this is understandable.
• Sharon (4/5): Beautiful hotel and very helpful staff shame about the room - In the centre of Weston The room was to far away from reception it was like a maze the bed was very uncomfortable u could feel the springs and flat pillows curtains in bathroom were stained and shower desperately needs replacing looked grubby

Think i got there during a shift change because it seemed nobody could be bothered to help. After asking for a ground floor room which they had spare rooms i ended up on the second floor which was not good.
