• Susie (10/5): A very good stay - The location , the lift and the flat was modern and comfortable . The terrace was laid Celt on the afternoon The only thing I would have like was some comfy chairs on the terrace . The wooden ones are good but you cannot really relax in them .
• Liat (10/5): Great location, great staff, super comfortable for families - The apartment was amazing!! The location was wonderful, the beds extremely comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals, and the staff was super responsive and helpful The only challenge was the hot water- we had to wait between showers to not fully exhaust the hot water. To be fair we were 5 and we all showered one after the other so it is sort of an edge case 😉

• Tamara (10/5): A Perfect Stay - Every now and then, not very often, you stumble upon an exeptional place to stay and this is one of them! Everything was fantastic! The appartment is beautiful, clean, super quiet, everything works great, even the a/c, the washing machine is for sure useful to have! The outside terrace is really nice to enjoy after a day of exploring Rome. Everything is very close, a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores and all the sights are in the walking distance. We couldn't be happier! Thanks you Alessandra and the team for a wonderful stay! If we come back to Rome, I wouldn't even think of staying anywhere else!

• Marion (10/5): Confort et calme en plein cœur de Rome. - Excellent emplacement dans Rome, proche du pantheon, de la piazza navona, de campio dei fiori et de Trastevere. Pour le Colisée, le Vatican ou autre, on peut prendre très facilement les bus qui s arrêtent en bas de l appartement. Et en même temps, une fois la porte fermée, on est dans un très grand calme et confort. La terrasse est un plus pour le soir. La machine à laver le linge est très pratique. Un parking est aussi très proche (10min à pieds) en étant en dehors de la zone ZTL. Merci à Alessandra notre hôtesse très sympa et efficace ! Rien

Very close to Piazza Navona in Rome. Beautiful church at the corner. Loved the terrace but the weather was too hot and humid except for my morning coffee :-) Suggest providing instructions for the clothes washer

• Stephen (10/5): We had a wonderful 10 day stay in Rome and would stay again at Sant'Andrea Apt in future! - Newly rebuilt apt in historic bldg. The location was excellent between Campo Di Fiori and Piazza Navona, easy walk to Vatican, Parthenon, and Trevi Fountain and taxi stand. Apartment was quiet at all times. Loved the terrace and view of the backside of an ancient Roman mansion. Our hostess Lorenza was fantastic, flexible with checkin, responded quickly to all requests, easy check-out. Loved the brand new modern elevator (apt on 4th floor). Restaurants, grocery and gelato close by. Bed was super comfortable, shower large, kitchen was basic, but worked, enjoyed Nesspresso maker with pods. Needed more clothes/towel hooks in bathroom. Suggest an indoor drying rack (combo washer/dryer and drying rack on terrace). Bring your own login codes for TV access.
• Philip (10/5): Newly remodeled unit with new furniture in central location. Easily walkable to many major sites. - Location was amazing. Only a few minute walk to Piazza Navona and Pantheon. Short walk to my favorite bakery - Antico Forno Roscioli and our favorite gelato place - Fatamorgana Chiavari. We loved the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. We made reservations all around town and walked to dinner. We walked to the Coliseum and Forum. The property was just recently remodeled so the place looks like new and the furniture is new. Nice outdoor patio. TVs in every room. I would book this place again and recommend it to friends. Lorenza was a treat to deal with. It's a new place so there were a few minor issues. No dishwasher liquid. No tissues or napkins. Toilet seat wobbled. The ad says one room has two beds and it only has one bed. So both rooms have only one bed in each room.

Great location close to multiple bus stops and within walking distance of attractions and restaurants. Washing machine on the patio - can't use the spin cycle at night without waking the neighbors.

The location was unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of iconic landmarks like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Piazza Navona. The neighborhood was vibrant yet peaceful, with charming cafes, restaurants, and shops just steps away. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, the kitchen had everything needed, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The host was exceptional—communicative, friendly, and always available to provide tips and recommendations for exploring the city. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the entire process was stress-free. If you’re looking for a perfect home away from home in Rome, I highly recommend this apartment. • Mariam (9/5): We had a lovely stay. I highly recommend this place! - What an absolute gem of an apartment. Right next to the Piazza Navona, the location is absolutely amazing. Great place with homemade pasta less than 100m away, small supermarkets and numerous restaurants/cafes nearby and 10 minutes to the river and Trastevere. The apartment is extremely clean, tidy and spacious. The interior is new and modern. Lorenza is an amazing hostess. Communication with her is easy. She thought of every detail. We really liked the idea of ​​a guidebook with restaurants, places, etc. selected by her.
• Oleksandr (10/5): Perfecto - Very clean, modern and newly refurbished apartment. I was the first renter after renovation so everything in the apartment was brand new and fresh. Lorenza is a wonderful host meeting all my needs and requests in the shortest terms. Location is great. No lift in the building. A bit of construction work is going on in the building, which is not a problem, but might cause some noise during a day.
