Roseto (1/5): Terribile! - La referente non si è mai presentata e ci interfacciavamo con la persona che faceva le pulizie che non parlava neanche inglese. Abbiamo trovato la federa del cuscino con capelli, asciugamani sporchi (appena segnalato per messaggio alla referente ha mandato subito la ragazza delle pulizie a sostituirle) ed il water otturato con cui siamo rimasti per tutto il periodo con le feci dentro. Il water non è collegato alle fogne e hanno messo un cartello dove non si poteva buttare la carta igienica al suo interno !! Neanche fossi in un camper!! La mattina dovevamo andare via e la referente non era raggiungibile… si e’ fatta sentire soltanto più tardi e non e’ stato possibile incontrarci per pagare la stanza che a quel punto mi sarei aspettato delle scuse per l’accaduto ed una riduzione del prezzo che invece non c’è stato. Vorrei condividere le foto che ho fatto ma credo siano di cattivo gusto… evito!!

The apartment was very clean and cozy, and she even cleaned it again during our stay. She frequently checked in to ask if we needed anything, which made us feel very comfortable

Zgjim (10/5): Exceptional - very clean apartment 15 minutes away from the beach, the kitchen with all the dishes, there was also brown olive oil, the car for frappe, an anti-mosquito device. we arrived four hours before check in, and Mrs. Pranvera was very good. If I go to Vlor again, I will definitely come back here The road in the neighborhood to enter the house has not been paved, I hope it will be fixed next year
