• sergio (9/5): - Ubicación fantástica y atención de la dueña. Silencio por la noche y cama y apartamento cómodos. El agua caliente se agotaba tras una sola ducha. Había que ducharse muy rápido para que quedara agua caliente para la segunda persona.
• federico (10/5): Excellent - Excellent location! Everything was super clean and in excellent condition. The host responds to messages promptly; she is clearly a very kind person. Definitely a place to return to and to recommend. My stay was perfect. I have nothing negative to say.

• Ivana (10/5): TOP apartmán - Všetko bolo vynikajúce, v apartmnáne za nachádza všetko čo potrebujete k pobytu. Nikdy som sa asi nestretla s takto dobre vybaveným ubytovaním, kde myslela majiteľka na všetko. Bola veľmi láskavá a nápomocná, ochotná a vidieť, že sa veľmi snaží. Prajem jej nech sa jej darí, ale ak to bude robiť ako doteraz tak určite nemám obavy. Takto má vyzerať ubytovanie na prenájom! Ďakujeme. Nebolo nič, čo by sa nám nepáčilo. Všetko bolo perfektné.

Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne urządzenia, w tym: klimatyzacja (z opcją ogrzewania), podgrzewacz ciepłej wody, suszarka do ręczników - grzejnik elektryczny w łazience, kabina prysznicowa walk-in, ekspres do kawy wraz z kapsułkami, czajnik elektryczny, kuchnia indukcyjna, kuchenka mikrofalowa. Pokój dość duży, czysty i nowocześnie umeblowany. Sporo miejsca w szafach. Okno zaciemniane elektryczną żaluzją. Wygodne podwójne łóżko, odpowiednie poduszki. Łatwy kontakt z właścicielką apartamentu, udzielającą wiele przydatnych informacji o miejscach w mieście wartych odwiedzenia. Wszystko OK.

• Lucia (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico! - Kinthia è stata fantastica. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato succhi, acqua, caffè, snack dolci e salati e anche panna per il caffè, tisane e thè oltre a tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, sale, olio... Nulla! La struttura è fantastica. E' molto carina, pulita, ben organizzata e si trova in posizione eccellente!

• Alexia (10/5): Cozy Christmas - Perfect structure for 02 people. Position is a few steps from the Acropolis and full of restaurants and main points of the city near by. kinthya was very caring we arrived late on christmas day and she left us some snacks because the shops Were closed for that night and the following day. Highly recommend the place for spending some days in Athens.

• Maria Gabriella (10/5): Meraviglioso soggiorno vicino all’Acropoli in una Atene accogliente e luminosa. - Il piccolo appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, poco distante dall’Acropoli che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. La zona è tranquilla e garantisce un buon riposo notturno. La host Kynthia ci ha coccolato facendoci trovare beni di conforto e ci ha sempre fornito indicazioni preziose, sia sui luoghi di interesse, sia sui posti migliori per mangiare. Le comunicazioni avvengono via whatsapp in modo celere e puntuale. L’appartamento è essenziale ma è arredato con gusto e c’è tutto ciò che serve. Grazie ancora a Kynthia e arrivederci se, come speriamo, torneremo ad Atene. Tutto ok!

Apartment: modern, beautiful, well-equipped apartment in a great location right next to the Acropolis. Host: Kynthiag is the perfect host. Communication with her was smooth, she responded immediately. She was very kind, flexible (we were able to check earlier) and helpful, giving us useful tips. She even had a little surprise souvenir waiting for us when we arrived. Not to mention the bottled water, coffee capsules and snacks. I highly recommend this apartment!!!!***** There was nithing.

She added thoughtful touches like snacks and even provided luxurious Greek bodywash in the bathroom, which made us feel right at home. We were pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful thank-you gift as well! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, with iconic sights and fantastic restaurants all within walking distance. Highly recommend

We received a lovely gift and snacks, these little extras make such a difference. Host was lovely and very responsive. Location was amazing, about a 3 minute walk and we could see views of the Acropolis. Would highly recommend. The only thing was the door was a little tricky to open, we got it eventually.

I mean, all the standard stuff plus coffee, snacks, water and different cosmetic and hygienic items. I haven't experienced such care in booking apartments before. The location is also great, the best in Athens.

The location in one of the best neighborhoods, close to the acropolis and the plaka neighborhood, safe area, quiet, around the apartment many bars, restaurants, bakeries etc. The apartment is new, Very clean. You have everything you need. The owner is very kind, helpful with great recommendations. He thought about all small details including some refreshments, coffee machine etc. Nothing.

• Sweetin (10/5): Exceptional and Unsurpassable - The apartment was amazing. The Host is very sweet and goes out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Apartment was clean, bathroom too, kitchen was well equipped and we had no difficulty whatsoever. The Host left us some croissants for breakfast, snacks and fruits and some Greek souvenirs as a welcoming gift. The apartment is close to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants and bakeries. Very central yet calm and peaceful neighborhood. The window had roller-blinds, so noise and light were not a problem, which made it easier to sleep in. Nothing to mention. Stay was wonderful.

• Bridget (7/5): Good - Location was great! So close to everything and in a beautiful, safe neighbourhood. Clean, renovated apartment. The street was quite busy so we couldn’t have the window open, which meant that the aircon had to be on at all times. The room was a little bit musty as a because there wasn’t any natural ventilation.

Very good connection with the owner of the apartment who answers all the questions, gives recommendations and cares about a confortable stay. The food for breakfast was enough and even better than expected. It was hot outside but airconditioning was working well inside the house. The 'wellcome' gift, left by the owner, made this trip to Athens unforgettable.

The location is perfect ! It’s a 4min walk to the nearest metro station, and only 10 min to the Acropolis. The apartment is really in the center so we were able to walk anywhere. The area is clean and safe.
