- Jessica (8/5): wonderfully comfy, homely with everything you could need - It was as shown online. It was very clean and comfortable. I felt safe staying there, even if alone. parking was easy on the road, and it is quiet with no passing traffic as it’s a dead end. The apartment was provided with everything I needed. If you are staying in winter the heating is very effective & you can control, I was so grateful for this. It has direct access to a garden. I was very happy here and would stay again. It seems they are combating a drain smell with bleach, this chemical was so strong on arrival in the bathroom. There has clearly been a leak from upstairs that has stained & not been re painted yet. Missing door handle in living room meant I couldn’t shut door on way out to keep heat in. These things are minor and didn’t affect my stay but when addressed will put this back to a 10.

- Labby2 (10/5): Exceptional - Smooth check-in
Nice relaxing environment.
Has a back garden with lots of greenery.
It was a short stay, but the host was nice and friendly and arranged for me to retrieve an I item I forgot.

- Dawn (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, spacious and quiet.
On road parking. .
- Jadyn (8/5): Very good -
- Robharris21 (8/5): Comfortable, quiet and convenient - There was a good kitchen area and fridge etc. The bedroom did not seem to have a radiator but the rest of the flat was warm with adjustable thermostat.
- Cynthia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shanti (7/5): Decent place in Moseley for a few days - Great location. Neat and tidy Could have been cleaner. There were cobwebs up in some corners.
- Brian (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent accomodation best I've had in Birmingham Nothing
- Mike (10/5): Exceptional - Superb communication from host throughout.
Extreamly clean property. Modern furniture, ample facilities.
Comfortable bed. Superb bathroom / kitchen facilities too.

- Mudassar (10/5): Home away from home will be my go to when ever I’m in Brum - Very clean nice location apartment was lovely with all facilities needed host is super helpful too
The bed was comfortable which is always nice
And has a lovely garden
Overall 10/10
- Graham (8/5): Perfect for an overnight stay I used it for - Good location for me. Quiet street but close to main route into city centre.
Clean refurbished flat with good well equipped facilities.
Easy to operate heating system
Spacious bathroom with power shower Because it’s a converted flat from an older larger house/ building there is noise from neighbouring flats but not excessive.
Again - because of the improvised design you have to walk through the living room from the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
- Ram (6/5): Pleasant -
- Trish (10/5): A real treasure - A beautiful flat that was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Lots of little extras and a lovely garden. Only ten minutes walk from shops and restaurants. Excellent communication from the host, who was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay again.
- Sarah (5/5): Did the job but probably wouldn’t stay again - The tv worked well. The bathroom is nice and big. It’s incredibly quiet there at night. It didn’t feel properly cleaned. I plumped up the sofa cushions when I arrived and found lots of food/crumbs under the cushions. There was a used tissue in the bedside drawers, and a random piece of paper with loads of names and numbers on it. All shiny surfaces need a good polish too - lots of hand prints
- Joao (8/5): Very good -
- Talib (6/5): Pleasant - The location and it had nice, modern facilities. My only complaint would be the bed, we just prefer a firmer bed compared to a very soft one.
- Farah (9/5): Superb -
- Teresa (8/5): Very good -
- Zlomuzica (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mahir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (10/5): Thanks again near to shops bars and restaurants - Lovely apartment all you needed for your stay Nil

- Assunta (8/5): Very good - Locality Nothing
- Gareth (9/5): Good value & convenient accommodation - Beautifully clean & well equipped
Very comfortable bed
Owner good at customer service
Would definitely use again Owner had some issues with the Booking.com app which resulted in intermittent communication but made personal call after to apologise.
- Rudderham (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the privacy and the garden, great communication by the host, great facilities lovely and spacious clean and comfortable.
- Natasha (8/5): Very good - The flat was really huge, and the location was great for Edgbaston and had everything we needed
We did get an early check in which was great The flat was not the cleanest, I had to clean the shower before I used it
Also, the curtains did not fit the window, so it was very light first thing in the morning
There was no plug socket near the mirror on the wardrobe door,
Outside of property at the rear needs tidying up a little
Personally I would not stay here again
- Iryna (10/5): Room was like a flat-studio, very clean and comfortable. - Close to the bus stop, free car park in front of the house. The room was wonderful with kitchen, TV and everything that you need, have access to the garden. Close to the shop (Lidl). A bit noisy in the night time outside of the street.
- Alex (10/5): Fantastic apartment. - Much bigger than we thought. Clean. Super cute. Highly recommend and we’d love to stay again Kitchen could use an oven pan.
- Adrienne (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect. - It was clean, tidy and comfortable in a very quiet neighbourhood. Nothing
- Dawn (10/5): Awesome stay! - The location was excellent. A 10 minute walk to Edgbaston stadium and Cannon Hill Park. Public transport was a 5 minute walk away.
The apartment was clean and fresh, like a home from home. There was parking on the street outside. The hosts were very welcoming and great communication made for an awesome stay.
Will definitely be checking if this property is available very time we come to Brum! There was nothing to complain about. The only issue was the rain!
- Jo (10/5): Great stay would recommend - Everything. Great apartment and the hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. Nothing
- Nick (9/5): An excellent stay in a comfortable & spacious apartment - Although the external appearance of the buildings are somewhat tired, the apartment is very spacious, well appointed and comfortable.
Access to Edgbaston Cricket, Moseley village and Cannon Hill Park is very simple and easy on foot.
The communication with the host was excellent. Only a personal thing but, as somebody who has back problems from time to time therefore preferring a firm bed mattress, this one was noticeably too soft for me.
- Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (9/5): Great place to stay - Everything has been recently refitted with new furniture and installations (many from IKEA, so fresh and modern). We didn't get to use much of the kitchen because we were only there one night.
It was perfect for a stay after a concert at the nearby Castle and Falcon.
WiFi worked great, especially as I had an evening work call.
I could imagine staying here very comfortably for a week if I needed to be in the area.
Everything looks just like in the photos. There were some "touch points" in the kitchen that had greasy fingerprints, possibly because the protective film on the units hadn't been removed? The crockery was pretty dirty from the previous guests.
The curtains in the bedroom are a bit short, so you get a lot of light in the morning.
- Petr (10/5): It is incomparably better than all those garages-dens which people make into dwellings. - The owner was most attentive, he helped us unload and upload the car. The apartment is spacious, the bed soft but firm, the kitchen modern well well-equipped, bathroom large. I could not use the TV set because it is programmed in complex mode. I just wanted to watch TV news but could not.
- Lynda (9/5): Perfect little home from home. - Easy to find, able to park on road outside. Lovely comfortable and clean little apartment. Lots of room and nice decor. Owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any messages. Could hear neighbours at times but that didn’t disturb the stay.
- Apps (10/5): Exceptional - Deced out to perfection The front door. I
- Husnain (8/5): Very good -
- Lois (9/5): Good value for money stay - We had a lovely stay. The property was a nice size. All amenities needed with extra touches such as tea, coffee and toiletries. Nice shower and the heating was warm. WiFi was good. Responsive host and there was plenty of room on the road outside to park. Could sometimes hear the neighbours but this wasn’t too disturbing. However, there is a door that opens to a very creepy looking cellar in the flat. This door should be locked. It creeped me out - I have attached a photo
- Jasmine (8/5): Very good - Was just a lovely little place, would happily stay again. Plenty of room, comfy couch and bed, exactly what I had hoped for and for the price it was exceptional.
- Ibrahim (9/5): Clean and cosy. Would stay again -
- Lauren (9/5): Warm, homely and nice environment - It was clean and very spacious for the size! Even had a garden. 10 mins from city centre It was modern
- Chappell (10/5): Amazing - The apartment is amazing and the just Shazad top man went out of his way to make my stay a happy one
- Samera (9/5): Superb - I loved how the property was so clean, fresh and homely!
- Martina (9/5): Superb -
- Toju (9/5): Very homely flat with good heating, great set of appliances and lots of room to get comfortable. - The flat was very cosy, nice and spacious. Bathroom is very modern and clean. The living room and open kitchen is a great spot to chill out and play games. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable too. The gadget to control the heating in the house is also very nice to have. The door right next to the front door as you come in is unlocked and opening it peers down into a creepy looking cellar. Not really a detractor but not the most pleasant thing to see.
- Leona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hannah (8/5): Great location and perfect for a couple - Great location - only 10 minute taxi ride to the city centre. Nice clean apartment with amenities. Perfect for a couple. The mattress did have a slight dip in the middle so me and my partner kept rolling in towards eachother.
It could have also done with a mirror near a plug socket but that may be me being picky!
- Henna (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (9/5): Fantastic Apartment Stay - Fantastic apartment, spacious, all essentials covered. Quiet location. Nothing
- Jabad (7/5): Good -
- Louisa (10/5): Perfect! - Spacious property, plenty of parking N/A
- Nabeel (10/5): Exceptional -
- George (8/5): Spacious neat and tidy flat - Excellent host and great communication. Fantastic facilities and very neat and tidy not to mentiion spacious too. Not much as I found the host attentive and accommodating.
- Claire (10/5): AMAZING! Can’t wait to return! Fabulous😀 - WOOOW! So much to list! The size, the layout, the beautiful modern kitchen/living room, the skylight, everything in the bedroom, from the bay windows, the desk, the wardrobe, the layout ( the most comfortable mattress and pillows). The absolutely beautiful bathroom. Furthermore, the fact that cleaning and washing products were available was fab and thoughtful! Easy to access the property and a lovely, friendly and accommodating host!
Absolutely overly delighted with my stay and wish I didn’t have to leave!! NOTHING!! It is impossible not to love everything about this property 😀😀
- Emmanuel (10/5): money well spent, and we will definantly be coming again. - the apartment was very modern, and spacious, we knew that this was a lovely place because we started thinking about how we could renovate our own home with the same style and lighting, the Host was excellent in terms of communication, we had asked if we could check in slightly earlier and he done his utmost best to make that happen, so we are thankful. also was a perfect location 5min drive away from the centre of Birmingham, and takeaway and off licence shops open locally until 3am in the morning. everything was good and better than we expected especially for the price,
- Elle (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was stunning and amazing value for money, and beautifully decorated with extra details. The toiletries and tea and coffees were a lovely touch, would definitely recommend and will be staying again.
- Linda (9/5): Great accommodation with easy parking - Lovely airy spacious flat, ideally located. Nothing
- Kevin (9/5): Nice and clean - Exceptionally clean, great night sleep
- Kerron (10/5): Great - Was very spacious bathroom, living room/kitchen space and bedroom. Seeing as it’s very cold outside the heaters heated up the house well and was well Insulated overall good place to stay thank you Next door was door some outiside work not the properties fault but was very loud so I hope there finish so hopefully nobody will have to experience that
- Stella (10/5): Amazing Apartment - Very spacious and private I very strange thing happened after I popped out, I came back to the Property and the Keys I had wouldn’t open the door! There was I Man calling me from upstairs, asking me who I was, then he went to give me another key to get in!
- Cathy (9/5): Superb - Location was really handy, Moseley has a really good run of independent restaurants/bars and shops and is only round the corner. The shower is great, the living space is spacious. There is a lovely garden to the rear. Parking spot right outside. Guests in another flat returned late at night, but this was hopefully a one off and out of the host’s control.
- Luisa (5/5): Fine for the price but wouldn’t stay again - The interior was clean and the bathroom was beautiful. The host was very responsive. The location wasn’t great, there was a random door leading to a basement that had lots of construction materials in it, and the curtains in the bedroom didn’t cover the window. Additionally the entranceway and halls weren’t very nice. The bed was very soft which wasn’t good for my back.
- Emily (7/5): A nice stay, just needs a few finishing touches to make it great - Location was great
Nice modern apartment. Curtains in the bedroom did not close
No information on how to put heating on- was very cold
Kitchen could do with some more pots, pans and a colander.
- Ellis (10/5): Excellent - The location was excellent and the cleanliness was outstanding More pillows
- Debbie (7/5): A lovely apartment and the hosts were very accommodating helping out with any questions or queries. - Newly refurbished apartment with modern good quality furnishings.
Quiet location with garden area and close to shops and parks. Entrance door and hall need some repairs/updating to be more welcoming.
- Naeem (9/5): Superb -
- Reena (10/5): Brilliant - Beautiful place would stay again Very clean
