• Donald (1/5): Bad - The house could be very nice if the development was completed however it looks like the builder has abandoned the site no heating no hot water no curtains upstairs no bulbs in lamps no mirrors in bathrooms and more.. Generally grubby. Dirty microwave. No free Wifi
• Tom (2/5): You sent me information about the wrong house and we were freezing by the time you bothered to contact me back . Overall - Location Cold, dirty, no towels, no mirror in bathroom, empty cans of red bull in bathroom, broken front door handle, bed clothes not suitable for winter. The house wasn’t cleaned from the last occupants, dirt everywhere, sinks filthy, hair and dust everywhere. How could you rent a house in this condition? You showed total lack of respect for us.
• Javier (1/5): Bad - The house is big, modern and well located. The communication with the company that runs the property is really poor. They barely answer your questions and they do not have any phone number to contact them (just via messages). The house is extremely dirty. All the rooms are full of dead flies and dust. There is no TV in the living room, the kitchen lacks basic utensils (there is no coffee maker or machine). There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms. The bedrooms have no bedside lamps nor blinds so you will wake up when the Sun rises. The central heating does not work or the instructions are not clear. It is a pity cause the house has a lot of potential if it was well maintained.

• Paul (1/5): awful. - location very remote and the reason I cut short my stay..the road was like a skating rink when I arrived and that was before the cold snap...I couldn't risk being stranded miles from everywhere on bad roads. The house was freezing and totally devoid of life signs...no soap in bathrooms, one half roll of toilet paper in the shoe house, nothing in the kitchen..
• Glover (10/5): Spot on! - The property was easy to find and easy to access. It was very modern, clean and comfortable inside and was incredibly good value for money. The response to any inquiry came promptly from the owner. I'm not keen to recommend it any further for fear it will book out altogether, since I definitely plan to return, soon and regularly. 10/10 for "does exactly what it says on the tin / as described in the app" No curtains but was able to sling up a drape
