• Gopakumar (10/5): - Great value for money! It's really close to the town centre, and all the main attractions in Tirana are within walking distance. There are two rooms, which makes it spacious enough for four adults or a family to stay comfortably. The owner is very responsive, and checking in was easy. Just note that Google Maps might show a slightly different route, as the road in front of the apartment is one-way.

• Anton (10/5): - Very big clean nice apartment. The owner was responding when he could, but did respond to most of my questions. Even brought me salt when I asked. And there is a new bottle of shampoo in the bathroom. There is a nice coffee shop just besides the apartment, with nice music. Free WI Fi is available at city center main street, then at that coffee shop besides apartment. Can contact the owner by what's up after booking. I didn't find a cutting board. The washing machine is too loud when it's draining. Not connected to the apartment : outside at night some dog was barking crazy. The city council should take care of it, and neighbors should report it.
• Radosław (10/5): good place to stay - The apartment is very spacious and well maintained, everything was clean and properly prepared. The equipment is rather basic, but sufficient for a comfortable stay. A big plus for the location – everything is close and easy to get around. Communication with the owner was smooth, quick, and straightforward. Definitely a good place to stay.

• Fareed (7/5): - الشقه واسعه وجيده وأصحاب الشقه متعاونين ومتوفر فيها كل الأشياء والموقع في وسط البلد لم احتاج الى السياره أثناء إقامتي في الشقه الشقه في الدور الرابع ولا يوجد في المبنى مصعد ونضطر الصعود الدرج وادوات المطبخ غير نظيفه وجزء من سقف الحمام فيه رطوبه

• Paul (7/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft mit sehr zentraler Lage und unschlagbarem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Zentrale Lage, viel Platz, top Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, netter Gastgeber Leider funktionierte die Heizung im Wohnzimmer nicht.

• Álvaro (2/5): Falta de calefacción y mantenimiento deficiente - Las camas eran muy cómodas Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue en general bastante justa, pero hay ciertos aspectos importantes a destacar que deberían mejorarse para futuras estancias. En primer lugar, ninguna de las bombas de calor funcionaba correctamente, lo que hizo que durante nuestra estancia pasáramos bastante frío. Avisamos al propietario en tres ocasiones para que revisara o arreglara el sistema, pero lamentablemente no se solucionó el problema. También encontramos algunas cuestiones relacionadas con el estado del apartamento. El baño presentaba humedades que no se apreciaban en las fotos iniciales del anuncio, y la ducha no cuenta con mampara, lo que resulta algo incómodo en el uso diario. Además, el apartamento estaba algo más sucio de lo esperado a nuestra llegada. En la cocina echamos en falta bastante menaje básico para poder cocinar con normalidad, y la hervidora tampoco funcionaba. Asimismo, las sábanas tenían un olor algo extraño. Por último, nos gustaría mencionar que en varias ocasiones el propietario accedió al apartamento sin previo aviso, algo que consideramos que debería gestionarse con mayor cuidado y comunicación con los huéspedes. Creemos que con algunas mejoras en mantenimiento, limpieza y comunicación, el alojamiento podría ofrecer una experiencia mucho mejor.
• AHMAD (10/5): I'd stay again if I visit Tirane. - Everything was great. The apartment, the location; it was clean as well. Just that there was no elevator and it's on the 3rd floor (or the 4th, if you count the ground floor as the 1st) however, we didn't mind it that much.
• Azhar Mubin (5/5): Good apartment, but very disappointing experience on the last day due to no water - The apartment was really nice and clean, and everything was mostly as shown in the pictures, with only minor issues here and there. I did enjoy my stay overall. The location was convenient, and the place was comfortable. There was some noise from the restaurant opposite if the sitting room window was open, but it was manageable. The main and very serious problem happened on the last day. Around 10pm, I noticed the water flow became extremely low, and shortly after there was no water at all. I informed the owner immediately. They replied the next morning and asked me to check the pump switch, but it did not work and nobody came to fix the issue. Because of this, I was unable to take a shower or properly use the toilet before leaving the apartment. We even had to use our drinking water just to freshen up before checkout. The cleaner arrived exactly at 11am, but the problem was still not resolved. This was very disappointing and unacceptable, especially at the end of the stay.

• Mert (10/5): - -Dairenin 3. katta olması büyük bir valiz için problemdi -Daireye ilk girdiğimiz an burnumuza temiz ferah kokular geliyordu -Daire çok büyüktü 7 kişi olsanız bile çok rahat konaklarsınız 2+1 ev -Dışı ve mobilyaları eski bir evdi yataklar rahat, konforlu, yaşam alanı geniş olmasına rağmen sanki birisi babanesinin dairesini kiralamış gibi hissettiriyordu -Evde aklınıza gelebilecek her imkan vardı -Ev diğer ülke ve şehirlerde kaldığımız evlerden en pahalısıydı bence fiyatı biraz abartı indirime gitmeleri gerekiyor -Ev sahibi şehri gezmeye çıktığımızda yazdığı (kutunun üstündeki evin ücreti mi?) mesajı bizi biraz tedirgin etti ve evin içine girdiğini düşündük ama öyle bir durum yokmuş, genede parayı o gece ısrarla kutuya bırakmamızı istedi ve sanki sabah kaçıcakmışız gibi bi düşüncesi olması bizi rahatsız etti -Israrla parayı istemesi sonucu metal paramız olmadığı için 31€ yerine 30€ bırakmayı teklif ettim ama kabul etmedi 1€ daha verin dedi bende bunun üzerine o zaman sabahı bekliyeceğini söyledim. -Parayı kutuya bıraktığımı yazdığımda hızlıca gelip aldı ama ne bir teşekkür mesajı nede parayı aldığına dair bişey söylemedi
• Andrea (5/5): Una volta e mai più - Nessuna colazione Palazzina fatiscente 4 piano senza ascensore appartamento con mobili vecchi e parcheggio non privato. Ho dovuto lasciare la moto quasi sul marciapiede perché il parcheggio peraltro non chiuso era pieno di auto di persone non tutte abitanti in quel condominio. Risultato ho trascorso la notte affacciandomi alla finestra per verificare lo stato della moto. Host non presente. Credo che queste strutture debbano essere prima verificate da parte di booking per poi essere abilitate all’esercizio dell’attività ricettiva Internet non funzionante

The only issue was with parking—although it says there is free parking, we parked next to the building and were called several times to move the car. We recommend this location for people who come without a car or who park in paid private parking lots.

• Azra (4/5): - Appartamento curato internamente Non c’è il parcheggio, devi trovarti un posto per strada. (È sempre pieno siamo stati mezza giornata a cercare un parcheggio libero) Ho contattato la proprietaria esponendole il problema mi ha detto “cerca per strada” C”è scritto che ci sono i parcheggi, 4/5 posti all esterno della struttura, ma con 15 appartamenti è quasi impossibile trovare un posto lì davanti. L’appartamento si trova al 4 piano ci sono tantissimi scalini stretti da fare! Piuttosto una camera di hotel vicino al centro con parcheggio. Non torneremo più lì.

Sistema de auto-check-in La estado exterior del edificio no está cuidado. Dos de las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado (sí el salón y una habitación). Algunas cosas deterioradas, como la mampara de la ducha.

• Mcristinar (10/5): Great stay for great value - location is very good, host is very friendly and will take care you of your needs. I felt safe in this place and loved the fruit vendors nearby . The building is like many buildings (brick face) but dont let this put you off, inside the appartment is great with A/C, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The price was very honest and we just loved our stay. We highly recommend. if I had to suggest something to the host maybe i would suggest to take care of the shower as there is no door and water comes out.

• Wolfgang (10/5): - Sehr sauberes und zentral gelegenes Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Trotz der Nähe zur Innenstadt war es im Apartment ruhig. Etwas schade war, dass sich die Fensterrollos in den Schlafzimmern nicht bewegen ließen und es dort immer dunkel war. Das war aber nicht weiter störend. Hervorzuheben ist noch der nette hilfsbereite Vermieter.
