- Lara (4/5): A fine hotel, but not ideal for a good rest. - Staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a good size and well appointed. The rooms were clean(ish). Not immaculate. The beds were not very comfortable. Most of all - the sound insulation was so poor. We could hear everything happening on our floor (the couple next door, the lifts, people entering and leaving etc) so didn’t manage to get much sleep at all.

Sehr schöne Lage in der Nähe von der Metro und den guten Restaurants. Gute Aussicht und großer Balkon. Wir waren positiv überrascht.

- Maxence (1/5): - Pour un 4 étoiles, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. La chambre avait une odeur d’égout, le petit-déjeuner n'était vraiment pas bon et il y avait plein de choses cassées dans la chambre ! Bref, le contrôle de la gouvernante est totalement inexistant.

We arrive 30 mins early for check in as did a large tour group. The breakfast lady immediately brought a bottle of water to each of us. Room was large and balcony massive. Sea view was very small however unexpected bonus we could see the acropolis through binoculars so saw both during day and at night was amazing. Bit disorganised in morning when we ordered taxi to take us to 4000 passenger cruise along with lots of others. Seemed just to be a free for all when taxis arrived.

Η κυρία στη ρεσεψιόν έκανε πραγματικά τη διαφορά με την ευγένεια, τον επαγγελματισμό της για άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και έναν τρόπο που σε έκανε να νιώθεις ευπρόσδεκτος από την πρώτη στιγμή. Σπάνια συναντάς τόσο αυθεντική φιλοξενία. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, σε κεντρικό σημείο δίπλα σε όλα τα μέσα. Μια πραγματικά πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή.

- Alan (9/5): Great location and very nice room. - Breakfast room a bit crammed but food was very good. Luckily, they have an extra breakfast eating space across the lobby. We had a top floor room with a huge balcony and great views. Sliding doors allowed for great ventilation. Extra bathroom down the hall was also very convenient. Nice frig and stove top in the closet. Staff very helpful with getting taxis, providing information. One block from metro station and close to port. Shower drainage was slow.
- Richard (9/5): A pleasant and practical choice for those needing to stay in Piraeus. - A very convenient location for the port, a clean spacious room and good facilities. Even in the heart of Piraeus, I enjoyed a bit of the natural world from our balcony, watching alpine swifts visiting their nests in the air conditioner vent holes in the wall of an apartment block across the street! The breakfast was good, but I thought the room where the breakfast was served was too small for the number of guests and rather poorly laid-out. Guests using the toaster, for example, were blocking the route to and from the kitchen which was being used continuously by the staff and one felt in the way of other guests or staff much of the time. The immediate surroundings of the hotel are tatty, but that's no fault of the hotel, of course.

I complained at the reception and they solved the problem the day after. They moved us to another room. It wasn't that convenient given the price.

Preis-Leistung stimmt. Löslicher Kaffee in Tüten sind auf dem Zimmer erhältlich, für ein 4-Sterne Hotel etwas mager.

L'hotel est également à coté du métro qui permet d'être rapidement au centre touristique d'Athènes. l'hotel en lui meme est récent, la décoration élégante, le service impeccable et la chambre est très propre et confortable.

- Laura (8/5): - Location was ideal for an early morning ferry. Only 10 minutes walt to the port (shorter depending on your departure dock). Staff were all very lovely. The room was decorated to a high standard and had all the amenities you cod think of (fridge, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, shaving sets, toothbrushes, slippers). There was a horrible drain smell coming from the bathroom. It was ok for one night as could simply close the bathroom door but wouldn't have stayed any longer due to this smell.

- ΒΑΪΑ (7/5): ικανοποιητική - Ταξίδευα μόνη μου για δουλειά και είχα κάνει κράτηση μονοκλινου. Αρχικά με βάλανε σε ένα πάρα πολύ μικρό δωμάτιο μία τρύπα και αφού εξέφρασα την δυσαρέσκειά μου με μετέφεραν χωρίς πρόβλημα. Κάποιοι από τους ενδιάμεσους τοίχους είναι με γυψοσανίδα επομένως δεν εξασφάλιζαν επαρκή ηχομόνωση. Ο κοινόχρηστος χώρος στους ορόφους είναι λίγο ασφυκτικός. Ο ανελκυστήρας στο κτίριο είναι ένας μόνο και εξυπηρετεί 7 ή 8 ορόφους με περίπου 7 δωμάτια στον κάθε όροφο για επισκέπτες και προσωπικό, συνήθως πρέπει να περιμένεις για να εξυπηρετηθείς. Οι πετσέτες πρέπει ν αντικατασταθούν. Αισθάνθηκα και μία ανασφάλεια όταν ζητούσα το κλειδί και μου το δίνανε χωρίς να με έχουν ξαναδεί, θα μπορούσε να το ζητήσει και κάποιος τρίτος άσχετος και να του το δίνανε. Δεν ξέρω αν τηρούνται οι κανόνες πυρασφάλειας καθώς δεν διέκρινα να υπάρχει κάποιο δεύτερο κλιμακοστάσιο που θα μορούσε κάποιος να χρησιμοποιήσει σε περίπτωση ανάγκης.

- Elenie (10/5): Worked well when needing to be near the port with plenty of places to eat nearby. - Location was super convenient. Nice neighborhood near the port. Staff was superior, helped me when I fell in the lobby. Breakfast was exceptional.
