- Daniel (7/5): - close to the highway. Clean and functionnal for a motel. Some improvements to the bathroom that was appreciated. Good quality price during high season.

- Michel (6/5): -
- Francois (7/5): - Friendly staff. Reasonable amenities for the price, pet friendly and very quiet area. Good for one night while on the move. No proper bedsheets.
- Lori-Jo (6/5): - The motel is dated with minimal amenities. No cleaning of thecroom during our stay to restock anything. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go to office that was locked an no one around to try and get another roll. Management needs to up their game and services.

- Beverley (8/5): - Was run down but as clean as could be. You can tell owners are updating things as they can.
- Gilles (9/5): -
- Juliette (10/5): - Great affordable place. You got everything you need and the beds are comfy. If you Check in laye you night wanna get there by driving on the highway cause the visibility on the other road isn’t the best.
- Kevin (7/5): It was ok for the price. - need sheets on the bed, not just a light comforter-type blanket
TV remote didn't work, and they knew, had to turn on manually with a button on tv, had to get up to adjust volume.
- Catherine (8/5): - salle de bain ultra propre et neuve lit confortable. parfait pour un stop sur la route
- Mike (2/5): - No landscaping run down very isolated, office was a disaster, did not stay here!
- Perreault (10/5): - Lit confortable, déjeuner inclus, très bon prix. Il n' y avait pas de micro-ondes et les draps ne sont pas doux.

- Amandeep (10/5): - The hotels is at a quiet place and has very comfortable beds, seems like newly renovated.

- Lee (4/5): This place has deteriorated since we stayed 2 yrs ago; will not be back. - The location is convenient for people travelling from Quebec or Ontario to the East Coast. It’s only a couple of minutes off the Trans Canada. The area is quiet, the room was clean, the shower was strong with lots of hot water, the air conditioning worked, there was a cold mini fridge and a full slate of English and French channels was available through Bell Satellite service. The first thing we noticed in the room was the strong perfume scent of an air freshener. I’m scent sensitive so we had to close the freshener, open a window and turn off the air conditioner. It didn’t take long for the room to smell unpleasant … sort of an old smoke - mould odour. The pillows were old and uncomfortable and there were no extra blankets. I was cold all night and was completely stuffed up in the morning. The bathroom floor is spongy and sags. There was a 12 inch gap between the bottom of the shower curtain and the lip of the shower pan so every shower soaks the bathroom floor. I’m guessing the spongy bathroom subfloor is full of mould.
- Doreen (8/5): - Very adequate for the price. Would have been nice to have dining handy.
- Tom (7/5): - Very clean. We all (3 people) got a great night's sleep. The material quality of furnishings was cottage like, but served its purpose.
- Robert (10/5): - Everything worked as it should. I stayed there two not-adjacent nights, and the manager (or owner) made a point of making everything to suit me. The bathroom is very small with essentially no place to put toiletries when using them, so I wish it were larger.
- Robert (8/5): Although not perfect, I was sufficiently satisfied that I will be staying there tomorrow. - The room was quiet, smoke-free and the bed was comfortable. There was no place to sit other than the bed, and there was no refrigerator. The bathroom lacked a place to put toiletry items.
- Mekoth (9/5): Clean basic rooms that are good value for the price. - Though small and very basic, the rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. Better than other motels I have experienced at this price point. Could have provided a couple of chairs either in the room or outside.
- Carol (7/5): Good -
- Esther (6/5): Less than ideal but functional on a budget. - Quiet place in the country, not far from the highway. Room decent but old. Laminate floor. Microwave oven and fridge with freezer were a plus. TV channels from around the world. Bathroom small but clean. Shower products provided. Air conditioning worked well. Queen bed very soft; even for hubby who usually likes a not-too-firm mattress, this was overly soft. Dried blood stained spots on enclosed mattress cover when looking under the sheets. Strong smell of room perfume. Shower curtain at least 6”too short, causing water to spray all over the bathroom floor. No shelf or counter space around the sink to place items.
Door was hard to open and close because it was poorly adjusted to the opening.
- Ian (6/5): - When I have been forced to pay extra fir three people, I expect three cups and three towels
- Carolann (6/5): - The beds were wonderful, bathroom shower was great but the toilet was sitting on some kind of wood & nit attached to floor. It felt like you were going to fall in when you sat down. Most peculiar.
- Franck (3/5): Don't bother staying there - Not a lot Meant to have a microwave in the room, which wasn't there. Got a knock on the door at 10:55 to remind us check out was at 11, which wasn't needed as I can.read the time!
- Sandra (7/5): Fine for the price. - It is an old motel. The new owners have made a few improvements. The outside looks shabby.
It is an OK place to sleep for one night.
They advertise a pool which is not true. Good coffee maker. Paying a security deposit for 85 yr old. Was refunded promptly the next amount.
- Bryan (7/5): Good - Location good. Close to Turner's One Stop for gas and breakfast. Fan holder in bathroom full of dead bugs. Otherwise room was clean.
- Natakie (10/5): - Very clean spacious room with coffee maker newly renovated shower very clean with lots of amenities bed was also comfortable we slept like a baby I have some nice videos of the amazing view of the property and inside my room can only upload pictures trust me you won’t be disappointed
- Kelly (4/5): - More charge and the room is not properly clean
- Shilo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Don (4/5): - No one was here to check us in. The property is not taken care of well...long,unmowed grass. Takes a very long time to get hot water.
- Sophie (10/5): Excellent!! - Room was very clean, comfy, nice location. Very friendly and kind person at the desk. Maybe a second blanket would be nice ☺️
- Vincent (6/5): - The young man who greeted me was friendly. There weren’t any open stores nearby to buy a few snacks or drinks.
- Kim (8/5): What a find!: a charming setting and all the basics, without having to pay for unnecessary luxuries. - Delightful location, charming setting in view of the lake. The room had all the necessities though was not at all fancy - I actually appreciate that fact because I don't want or need to pay for luxuries. My personal preference is a bathtub, not just a shower. However, this is not a "biggie", since a shower will do the job.
- Augustine (5/5): Passable - Location, price, could watch the hockey playoff game. No eatery nearby (BYO food), linens obviously hadn't been changed between visitors (hairs on the sheets), linens had holes in them, outdoor light was on all night, doorlock seemed insecure, shower only, no shelf for toiletries in bathroom, floor had not been mopped well - made my socks dirty so I recommend bringing slippers.
- Tuscano (7/5): Good - Location was convenient because it is right off the highway. It served my purpose of a place to rest for 5-6 hours before getting back on the road. Shower shelves kept falling from the wall. They need to install a more permanent shelf for safety and convenience.
- richard (8/5): - Very friendly,
- Alexandru (10/5): Exceptional -
- Verified traveler (2/5): Wasn’t a fan! - Booked on hotel.com and paid in advance. Arrived and was told there was an extra cost for having my caged pet stay in the room with me (he is a bunny and stayed in the crate the entire night.
Parking lot not plowed, very icy walk way up to room which I almost slipped on.
Noisey neighbors / thin walls, most guests lived here full time by the looks of it.
Hot water in shower + tap took forever to heat up or turn on, toilet was barely attached to the floor.
No sheet on any of the 3 beds , room and bathroom were freezing cold. Cable on tv was out, barely any toilet paper left in room and no refill roll.
Had to take a comforter off a 2nd bed to use with the first one I had to stay warm enough , both smelled like they had not be washed in ages.
Icing on the cake was being told I might be charged extra if I plugged too many things in during my stay when a small space heater had to be plugged in the whole night to keep the room warm enough as it was.
Driveway still wasn’t plowed in the morning , almost got stuck trying to leave.
Was almost $100/night, not worth that in the slightest + will not be returning
- Ashley (5/5): Very friendly staff member and it seems as though they’re trying to improve! - Availability at the last minute (weather limited our travel). Simple check-in and staff on site 24/7. Friendly and helpful staff member. Offered a discount on our next stay for the inconveniences. Provided us with extra coffee and a space heater. Lots of TV channels and quiet atmosphere. Would be a nice place to stay in the Summer. The price on Booking.com was lower than the actual price I paid at check-in. Communal amenities (shampoo, soaps, coffee whitener - other guests can tamper with them). The pipes froze - not able to use the shower and had to manually fill the toilet. Room was extremely cold and drafty. Staff member kindly supplied a space heater but it ended up tripping the breaker. The “inconvenience discount” of 15% is only applied to my next stay and not the current one.
