• Pavlíková (4/5): - Blízko do Vatikánu. V blízkém okolí jsou obchody, restaurace a tělocvičny. V lokalitě je v noci klid. Po nahlášení byly všechny závady odstraněny. Byt byl značně zanedbaný. Nádobí špatně umyté a v nedostatečném množství. Bojler ohříval teplou vodu jen občas. Myčka zapáchala. Odpad ve sprše byl ucpaný takže první sprcha skončila potopou v koupelně. Odpad v umyvadle špatně odtékal. Veškerá sítka na vodovodních bateriích byla zanesena vodník kamenem. Žaluzie v koupelně nešla vytáhnou a zatáhnout. Nabízená možnost parkování na ulici je spíše teoretická. Najít parkovací místo vyžaduje 20 minut času a obrovskou dávku štěstí.
• Veronica (10/5): Great host and very responsive - We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the host’s care and attention to detail.Everything was clearly explained with images - how to find the accomodations,how things work inside and what to expect during our stay. The host was always available on WhatsApp ,responding quickly and kindly whenever we had questions. What made the experience even more special were the thoughtful recommendations:received great tips for a place with delicious ice cream, A lovely spot for breakfast and an authentic roman restaurant for dinner,genuinely local and full of character. The accommodation itself was comfortable,clean and well-prepared for our arrival.Overall the experience felt very welcoming and personal ,we would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

They gave us many great tips on the best local spots and where to find everything we needed. Their 'guests first' approach truly made a difference for our family. • Libor (10/5): - We rate the accommodation as excellent. Spacious, clean, comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. It's really close to the Vatican. We have no complaints about the accommodation or the hosts' behavior. What I didn't like was checking in using the Vikey.it app, which requires an unreasonable amount of personal data without providing adequate security. But we resolved this with the hosts, and I really appreciate their approach and understanding.

Die Lage ist super! Vatikan und Engelsburg erreicht man prima zu Fuß. Und dank der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle konnten wir all unsere weiteren Ausflugsziele wunderbar erreichen. Sehr gerne wieder! Vielleicht könnte man das Geschirr noch ein wenig aufstocken. Zwei Müslischalen bzw. ein Suppenteller für vier Personen ist ein bisschen wenig...

• Soumya (8/5): Great location - The property is close to the bus stops, restaurants and supermarket. Bus frequency is good .Also, Vatican City is just a 10 min walk from the property. Host was also helpful and was in touch through WhatsApp. Hot water ran out in the shower section after sometime on all days. The host mentioned that wait time is required between baths. We were a family of 4 and it caused a bit of inconvenience for us , but as it was hot in Rome when we visited it was not a big deal for us and we took cold showers as we were running out of time.

• Fedora (9/5): Superb - More or less, we liked everything. Giada, our host, was very hospitable :) She helped us with everything, gave us all the information that we needed and more. The stove broke down when we got there, and she had it all worked up (set up a new hub) within a few days. She organized a free breakfast for us while it was being replaced as well, I only have the best things to say about her and the place. The only thing that the place lacks is more pots (smaller ones) and the like, and places for hanging clothes and towels in the bathroom, and maybe a coat hanger, although you can hang jackets in the bedroom closet.

Very nice host. - The host was very kind and helped us a lot with the accommodation and to make us feel comfortable. As we arrived early in the morning, he directed us and checked where we could leave our luggage until the accommodation was ready. He also made it possible for our accommodation to be ready earlier than the scheduled check-in. Nice and spacious accommodation, with all accessories. In the neighborhood there are many different grocery shops, various restaurants and bus lines. Distance to Vatican about 15 min walk or 3 bus stops. We enjoyed our stay.

We will certainly stay again if we return to Rome. - A great location and very easy to check in with an App system instead of keys. Giada was easily contacted and responded quickly when required. The balcony area was sunny when the weather was good. The only thing missing was a toaster everything else was perfect.

Huge bedroom with comfortable bed. Kitchen with all the amenities. Great location! The sofa bed was very loud when you turn. There was tea cups only for 2 people and it was 3 of us. The walls are very thin and you can hear the neighbours, but that’s not unusual for Italy in my experience.

We had two spacious and spotless rooms, and the location was perfect, close to all the must-see spots and surrounded by great restaurants. Our host was incredibly kind and always ready to assist, even recommending some excellent dining options. The value for the price was excellent, and I'm already planning to book here again in the future. Overall, it was a wonderful experience! 😊🏛️ The only minor downside was the sofa in the living room, which wasn't very comfortable for sleeping.

Easy check in, automatic lock from the phone, so super easy and you are not afraid you will loose a key. Apartment is really big. Near supermarket and bus stops. Second bed in the kitchen is not the most comfortable and a bit too noisy.

The location is only 10 minutes from the Vatican, which is great. Communication with the owner was also great, he responded very quickly to our questions and helped us when we had a problem paying the city tax. I will recommend the accommodation to all my friends if they go to Rome. Everything was great...
• Paweł (10/5): Fantastic place to stay when visiting Rome - The apartment is very clean and good equipped. It has a perfect localization, close to bus stop, metro or train station. The area is very pleasant. Very close is located Vatican which can be reached by walk on foot, also other monuments (i.n. Piazza Navona, Campo de' Fiori or even Forum Romanum) can also. We are happy that we found this place for our visit in Rome. Actually nothing.

The property is located in a great area, close to the Vatican and with easy access to public transportation ( around 12-15 minutes by foot ). The apartment was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, offering helpful tips on how to arrive at the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend Casa Matilde Vaticano for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome. Thank you for a great experience!
