• Aleksandra (4/5): Calidad decepcionante - Cama grande y buena ubicación. Personal amable. La cocina no la pudimos utilizar ya que no tenía utensilios ni menaje de cocina. Estuvimos 4 noches y no tuvimos cambio de sábanas ni de toallas. El rollo de papel higiénico estaba a medias y no había más para reponerlo cuando se acabó. La ducha se emboza enseguida y rebosa hacia el resto del baño. En nuestra opinión, las instalaciones están desgastadas y mal mantenidas. Las fotos no muestran la realidad con la que te encuentras.
• Sergey Fedorov (4/5): - The main advantage is the pleasant hotel manager - he helped carry the luggage, pleasant to talk to, checked in 30 minutes earlier. The central street of the city and the good location of the hotel. Now about the hotel. It is on the 6th floor with a huge slippery steep staircase. Really very steep and very high and slippery stairs that you can fall. The room in the booking photo looks new. In reality, the renovation was done a long time ago, sockets are sticking out of the walls. Needs to be updated. The room does not correspond to reality. They gave a colossally different room, very different from the photo on booking. It is on the 4th floor, the very top, in the attic where it is very hot. Really very hot and stuffy. Right under the roof. There is no TV, although there is in the photo. No washing machine. The air conditioner does not work at all, it blows warm air, barely. Also, water drips from the air conditioner on your head because the air conditioner is above you and it flows water directly on you. During the night, by the morning you will wake up completely wet, as if you just got out of the shower and you can immediately go for a walk. No wifi in the room. No cooking utensils. No forks, spoons, knives. The stove for cooking does not work, one of the two barely works and heats up. You could say that it does not work at all. It is completely impossible to cook, and the stove does not work and there are no utensils at all. The bed is clean, the room is normally clean. The bathroom and toilet are clean. In general, the cleanliness is good. If you are staying for one or two nights and you do not plan to cook and spend a lot in the room, then you can stay. If for a long time, then it is definitely better to choose another place.

LA WIFI QUI FONCTIONNE TRÈS TRÈS MAL !

• Aida (2/5): Great location, but the building is old, smelly, and lacks reception.Security felt poor, No elevator - The location is perfect (midtown but a bit noisy ofc). There is no reception, and the building itself is very old and has an unpleasant smell. The lock on the door on the third floor didn’t feel secure, which made me very uneasy staying alone. There is also no elevator, and the stairs are old, narrow, and spiral. The bathroom and teh thewer need a renovation.

• Mikhail (7/5): Good place to stay - Close to everything and a tram station in a 5-minute walk. Nice apartment to sleep in after a long night. I have to check in deep in the night and move the time of it a few times before, but the stuff was helpful The steep spiral staircase in a hall is dangerous for drunken people. I wake up with a sprung ankle and brushed shoulder. Things are in place but need tightening and a little fixing
• Brett (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE - DISGUSTING, BLOOD STAINS, BED BUGS - WORST ACCOMODATION EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. - The room looked nothing like it did on the pictures. There were BLOOD STAINS on our bed - when we called the reception desk to inform them of the blood, their response upon viewing it was "this is not on the sheets, it is on the mattress topper". It was DISGUSTING! There were traces of bed bugs in the mattress too. We left 1 hour after arriving as we could not spend any time there, as a result I missed celebrations for my 30th birthday whilst we sourced an AirBnB. Curtains were falling down, the paint on the walls was patchy and stained, the sliding door to the toilet had a large gap in it, which connects to the living room and bedroom - there is absolutely 0 privacy, towel holders were hanging off the wall. The staff do not care; they have refused to respond to me via email or Whatsapp. Furthermore, the Booking.com team have stated that they cannot get a hold of them and left it at that - I have lost all of my money despite not staying a single night in the room. Absolutely DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Windows cannot close properly, it was very noisy during the night. Shops close at 1pm. Bathroom doors cannot close properly. No clean as pictured.

• Lela (7/5): Good - Only location The apartment was very untidy and dusty. Water was accumulating in the shower and it was difficult to get out. There were no slippers in the room as promised. In short, except for the location, nothing matched the reality that was stated on the booking.
• Tania (8/5): Nice comfortable apartment - The bed was really comfortable, it was great that there were also cooking facilities. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. There isn't a lift, so not suitable for everyone. No problem if you are arriving by taxi, but if arriving from Karakoy station be aware that it is all uphill from there.

• Natalia (7/5): Good - The apartment was small and unpretentious but well worth it for its price. Great location. The guy at the reception (which is literally around the corner) was quick to answer all my querries. I had some trouble with the lock. It didn't seem secure enough but since I managed to close and open it for 4 days straight without problems, it all worked out fine. My major issue was that the property charged the card I provided twice (even though I was supposed to pay on arrival). I had some trouble getting the refund but that mostly concerns Booking.com and not the property itself (or so I think). Also worked out in the end but was tiresome to keep messaging with support while on holiday.

• Bindu (5/5): Not a good fit for seniors despite its great location and the building having an old-world charm - The location was perfect. It was right in the heart of town. It was easy to access cafes and restaurants in this very lively neighborhood. Although the facilities were not the best, the unwavering attention of the staff was the saving grace of our 5 day stay. Special mention needs to be made for Serif and Gorban who served us and arranged tours and transport for us impeccably. There was no clear signage outside this residence. We arrived around 8.30 pm and our limo driver could not locate the flat. He dropped us across the street where we waited in the cold for a good twenty minutes before our host showed up. The studio was very cramped. It was tough to heat anything in the kitchen. The bathroom had no place to hang towels or an exhaust fan. But the major drawback was that there was no railing in the winding spiral staircase making it very difficult for us to climb up and down.

• Vladimir (6/5): You should better find another place - Location is convenient. This is it. Unfortunately this is a very common example in the Galata Tower area. Such hotels are being resold all and all over again. The new owner does nothing to improve the quality. Basically everything about this place is outdated and bad, only the linen was clean. Some things were even dangerous, you can find iron nails sticking out of the floor molding. I took out couple of them to avoid direct danger, but the others still remain, be careful. Photos are heavily photoshoped.

• Paul (6/5): Safe and clean but very very basic decor. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great for the shops and close to the public transportation system. The area is lively at nighttime, and the apartment is safe and clean. The shower has great water pressure—it's almost like a power shower, which I loved. I suspect the photos in the advert were taken long ago. The apartment's decor now is very worn, tired, and tatty. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has no lifts - although there is a kitchen the cookware is minimal and/or non-existent. The skirting board and door frame is loose and in poor condition.
