- Jha (1/5): Pathetic - Nothing The property cancelled my booking without infirming me. It is a usual thing that they do. Whenever someone comes n offers them even 100 rupee more than what you have booked they will cancel your booking n then u r left with nowhere to go. Pathetic.
- Suresh (10/5): - All over excellent Best
- Jitendra Kumar (4/5): Currently property is not ready for any booking as construction work is underway - Rooms are clean but not as shown during booking No proper road to property enterance, there was no proper staff to contact for any help or requirement.

- Ricky (3/5): - Location is good for caves, but is not worth, just take a bus from Aurangabad. Big room For 1200 rupies wifi and a towel are basic requirements. Not easy to contact through Booking and find the place. It is next to temples, really noisy all night, also there were ongoing works and water noise licking all night on metal sheets, I couldn’t sleep. I never like the places where on the door they write all the things you can't do... Is a shame, the location is good.
- Monika (10/5): Perfact place very close to Temple - Staff are very friendly and cooperative

There is no staff in the hotel, infact it's not the hotel it's a lodge. an old care taker that's it. We have been cheated by the hotel - the room which I have booked has been given to someone else who came earlier than us. We have been provided by a small room which wasn't clean and in pathetic condition. The roof was leaking. The facilities say western toilet however it's Indian. We called booking.com for the solution they also didn't support. Overall the stay was a nightmare.
The behaviour of the manager was rude and don't know how to talk to a woman. Shouting over the phone and calling us a liar. It's an unsafe stay plz NVR book it
- Eva (3/5): - Ich hatte Wasser im Zimmer. Elektrogeräte sind feucht geworden. Bin nach einer Nacht in ein anderes Hostel umgezogen.

- Jadhav (7/5): A peaceful and value-for-money stay amidst lush greenery, with clean, spacious rooms and a serene Bh - Property is new and still some part is under construction, but the rooms are big and were clean. the property is with the lush green plantations and has space for vehicle parking. As the name suggests it is Bhakt Niwas with specific set of rules to be followed. Overall value for money property. NA
- Nair (8/5): Very good - Good atmosphere and location. It's near Ellora caves and Shiva temple. Good value for money. Care taker Baba is very nice and friendly. No towel, soap or drinking water kept in room.
- Anu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sergejs (1/5): This is not a hotel - There is no hotel, reception or booking. This is a kind of ashram with a couple of rooms in old building. People there do not speak a word in english.
Check-in must happen only by phone conversation on hindi. How it happens still a mystery for me.
If you book it please make sure to call them and discuss on Hindi how to check-in.
