- zenheron (9/5): Amazing roof terrace and comfortable hotel in the heart of the Spanish Quarter - The location was ideal: a surprisingly peaceful haven above the hustle and bustle of Via Toledo. The room, though compact, was comfortable and well equipped and the bathroom was modern and spacious. Everything was super clean and tidy. The best thing for me was the roof terrace with its fabulous views towards the sea and Vesuvius. It was a wonderful place to take breakfast or simply sit and read after a busy day visiting Herculaneum and Vesuvius. A big thank you to Maria on reception who was always very helpful. A lovely place to stay. I would have preferred the fridge not to be right next to the bed as it generated hot air, but this was a minor issue

- Marzia (10/5): Meraviglioso e in pieno centro! - La struttura è in una posizione perfetta per visitare i principali punti di interesse di Napoli. Fare colazione su quella splendida terrazza e ammirare la città dall'alto di prima mattina non ha prezzo! L'ingresso del palazzo è lasciato un po' a se stesso, stona molto con la struttura alberghiera che invece è elegantissima.
- Neil (8/5): The best possible facilities, located in one of the worst possible buildings - The hotel itself was fantastic. Beautifully furnished. The room had all the facilities you would expect for a five star hotel, including an ironing board and sewing repair kit. The toiletries bag was excellent. The staff are friendly helpful and the staywas made very comfortable. The external picture of the hotel is misleading. If ever there was a hotel in the wrong building this was it you enter up a small alleyway which at night is at the end of a row of Restaurant tables and walk through a large secure iron gate there is then the stone courtyard which is in appalling condition, with rubbish bins, flower planters, full of cigarettes and rubbish. You’ve got some steps to a lift which has graffiti all over the front door , there is a lid room opposite it which looks like it should probably have a dead body in it. If you walk up the stairs, on several of the floors there are graffiti broken doors if I were a single female traveller arriving at night I would be very disturbed. It lets the property down badly.

Prezzo adeguato al servizio perfetto. - Ottima accoglienza, stanza dotata di tutti i comfort e attrezzata in ogni dettaglio: anche di spazzolini e dentifricio, di pantofole oltre che di beauty con i prodotti da bagno. Pulizia giornaliera della camera. Posizione perfetta, strategica per raggiungere ogni attrazione turistica a piedi: parcheggi l'auto in uno dei parcheggi custoditi nei dintorni (se ne trovano a 2 minuti a piedi dal residence) e te la dimentichi per tutto il soggiorno a Napoli. Stazione Metro Toledo a due minuti a piedi, piazza del plebiscito a 5 minuti a piedi... che dire di più? Perfetta. Trattorie tipiche a 3 minuti a piedi e una pizzeria proprio sotto casa... C'è bisogno di aggiungere altro? Nulla, tuttonperfetto

The building is used by lots of other businesses. When you first enter at ground floor level there was lots of rubbish . However once you go to the 4th floor it is lovely and clean.

- Tatiana (6/5): - Мы поставили фильтры только для выбора отеля, попали на этот вариант, который не является отелем, а только Б&Б . В описании стояла частная парковка. И лишь только после оплаты нам присылают письмо, в котором указывается парковка стоимостью в 80€ в день!!! Нигде в описании не была указана стоимость парковки . После переписки нам предложили другую парковку за 60€ в день. От парковки до б&б нужно идти по пешеходной зоне с огромным количеством людей с чемоданами по вымощенной улице. Далее мы находим подъезд, входим внутрь и обнаруживаем новый сюрприз: чемоданы нужно поднимать по лестнице до лифта, а лифт очень грязный, узкий и платный. Персонал очень внимательный и вежливый, девушки с ресепшен помогали как могли, подготовили монетки для лифта, спускались вниз встретить и показать, как пользоваться лифтом. Комнаты в целом неплохо, на второй день нам предложили поменять условия проживания на улучшенные. Но настроение было испорчено ранее информацией, которая выдавалась маленькими порциями. Неправдивая информация в описании, нельзя называть б&б отелем. А для б&б цена неоправданно высокая.

Konnten zwar gegen Check-out Zeit in ein anderes Zimmer Duschen, aber ein wenig umständlich war dies schon. Hier und dort sind ein paar Dinge sehr heruntergekommen und gehören ersetzt/repariert: z.B. Stühle beim Esstisch sehr mitgenommen, Mauer unterhalb der Klimaanlage gehört saniert, einige Utensilien in der Küche gehören entsorgt und die Küche insgesamt mal gründlich gereinigt.

- ovidiu 10 (10/5): MINUNAT - Hotelul este situat extraordinar, in mijlocul străzii Toledo, langa numeroase restaurante, langa multe magazine, totul la superlativ. Trebuie să spun și cateva cuvinte despre domnișoara Cristina, care ne-a făcut un check-in rapid, ne-a alocat suficient timp si ne-a descris toate facilitatile moderne ale camerei de hotel, o gazdă perfectă și amabilă. Camera este dotată cu tot ce este necesar, alimentată zilnic cu produse pentru micul dejun, are frigider destul de mare, prosoape schimbate in fiecare zi, curățenie deosebită în fiecare zi, in cursul dimineții! PERFECT!! Cu greu ai putea să găsești ceva ce nu îți place. Nu văd cum poți să scrii ceva de rău despre această locație!

- Mark (8/5): Good place in a very good location. - Great location! . Fantastic view from the roof especially at night. Nice staff. Nice to have snacks in room available. Was easy to get to several nice restaurants, shops, bars etc. Very safe! Challenging to access the rooms via small elevator to get to 4th floor hard to get up there for older people. It took a gate code, coins for elevator and two hard keys to get into the room.

It made my trip to Nap - ・ロケーションがとても良い。地下鉄のトレド駅から歩いて5分程度。空港からのアリバスでもポートで降りて徒歩７分程度。ナポリの地下鉄は新しくて観光に便利なので、地下鉄から近いとどこにでも行ける。王宮やヌォーヴォ城、ガレリアなどにも徒歩１０分程度。ポンペイに行くなら、地下鉄でガリバルディ駅まで行って乗り換えればいいだけなのでスムーズ。人通りの大変多い通りに面していたけれど思ったほどうるさくなかった。 ・建物の外観に対して中に入ると新しくて清潔、設備も整っていて非常に快適。部屋に水や軽食なども無料で用意されていて、エスプレッソマシンで好きな時にコーヒーも楽しめる。ソファベッドはダブルサイズで広々していたし、それでもまだスペースはゆったりしていて、４人で座れるダイニングデスクもあった。 ・スタッフは親切で事前に丁寧にチェックインまでの流れなどを説明してくれたし、エレベーターを利用するのに１回２０ペンス必要だけれど、その小銭をたくさん用意して渡してくれた。 ーー - The location is excellent. It's about a five-minute walk from Toledo Station. The Alibus from the airport is also about a seven-minute walk from Porto. Naples' subway system is new and convenient for sightseeing, so being close to the subway makes it easy to get anywhere. The Royal Palace, Castel Nuovo, and Galleria are all within a ten-minute walk. To go to Pompeii, all you need to do is take the subway to Garibaldi Station and transfer, which is a smooth process. Although it faces a very busy street, it wasn't as noisy as I expected. - Compared to the exterior of the building, the interior was new, clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Free water and snacks were provided in the room, and you could make coffee whenever you wanted with the espresso machine. The sofa bed was double-sized and spacious, but the room still had plenty of space, and there was even a dining table that could seat four. - The staff were friendly and explained the check-in process in detail in advance. They also provided plenty of coins for the 20 pence required to use the elevator. ・あまりないですが、強いて言えば洗面台だけでなく客室にも鏡があると、家族がシャワーやトイレを使用している時にも机でメイクができるので助かります。 ーー ・Although it's rare, if I had to say one thing, it would be helpful if there was a mirror not only in the bathroom but also in the guest room so that I could put on makeup at my desk while my family was using the shower or toilet.

- Amjad (4/5): Fair to middling....at best!! - The Staff - especially Cristina, who stayed behind to hand over keys after 8:00PM because of delays due to Taxi strike in Naples. Location - if you don't mind hustle/bustle of centre city. The 10:00AM checkout time is way too early! The bed wasn't that comfortable and unsteady. The breakfast, if you can call it that, was meagre with no fresh ingredients. The three different set of keys to access building, property entrance and the room. Quirky need to pay €0.20 cents for each use of the lift.
- Rosy (9/5): - Appartamento molto bello, elegante, luminoso e spazioso. Pulizia, servizio, cortesia, comfort, tutto perfetto! Salendo di un piano si può accedere a un bellissimo terrazzo sul tetto con vista panoramica a 360°. Posizione ottima vicino alla fermata della metropolitana lungo la via Toledo dalla quale era possibile raggiungere anche a piedi i principali monumenti e attrazioni della città. Inoltre la via è una delle più vivaci per lo shopping e i locali il che è causa di molto chiasso sia di giorno che di notte. Ma a parte questo piccolo disagio su cui la struttura effettivamente non ha potere, ve lo consiglio specie per dei soggiorni un po' più lunghi dato che la cucina era fornita di stoviglie, pentole, posate ed accessori. Inoltre l'host fornisce gentili omaggi sia come prodotti da bagno che snack in dispensa e nel frigorifero, oltre a bottigliette d'acqua, caffè e tisane sempre a disposizione dei clienti. Rampe di scale alte all'interno di una portineria piuttosto vecchia, ascensore piccolo e un po' lento, funzionante a moneta (però l'Host ti fornisce anche le monete da 20 cent. per l'utilizzo). Zona piuttosto rumorosa a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte.

- Lilia (8/5): Really caring & lovely guesthouse - Staff are so lovely, amazing communication throughout, great to have fresh breakfast outside one's door every morning, smallgoods, yoghurt and fresh fruit in the fridge, and chilled water upon arrival etc. Lovely rooftop view to the city, Vesuvius and the glimpse of the sea. 5min walk to Toledo metro stop and located directly opposite the fab Galleria d'Italia, and round the corner from Spanish Quarter and all the fab restaurants. Easy to get to and from the airport. The apartment is huge and comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities , biscuits, milk, you name it. Really fab amenities, comfy soft towels. Coins for the lift. No double-glazing so its pretty loud, bring earplugs, few other minor snags rised with hotel direct, to which they responded with much grace.
- Donna (8/5): - De locatie, de hygiëne, het personeel, het dakterras en de douche vonden we het meest prettig. De prijs vonden we aan de hoge kant voor wat er werd geboden. Het bed was niet optimaal, maar we hebben toch prima geslapen.

I did not like the building, stairs, no windows but velux in the roof and breakfast in the room. It was not for me. I can see how others may like it but I stayed in a B&B in Santa Lucia that I absolutley loved.
