• Mücahit (10/5): Kotor Old Town’ın ruhunu yaşayacağınız mükemmel konum - Kotor Old Town’da Gizem Hanım’ın işlettiği apart dairede konakladık ve çok memnun kaldık. Daire tam eski şehrin merkezinde yer aldığı için her yere yürüyerek ulaşabildik. Bu bizim için çok iyi bir olanaktı. Çatı katındaki dairemiz oldukça temiz, ferah ve konforluydu. Kotor old town’ın ruhunu kesinlikle hissettiğimiz bir daire oldu. Tesis sahibi Gizem Hanım ise güler yüzlü ve ilgili bir ev sahibiydi; ihtiyaç duyduğumuz her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Kotor’da konaklayacak herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz. Gizem hanıma sonsuz teşekkürler 🙏🏻

• Hilal Nur (10/5): Harika 💖 - Küçük tatlı bir odamız vardı. Rezervasyonla ilgilenen beyefendiden cok memnun kaldım,temizlik kesinlikle harika odanın her yerinde ayrı güzel bir koku var. Oda içindeki ekipmanlar tam hiçbir eksiğimiz yoktu ama girerken özellikle eksiğimiz olursa ulaşabileceğimizi söylediler.

I did not like because owners if i can say they were owners never gave us a key from this apartment what we booked.They put us at another apartment(which is not bad) but they said funny reason when we met. The thing is they could tell us earlier before we came at the meet point. The reason was "hot water" . They did not have hot water in apartment. But what I think is that they had somebody there already and they just wanted to put us somewhere else and take a money. Apartment "Sara" was huge but not that clean and it was so smelly. Glasses were very dirty...

Asked why?€25 cleaning charge… I could understand if they added a couple of extra euros but €25? on a room that cost €44 Stayed at countless hotels, several in the area over the last week. Never hear anything like it…

The staff does not speak English and did not understand my request to change the checkin time from 10 to 11, had to wait outside until 12:15. The walls are thin, you could hear the other guests loudly speaking and moving things from 5:30 in the morning. The drain was very smelly.

Although the tourist taxes were included in the price, the hosts failed to register our stay, so we had to register ourselves and pay the taxes again. Very disappointing experience.

• Kelly (5/5): Good value for money - The location! In central old town Kotor Way too noisy! There's a pub within a street from the apartment and the noise was unbearable at night especially on the weekend. I expected some noise as it's expected when staying in the centre of old town however this was full house music up until 1am in the morning that not even noise plugs can remove. The check in and check out process is also super confusing - no proper assistance or contact numbers. No room cleaning is done during your stay

The host upgraded our room with a better option, i am truly appreciated. The location was excellent in the heart of the old town, within walking distance to everywhere. The apartment was equipped with everything, including washing machine, iron.. I would recommend this place to anyone.

WE HAD BEEN WAITING UDER THE RAIN FOR GOOD 20 MINUTES. then we left our bags and stuff and went out, after like 49 mins the owner messages us, that he made a mistake and put us in a smaller room and to quickly come! like WTH?!?!?!? what if went far??? THE WIFE WASNT WORKING!!! THE BATHROOM SMELLED HORRIBLE!!! THERE WERE NO PROPER UTENSILS!!! WORSE OWNER AND WORSE STAY EVER!!!

• Andrea (6/5): Well furnished and great location, but overall not a pleasant experience - The apartment is located in the very center of the old town. Tiny room, essential but comfortable. Perfect for backpackers or for a short stay in town. There would have been no issue if I would have stayed only one night. However, since we changed plans last second and we wanted to extend to a second night, we contacted the host via WhatsApp. There was another apartment available from the same host on Booking, the last one available, for 23€+6 taxes. We checked with hum, out of kindness, whether he preferred us to book on Booking or if he could just do it via his system (more convenient for him). And we asked repeatedly for the price. We were first told that there was no issue and that the host was working on finding us something for a good price. As we mentioned the apartment and shared a print screen, in a few minutes the same apt went up to 42€ + taxes. When we pointed out that we were interested but only at the price we paid for the first night (such as the one before it was changed for the second apt), then all the "no worries bro, relax we will find a way, we discuss this tomorrow" turned into "no availability, you should find another place". Quite suspicious to me. It really feels like an attempt to get more money out of a declared intention to rent a room, by a last second increase of the price (over a winter time such as completely off season).

It is a perfect location, close to the Bus station and all the attractions of the Old Town. The apartments are very comfortable and well equipped with all the necessary things. It also posesses a unique atmosphere and provides an unforgettable experience of a historical place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved everything

Cleaning and hospitality was good. Two things bothered us during the stay: First, it is very cold in the winter here in the appartment! Even heaters did not help; ( And the second, the mold in the bathroom due to the dampness in winter.

There is a place to cook and the place got nice and warm with the heat on. The check in was very confusing. I received no information prior to check in and thought the restaurant would be open but they were closed because it is off-season. We basically walked into the apartment but no one was there. I wrote WhatsApp and private message and had to wait for an answer that we were supposed to contact a different person who would come meet us, who we also had to wait for. I just wish we had known what to do before arriving

• Tamer (8/5): Very good - The property is the heart of the Kotor Old Town. The location is great also Kotor is a small city and you can reach any place by foot. The staffs were so kind and helpful. We checked in and out anytime during our trip. Whoever likes antique places I can offer that place. Everything was good except just bathroom. Maybe it’s a bit smaller size.

The bathroom smelled like rotting fish, which I suspect is the sewage system in Kotor. This place should never had a rating above 5. I’m incredibly disappointed with booking.com

He didn’t want to share the exact address of the apartment. Then when we entered the apartment its not like what we saw in the photos. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever sleep on. I swear it would be way more comfortable to lay on the floor. The apartment was so dusty. All the curtains and everything.. My bf has asthma and it wasn’t a desirable experience for us. Bathroom was smelling so bad. Also, there were some molds on the wall. Besides everything, bathroom doesn’t have a proper shower cabinet so when you take shower all over the floor gets wet.

• Brunt (9/5): Superb - It was so central and in the most perfect location. It’s only a 5-7 minute walk from the bus station and super accessible. Only problem is no door to the shower so it gets all over the floor but really wasn’t a problem for us. There’s a restaurant downstairs so can be a little noisy but again we weren’t too fussed

Communication with the host was also very easy and quick Only thing that is good to know is that you have to watch your head for the slanted ceilings and to be aware that the shower is pretty small. Would not be a reason to not stay here for me though, the location and the comfort of the place definitely outweighs the above mentioned

• Stephanie (7/5): Great location, clean, better bedding needed - It was a good location in terms of proximity to other amenities and it was very clean and the air con was amazing - it was 31 to 35° during my stay so was very much needed! The owner was kind, and the lady who came to clean the other room next door even checked I had enough toilet paper and if I needed new towels It is above a restaurant and close to other holiday and hostel lets so you do hear a lot of the noise til late into the night (2am) - with ear plugs/white noise I was ok but was a little surprised the first night, and to be expected with a central location. I also wasn’t provided a bedsheet, just a scratchy thin blanket. Luckily it was too hot to have anything on blanket wise. The shower was good but the actual faucet got extremely hot and I actually have a burn on my arm from slipping on the tile and hitting my arm on it to support myself from falling.

I struggled to breathe for hours and we had to keep doors and windows open in high heat so that we could get rid of the fumes. * The bathroom was very cramped. * Too loud at night as we were next to a busy area.
• Keri (8/5): Cute apartment in the middle of old town. - Nice small apartment with living room area and dining table. Very good location. In the middle of Old town and a short walk to Kotor beach. The shower is very small and a bit difficult to move around in. The water collected a little as it didn’t go down the drain quickly. No rack for shampoo etc. The ceiling is low in some parts of the building and no rail to the stairs in the apartment so maybe it is not appropriate for children and elderly to live here.

Needed to be cleaner - bathroom shower had a lot of mould, toothbrush cup in bathroom was dirty, dish cloth in kitchen was filthy. Bed not properly made up - I had to ask for a top sheet. Hot water tap/pipe in shower gets scalding hot. Would be dangerous for a child or anyone to touch. Air con hose drips onto bathroom floor - so floor is constantly wet. Big bag of rubbish from previous guest left in room. No tea towels to wipe dishes. Staff not friendly and messaging me to pay straight away as soon as I arrived. Which is fine, but I’d arrived from a long journey, had told him I needed to get cash, I was staying for a week and they had my cc details. Also this is probably the first time I’ve been asked to pay upfront. I guess this was probably just a miscommunication. I booked based on previous reviews. Not sure if the property had possibly changed hands??
