• Sonia (10/5): Limpio, cómodo y anfitriona de 10 - Está justo en el centro de Benidorm. La dueña muy cercana. Desde luego si está disponible las próximas veces que tenemos que ir a Benidorm nos gustaría repetir El parking hay que pagarlo si o si. Porque los alrededores son solo zona azul. Aunque hay dos parking cerca. Pero uno de ellos bastante caro. El otro que está en el mercado es más económico. Es lo único que tiene lo de alrededor.

• Christopher (8/5): All in all the stay was very, very good. - The property is in an exelent location, the apartment is very clean and well equiped, the host was exellent, there was plenty of bedding and lots of cleaning products and toiletries, The only fault I found was that if you sleep on the sofa bed you get a lot of noise from the street which makes it really hard to sleep but apart from that for me its 9/10.
• Vent (10/5): Excellent - We really liked the kindness of the host, location location location (3 min from the Levante Beach and about 10 min from the Ponient beach, also about 5-6 min from Balcon de Mediteraneo), close to a lot of restaurants, close to supermarkets and chinese shops selling everything from beach chairs to umbrellas, beach toys to souvenirs. The apartment is not with beach view, but at a good price and so close to the beach it really does not matter that much. The italian restaurant next door is very good, however avoid the non-stop supermarkets and go to stores like Mercadona or Consum. Very close to bus stations that you can get to reach all the water parks (hint - take bus 01 to Aqualandia and Mundomar, it's less than 5 euro for 3 people but be prepared with cash). You can also reach the tram station but it is a little bit of a walk there. As for the apartment itself is OK space for 1 week for 2 adults and one child, bit noisy at night from the people on the street, but it has absolutely everything you might need - clothes washer, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, electric stove, AC. We never ran out of hot water for the shower, but the truth is we did not use a lot of hot water as it was very warm outside. The shower is a little tight to get in and out for someone who is obese like me but I managed just fine. 4th floor with elevator. Would 100% recommend! The only 2 negatives: - mastress in the bedroom desperately needs updating - noise from the street even with windows closed, but I guess that is the quality of the windows themselves, as the apartment is on the 4th floor.
• Serhiy (10/5): Exceptional - I liked it all very much!!! The hostess allowed us to check in early, which was great after the long journey. She met with me and told me how it works and turns on. The apartment is small, but very cozy. It has everything you need for a holiday, including washing powder and a dishwasher, as well as many different little things needed in everyday life. But we bought all this before, and here everything was in stock. This helped us a lot. Excellent location, in the very center, a few minutes to the beach. I 100% recommend this apartment for a holiday in the beautiful city of Benidorm!!!

• Peter (10/5): Perfectly located little apartment. - Nice cute compact little apartment. Excellent location for everything you could need. Fast WiFi. Secure location, residential not touristy. Excellent water pressure in shower. Plenty of space in wall to wall wardrobe in bedroom, and again the secondary wardrobe in the living area would give lots of storage. Free bag of ice in freezer. Complimentary beer in the fridge :-D Nothing really to find fault with. Some people might want an electric kettle or toaster if they want breakfast in their apartment but this didn’t affect me. The shower hooks for towels outside the shower cubicle were loose, but this is probably just wear and tear from use. The free beer in the fridge was also free of alcohol ;-)
• Ivan (10/5): Location , location , location - What didn't I like !?! The location is perfect! The beach is 5 minutes away (walking distance). You've got all the shops and restaurants/bakeries literally at your doorstep. The apartment is kept clean and tidy. We were a couple, but you could comfortably fit 4 people. We had all the tools we needed at our disposal: Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Smart TV, vacuum cleaner, mops, cleaning detergents, and the list goes on! I'm a bit fussy when it comes to my sleep. I've built my own bed frame at home and purchased a custom made memory foam mattress, which makes sleeping elsewhere a little nightmare for me. So the bed was not to my liking, that's not to say that other people won't like it either ☝️ And the bathroom was on the small size BUT manageable 👌
