• arellano sotero (9/5): Relajante , confortable. - El trato del personal es muy atento y amable , el hotel está bien cuidado pero sobre todo limpio además la habitación es amplia . Cuenta con aire acondicionado, el baño es amplio y tiene buena presión de agua. La habitación cuenta con balcón. La piscina estaba limpia es pequeña pero perfecta para distraerse un rato y sobre todo refrescarse. Solo es sugerencia que tenga más señalizacion para encontrarlos y además les ayudaría a tener más gente . O un poquito más de publicidad.

• Cagigal (8/5): Amable personal, pero deficiente limpieza - La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Playa del Carmen, es fácil llegar y está cerca de la terminal de ADO. El personal fue muy amable, y me ayudaron todos los días. Fueron gentiles y era fácil conversar con ellos. La limpieza dejó mucho que desear: al llegar a la habitación encontré que el baño estaba sucio. Además el olor que salía de los sifones tampoco fue agradable.

• Heather (6/5): - Small boutique hotel, with daily yoga. Staff were Brilliantly wonderful!! However someone entered our room while we slept. Both my daughter and I had noise cancellation headphones on and didn’t hear the door open but have proof. Mistakes happen. This cute little boutique hotel has a lot of great activities if you’re into yoga.
• Gemma (7/5): Relaxing and vibey place to explore playa del carmen!! - I loved the vibe of the place!! So relaxing. The location is super close to the beach and many restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable. Warm and plentiful water. Had a leak in my ac but they transferred us to another room :) The pool was filled with leaves and sink could be cleaned better.

Petite piscine froide, sans chaise. Le ménage pas fait tous les jrs désagréable aussi. Bon, l'hôtel avait son cachet, les lits et oreillers par contre très confortables. Proche de tout pro

Like surprisingly comfortable. it is literally right behind the bars/clubs so it’s loud. My friend and I both are pretty easy sleepers but if you’re sensitive to sound, I wouldn’t book here.

• Alessandra (1/5): AVOID! Very loud, bad customer service. Not a boutique hotel for what I saw, quite run down. - AVOID! It's in a very loud area despite what they say. Not a boutique hotel either. I arrived at 1 am after a long flight, it was impossible to sleep. I left and booked somewhere else after booking this hotel the day before, they did not accept a refund despite booking.com approving this. All I asked them to do was to send an email approving this and they didn't. I don't like leaving bad reviews but this has been such a bad experience when rest was needed. Run down too, not a boutique hotel, but this is not the reason of my low score review. It's close to the 5th Avenue but the following place was equally close and so quiet. Unless you party on all night, not where you want to stay. AVOID - not a boutique hotel, quite run down. Staff didn't help when all I asked was an email to say I didn't stay there so that booking.com could process the refund.

Ya que por su cercanía con la avenida 5 es normal que habrá música y ambiente. De reciente modelación tras administraciones anteriores al 2023, le han dado un toque más confortable y con instalaciones reparadas.

• Allan (10/5): - A very quiet clean property. I would stay here again in an instant. Met the owner and later saw him elswhere in Playa del Carmen and he took the time to say hello. The staff at the hotel were so kind and always asked if everything was good. I read reviews saying the property was noisy at night because of nearby bars, so i brought earplugs but never once used them. The muffled sound did nothing to prevent me from sleeping. The pool is small, but i never used. Always went out. Good little shops and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Right off 5th ave where all the action is. Bus stop is 10 minute walk. Water pressure could be low at times. Great little hotel for the small price. 👌

Special thanks to Iñaki, he is very professional. The water pressure was low. Some people might find it too noisy at night because of the bars next to the hotel But that didn't bother me, I was able to sleep very well.

There was no cups or beverages or coffee sachets in the room. There was no hair dryer. It was a very basic room.

Nous nous entendons beaucoup le bruit la nuit de la chambre. Je n’ai pas réussi à avoir de l’eau chaude . Les photos ne reflètent pas complètement la réalité d’aujourd’hui . C’est un peu plus vieux que sur les photos.

I forgot her name (lol) but she was kind too. Just a few details in the water pressure whne I wanted to shower. And some noise because of 5th ave. But thats all. I wanted to extend my stay, but price was a bit higher for my budget. Over all, a nice experince

So if you have problem sleeping this place is not for you. Also the shower you have to wait 20 min or longer for hot water to start coming.

• Marixenia (8/5): - Hotel sencillo pero con una buena ubicación, a pocos pasos de la playa y de la quinta avenida donde hay de todo, tiendas, restaurantes de todo tipo, farmacias, supermercados, bares, mall. El personal muy amable y atentos. Habitación aseada todos los días.

À 1minute de la quinta avenida et 3 minutes de la plage. Lit confortable et grande chambre. Petit déjeuner complet et bon. Étant situé en plein centre il y a le bruit des bars environnant mais avec des boules quies vous dormirez comme un bébé. Et cela vous offre la possibilité d'être partout en quelques minutes à pied. Le matin pas du tout de problème de bruit. La piscine est un gros plus dans ce jardin qui permet de respirer au milieu de cette ville folle.

• Shannon (9/5): Simple, clean and safe boutique hotel - Wonderful property in the heart of Playa Del Carmen tourist zone. Lots to do within a short walking distance. Food, shops and a great mall with fun activities nearby. The staff was incredibly accommodating and English speaking which helped a lot with our stay. Clean and safe, simple hotel. The parking is a distance away. We chose to park on the street and pay the permit parking which was $4 a night. Had an issue with the hot water that was resolved with a move to another room. Easy for us.

• Zuzana (9/5): Superb - 24h reception available - we arrived shortly before midnight with no problem. new room, hot water, comfy beds, clean, good location. theres a bar next to the hotel where the music was played until midnight which would have been very frustrating for me if we had arrived sooner than 5min before midnight :)
• Paul (3/5): Shame, great staff - The noise. OK I'm in Playa Del Carmen but I didn't expect the fire alarm to be beeping all night, loudly. I guess the worrying thing was no one came to check on it. Worst night sleep and no one asked how my stay was hence here I am.... Also the water pressure, there isn't any.

• Vemito (6/5): - Fuimos en familia y está bien , también cómodo Es pequeño pero no permanecimos mucho en la habitación , así que estuvo bien Nos quedamos 1 semana y pasaron 4 días para que se hiciera aseo , nos pareció extraño así que al preguntar supimos que no había copia de la llave y no podían entrar, la gerente no sabía y a cambio se ofreció a lavar la ropa que ocupáramos limpia Aún así quedo ese sin sabor, porque había sido mucho mejor que ellos estuvieran al tanto y se acercaran a nosotros . Cada que nos llevábamos las llaves no había aseo La recepción permanecía mucho sola , lo cual por momentos nos hacía sentir incómodos y cuando llegábamos después de las 11 pm estaba con llave y había que llamar para que nos abrieran, después nos dieron copia para abrir recepción a la hora que llegáramos . Eso solucionó una parte, pero en realidad si nos sentimos algo coartados, inseguros y se notó bastante la inexperiencia El personal es amable … así que esperamos que mejoren estos aspectos a futuro

• Jazmin del Rosario (10/5): - El recibimiento fue muy amable, los anfitriones te ayudan si necesitas algo y no dudan en guiarte. Volveré sin duda! Las habitaciones están limpias y cómodas. La ubicación es perfecta ya que a los alrededores hay muchas opciones de restaurantes y shopping.
• Helen (8/5): Clean, modern and comfortable! - It’s new, so the facilities are clean and modern. The staff are really friendly and helpful too! Close to the beach, and they’re upgrading the space so there’s a kitchen opening soon. They charged a fee of 300 pesos for my dog, which is expensive in comparison to other places I’ve stayed. The noise from nearby clubs is also a little imposing. The outside space isn’t closed off, so not ideal for letting your dog into the garden.
