They turned out the air condition with the attitude. No wifi password, no television.I wasn't quiet and I have to wait four hours to go inside the room.I don't know why was the reason Just clean.

• Keith (3/5): Amenities were very very poor. Cannabis was smelling throughout the building in the morning. No cups are plastic cups in - We like the location. I thought it would be quite special. The outside picture of the home was beautiful. No, there was no one around. Looking over the river., Well, maybe. We got to look at the next-door house.

• Maria (9/5): Comfortable & convenient location. - I loved the spaciousness. The two sinks in the washroom were so convenient, and everything felt clean. I loved the size of the bed and the lighting that came in the room. Overall it was a lovely stay. I wish there would have been water bottles offered in the room, the pillows were a bit flat, and one of the sinks seemed clogged.
• SHAGHAYEGH (8/5): If you solo traveler is for you 😎 - Great stay overall! The location and price were excellent, and the free parking was a big plus. The hot tub was very nice and made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend. Overall, it was a good stay. The only downside was that there was no small coffee machine or any coffee/tea provided in the room. The kitchen was quite basic, with only a kettle available, which I think is a bit of a drawback for this type of accommodation. Also, whenever someone used the shower, there was noticeable water noise in the room but not annoying , likely due to the building being older.

• Lech (10/5): Sleep over in Niagara Falls - Liked the location a bit away from the main drag. It was close enough to the falls and peaceful at the same time. Would be nice if the kitchen had a microwave and some sort of a single cup coffee maker and coffee. Our bathroom was missing a hairdryer.

• Mike (5/5): Not luxurious but just ok - Lovely location and building and price was good. Very quiet. Room was not luxurious at all. Bedding felt like i was staying in Grandma's spare room. Only 1 towel was left. The bathroom needs to feel more luxurious with a full set of nice towels and products. The room needs to be freshened up.

Will definitely book again very pleased Shower was difficult to get a steady flow of water from shower head , water was excessive and felt wasteful. Outlet beside bathroom sink was extremely difficult to use . Kitchen supplies would be nice like pack of coffee, sugar, whitener, tea, drinking glasses and coffee cups... • Georges (2/5): This is not how I wished anyone to spend their Christmas No Heat, No Electricity , No Hot Shower - Location was decent to walk to the falls The whole stay was ruined because of No heat due to us using the Hair Dryer! The Fuse on the Electrical Panel did not reset and instead whole blackout in the unit. The owner moved us to a room that had less beds and expected to stay with 3 people on one double bed! The TV did not work , batteries were rusted in the remote! There was no hot water in the shower and was told to turn the shower handle to the right to get hot water which I did but still no hot water. With any shower I used hot is Red ( handle turned left) and cold is Blue ( handle turned right) as indicator. If the owner was correct then This is a safety issue as the handle turned to Hot water first and then to Cold afterwards … imagine kids using the shower they will burn themselves…

• Rolf (9/5): Great value in a clean comfortable room - Value. Clean and comfortable room with a large bed. Large and function washroom. The location is very quiet and easy to find. I would stay there again. No instructions on how to check in prior to arrival. My only choice was to call the hotel phone number that was on the street sign. They informed that it was 100% self-check. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

• Lea (4/5): Practical for one night - The location is within walking distance of the falls which was nice and convenient. The free parking on the property and the balcony in the room were also appreciated. The room wasn’t very clean (cigarette butts and empty beer can on the balcony, dirty floor, hole in the wall of the bathroom patched with toilet paper…). While the balcony was nice, the sound and heat insulation of the glass door seemed non-existant. For the sound, because of the lss busy season there was very little traffic so it was fine, for the heat we couldn’t choose the temperature in the room (it was a bit chilly) and the blanket was pretty thin and there were no extra blankets. It didn’t ruin our stay, but we were a bit disappointed.

• Suzanne (8/5): Good for a short stay in Niagara - Easy to book, clean and good location There were no glasses or cups in the room (and kitchen very sparse with equipment). Coffee in the room would have been a nice touch, as we were there for one night and had to drive out to get.

Nous étions de passage et n’avons pas eu l’occasion de voir les parties communes ou si la tv fonctionnait. La chambre dite « familiale » 2 adultes + 1 enfant n’est pas du tout prévu pour. Heureusement nous n’avions pas d’enfants. Nous avons réservé cette chambre suite à un message d’erreur lors de la réservation de la 1ère chambre et l’hôte a refusé de nous rembourser malgré une demande moins de 5min après les réservations et plus d’1 mois avant la date d’arrivée. Les oreillers étaient très plats semblaient vieux. Impossible de régler la température individuellement. Il faisait froid dans notre chambre du bas. Chaud dans celle du haut… Lors de nos échanges par message, hôte peu cordial.

Présence d’un parking gratuit sur place. Difficulté pour comprendre le mécanisme de fermeture des portes. Les échanges avec le personnel (uniquement à distance, personne sur place) : ne s’est pas du tout montré conciliant suite à un problème que nous avons eu (double réservation suite à un message d’erreur lors du paiement, et malgré l’alerte que nous avons fait immédiatement après, et malgré la réservation bien à l’avance (réservation le 20/08 pour le 05/10) l’annulation d’une des chambres nous a été refusée. Les messages était assez peu cordiaux.

Sauberkeit…. Naja… Den Eigentümer trifft man nicht einmal zum Check-In persönlich. Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert.
