• Irina (8/5): In general ok - Location, samples of different cosmetics, beverages as a compliment after 15:00 1) quite noisy bathroom ventilator 2) strange way of changing towels: I don’t need new towels every day and it was not clear enough how to give the old one back. The same question about pillows stand 3) the only time when we requested cleaning, we faced an unpleasent situation: we returned from the walk and found out that our room was not closed by the cleaning team, it stayed opened

• Jekaterina (10/5): Great hotel in quiet area - Very nice hotel in quiet area. The bed was very comfortable, you can choose your own pillow. Bathroom small but well equipped. Helpful stuff and good breakfast. Not too many options but enough to properly start the day. Complimentary drinks between 3 and 9pm. Beware of the size of the rooms in Japan. They are usually small, with lots of luggge might be difficult.

Можно выбрать себе подушку из библиотеки подушек, а также взять разные пробники косметических средств (от крема до мочалки). Есть шторы блэкаут. Кровать удобная. Дают тапочки. Вечером бесплатные напитки на лобби, алкоголь и soft drinks без ограничений. Можно есть свою еду из seven eleven в лобби После долгого 12-часового перелёта нас не хотели селить в 14.20 (заселение с 15 часов). Попросили 1000 йен. У нас был жуткий джетлэг, мы еле держались на ногах, и пришлось заплатить. То есть номер был полностью готов, просто отель захотел заработать на 40 минутах раньше. Было очень неприятно в первый день поездки столкнуться с таким отношением к туристам. Лобби микроскопическое, все на завтраке сидят друг у друга на головах. Завтрак нам не понравился: суп, рис, салатные листья, йогурт, круассаны. Всё. Не было свежих овощей, фруктов, хлеба, ветчины/сыра, мюсли. Номер очень маленький, невозможно открыть чемодан на полу, он будет мешать. Из трех отелей сети, в которых мы были, этот нам вообще не понравился

Quelques extras apprécie : 5 à 7, bagagerie au Check out, échantillons gratuits, choix oreiller, etc. La chambre est petite, mais surtout mal disposée. On y circule moyennement bien à 2. Les lits sont un peu trop durs.

• Bruno (9/5): - Good price/quality. Nice offer of free ammenites (pijamas, face masks and similar, free breakfast, free welcome drinks). Location is also convenient, despite not being in any touristic area, you can get anywhere rather quickly, have supermarkets and restaurants nearby and the street is calm. Room is really tiny - the smallest we had while in Japan. The breakfast is very basic, very limited options and in a small area without space for everyone.

• Anna (10/5): - This was the only hotel during our entire trip to Japan where they truly took care of guests’ comfort. You can choose from several types of pillows, the pajamas are very comfortable, and there is a beauty bar where you can take items like patches for tired feet and face masks. We booked two rooms, and they were both small. The breakfast may surprise European guests: miso soup, stewed meat, and salad — dishes that are usually eaten for lunch.

Noi abbiamo passato qui solo l’ultima notte prima del rientro in Italia quindi non abbiamo avuto necessità di aprire le valigie avendo messo l’esenzione nello zainetto, ma soggiornare con 4 valigie da imbarco sarebbe stato difficile

• Nataliya (10/5): Value for money - It was a small room, but everything was very convenient—fresh white towels every day, lots of amenities. The location was nice, close to Tokyo Station—just a 15-minute walk. There were lots of small, local places to eat nearby. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, so you could easily find what you wanted. Also, at 3 p.m., they had a self-service bar where you could enjoy some wine or perhaps Japanese gin. It was also very nice.

Es war auch klasse, dass man sich ein Kissen auswählen konnte, dass es Produkte gab und man kostenlos Pyjamas leihen konnte. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, das Bett bequem und die Nähe zum Bahnhof war praktisch. Das Zimmer war etwas klein, aber es war ausreichend.

• Mats (8/5): - Very convenient and quiet location in Nihombashi, at walking distance from several metro stations and a good base for getting to various areas of Tokyo. The room is rather small, but this is Tokyo and everything, especially the bathroom, was designed in a very functional and practical manner. The hotel was also generous with providing "amenities" (different body products, matcha tea, etc) and staff was helpful in responding to questions and requests (e.g. letting us borrow an adaptor for the electrical sockets). The breakfast, which was included in our stay, is quite simple and minimalistic - perhaps this is the standard in Japan, so don't want to judge based on different standards. It is intended to be sustainable, so boiled eggs may for instance run out. There is some choice but not a plethora.

Даже не знаю, понравилось это, или нет. Маленький квест. Завтрак минимальный, но хватало. После обеда выставляли бесплатные напитки, в т.ч. алкогольные. Была маленькая слабая подушка в номере, нужно было брать дополнительную.

The hotel staff are great and always helpful. I loved the Japanese and continental breakfast choices. The bed was a little hard and the pillow was small.
