Saunat (tavallinen/höyry), uima-altaat sisä/ulko, joka oli tilapäisesti kiinni, kuntosali ja huone oli aivan loistava. Hotellin virkailijoiden kielitaito esim. Englanti on heikko, mutta asiat hoituvat silti aina, koska hyvän palvelun halu on niin korkea.

• Kian chye (10/5): Excellent stay! - Luxurious stay. The club room was nice and the beds were comfortable and many China hotels have weak toilet flush system but the system here is so strong. The food selection at club room was limited but the breakfast buffet had a wide food spread. Excellent services throughout the property. No shopping centres nearby.

• Menzel (7/5): General rating 7, For this price I know a few much better hotels in China. - Breakfast OK, ordinary Chinese standard, is slightly disturbed by stretching the offer in a huge area from the entrance to the end of the restaurant. I understand that hardly anyone speaks English in a Chinese hotel. But at the Sheraton Hotel so that nobody knew English at the reception? The only person communicating in English is a boy bringing suitcases. Destroyed lock to the room door, so the door was not tight, especially acoustically.

• Annie (9/5): My stay is fine other than the above. - A 5 star hotel. Parking is very convenient. The room is big and spacious. Surrounding area is very nice. The phone in my room is not working well. I was trying to make reservation at the restaurant for dinner. Person on the other side couldn't hear me and hung up right away. I tried a few times with no success. Later, an attendant came to our room trying to find out what's wrong. Knowing that was the phone problem, but she couldn't fix it . I couldn't use the phone in my room during my stay. This is supposedly a non-smoking hotel. I was sitting in the lobby waiting for my husband, a man started smoking beside me. So I had to move away. How come there was no hotel staff interruption? This is supposedly a 5-star hotel. I came in one evening seeing 6 to 8 people squatting around a coffee table in the lobby eating take out. This is absolutely unacceptable. How could the hotel let this happen? My husband brought this to the Front Desk attention. I am so disappointed with the hotel management.

• Yih (10/5): Great hotel to stay at if you are not venturing out to other parts of Zhuhai - It was located right next to the concert hall where I was performing so it was very convenient. The staff were attentive and the food at all outlets were great. I ate at the Chinese restaurant and the char siew was exceptional. We had Omakase and the staff were very accomodating for our late night dining and dietary restrictions. Smell of smoke at guest floors
