• Nyameko (1/5): Disgusting, infuriating, annoying - I liked NOOOOTHING. The place is a dump Goodwood(location) as a whole is a dump. It had no WiFi it felt more like a brothel then a bed and breakfast. To be honest I would never go back to that place. The receptionist called Privilege was super rude and claimed I only paid R302 so basically she has every right to treat me anyhow she even wanted me to check in at 9 pm the day I arrived and claimed Im taking advantage for checking in at 10 am they day I arrived in Goodwood, mind you I just went through a 13 hour bus trip. The whole place felt like a brothel the other clients where making sex noises and I who was travelling for business had to endure people behaving like animals creating a National Geographic scenario. I would further wish that the people that work there to be checked if they are in the country legally. I doubt their papers are in order. Staying in 33 Goulburn was disgusting and I wish people would avoid it like a plague.

• Amantle Jessica (1/5): Traumatic experience - As I am writing this review, I still have trauma for the place. My biggest regret was not reading the reviews. The room was disgustingly dirty. What you see is not what you get. The carpet has a huge stan. The smell of tobacco leaf was so strong in the room. The bed everything you move it make noises. The sheets were not clean at all. The walls are actually ceiling, and that why you can hear someone snoring the entire night. We were told that the iron might burn us all in the house if not switched off. The staff were extremely rude, Ijoh. There are no proper kitchen appliances. The numbers do not go through, they don't respond to emails, and WhatsApp messages. The shower window and the bathroom doors do not close. There ia a eletric cable going through the shower. The toilet wasn't clean either. And not forget about the big cockroach IT WAS A BLEEDING GEMORS!!!

There’s not even a lower rating that 1 , it was legitimately awful , we did not even stay , we left and could not even be refunded. Looked nothing as advertised , staff were not welcoming , it was not clean and felt extremely unsafe.
• tshico (5/5): It was just ok - The white color bright color is really attractive The are no towels in the room, plus the were students making noise over night so we couldn't sleep well, there's no soap for staff incase they forgot their soap, The tv's plays only 2 Channels no YouTube, no Dstv, and there's only one plug in the room

The accommodation affords good value for money - I love how close it is to attractions such as N1 City mall and right around the corner from GrandWest Casino & Entertainment World. All your conveniences are within 5 minute's walk. KFC, McDonald's, SHOPRITE, you name it. Best of all, the property is more secure than most accommodations I have stayed at. With staff monitoring both indoor and outdoor activity for your safety. The walls are paper thin and understandably so. I can make up for that by drowning out any noise with the tv but there's the issue of the fan that overlaps the two rooms next to each other which leaves a largest open space for sound to travel through - making privacy impossible for both rooms. Personally I'm a low maintenance type of person, just that fan though.

The noises you could hear from the hall way and neighboring rooms. The bathroom is too open and some of the guest (Male) even walked right into the female bathroom. The low pressure water during my shower was annoying.
