• Ana Maria (4/5): - El tamaño suficiente y el inmobiliario acogedor. La dueña de la casa ha sido atenta y ha contestado a nuestras necesidades, intentado solucionar incidencias. La casa no estaba limpia al entrar. Las camas no son cómodas para dormir. Al ser un edificio los vecinos se han quejado por estar hablando (sin gritos ni música). En la nevera no cabe comida suficiente.

• Antonio (3/5): Apartamento bien, edificio fatal - La dueña fue muy amable y estuvo todo el rato pendiente, nos dio información para poder salir a comer a lugares aptos para celiacos y acudió en cuanto la necesitamos. EL APARTAMENTO en si estaba bien, todo ordenado y bastante acogedor. Las camas nos resultaron a los 4 habitantes un poco incómodas, acabamos durmiendo en el salón. El lavabo del baño para dos hombres corpulentos es un poco incómodo. Nos fue bastante dificil abrir el cajetin de las llaves para entrar y para salir ya que se quedó atrancado, pero la dueña acudió rápido. EL EDIFICIO dejaba mucho que desear y la zona no fue agradable aunque estaba en el centro. En varias reseñas de hace tiempo que vimos indicaba que habia un ascensor en construcción (suponiamos que ya estaba listo, pero no) y es un 3° sin ascensor. Las escaleras son estrechas y altas (si llevas mucho equipaje hay que tener cuidado). Una de mis compañeras estaba lesionada de la rodilla y no podía apoyarse en la barandilla porque estaba pegajosa. Obviamente esto corresponde a la limpieza del edificio y no al apartamento, pero queremos dejar constancia porque a nosotros nos hubiera gustado saberlo. Olia bastante mal a sustancias ilegales en la calle. El parking gratuito estaba masificado.

• carolina (5/5): - Era un apartamento bien ubicado Estaba sin limpiar cuando hicimos el check in. Luego se ofrecieron a limpiarlo pero lo hicieron rápido y mal
• Hazel (10/5): Great place to stay for a weekend! - My friends and I absolutely loved everything about the place. There are air conditioners in every bedroom and in the living room and there’s a washing machine as well as a dryer; things that we needed to have during the stay. The stove is small but it’s good enough to cook efficiently for a group of people. There’s a little balcony that we didn’t use for hanging out but to hang clothes instead. Lol We highly recommend this place 100%! Thank you for providing us a lovely stay in Almería. <3
• Maxi (8/5): Nice apartment, good location and good hostess. - it was easy to contact the hostess and she answered within minutes. the apartment was well located. it was easy to find free parking just round the corner. The balcony was very convenient to have a coffee or a chat. Some of the neighbours were a bit noisy, thank goodness they kept quite at night. The apartment was clean but the shower should have been cleaned a bit better.
• Tarek (8/5): Very good - The house was fully clean and has all commodities overall I liked the house great experience. The only thing I didn't like was that the building didn't have an elevator
• Adavi (10/5): Exceptional - Nice to have separate beds for plenty of people. We were four and it's rare to find such. Everything is brand new and very clean. The access is easy and no curfew. You are in a very centric area so everything is accessible by foot. Highly recommend! Can't really complain :) but there are few things to note for future quests: The bathroom has been built in a very modern way and has little to no soundproofing, some might like some not. Parking is difficult in the area, so have that in mind. The "open area" is now under construction and has very limited spaces for parking. Also some basic cooking amenities were lacking, such as oil and spatula and water heater. But otherwise it had good amenities.
• Philippe (8/5): Modern Apt - Fully renovated apartment. Excellent WIFI. Short distance from downtown. Fantastic view of the Arab wall. Great washing machine. Free coffee. The kitchen needs utensils. The sheets are the thinnest sheets I have ever seen. No elevator.
