• Mark (8/5): We were impressed, so we’ve booked again for next year. - LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION The secure underground car park in such a prime location is an absolute bonus. (Small additional cost) Could benefit from a little updating. Shower pressure needs sorting as it’s a bit of a trickle.
• Emma (8/5): - Fantastic location and spotlessly clean, single beds were comfortable I think it should sleep 6 rather than 10 as once the sofa beds are pulled out there’s no room to move, the sofa beds were also uncomfortable to sleep on and only 1 bathroom for 10 females was sometimes a struggle

• Cet (7/5): Was an ok stay - it was clean,but the pictures were very deceiving,it looks very big in the pictures but it was a very small area for a big group of people (9) the sofa beds and the beds were very uncomfortable and we were very cautious about damaging something because the damage deposit was alot of money,fake tan marks and makeup stains are bound to happen with a group of 9 young women (under 40) that are going out for a 40th birthday! also the shower had no power at all,also being charged for rubbish (if there was alot) is weird

• Aline (3/5): Would not recommend. - Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I have had recently when booking an apartment. First, it was extremely cold in Liverpool during our stay, and the heater in one of the rooms was not working. Additionally, the windows are not double-glazed, which made the apartment very uncomfortable. Second, the property appears to be a former student flat that is now rented out. During the night, from around 3 to 7 am, we were repeatedly disturbed by drunk teenagers shouting in the corridor. One group even attempted to enter our apartment and knocked very forcefully on the door, which was quite alarming. I understand that it was a Friday night however, it was never mentioned how challenging the environment could be, especially for a family of eight staying overnight. Our reservation was from January 2nd to January 4th, but we had to leave after lunchtime and move to a hotel because we could not manage another sleepless night. The host was somewhat helpful initially, but when we requested a refund for the unused night, we received no response.
• Jena (7/5): Great stay for a hen do, little mantinace needed. - We had a generally good stay. Communication with the host was great throughout, and the property was clean and tidy on arrival. The location was very good and the beds were comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. There was no usable WiFi — the signal wasn’t strong enough even to load or watch a film on Disney+ on the TV. Some beds did not have plugs nearby, which made charging devices inconvenient. The dishwasher was out of order during our stay. While there are many house rules, the property itself needs some maintenance attention. One of the windows did not close fully and only latched shut, and there were noticeable scuffs and dents on walls and doors. Although the listing states there is a kitchen with cooking facilities, there were no oven trays, pans, or oven gloves provided, which made it difficult to cook properly. Additionally, the shelves were very sticky, with glasses sticking to them, suggesting they hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly.
• Ellie (8/5): Ideal and comfortable - Location was great. Place was nice and spacious and clean and comfortable. The shower wasn’t the best, struggled to get it hot and not very powerful but otherwise okay.

Kylpyhuoneessa olisi voinut olla suiihku / kylpy-tuotteita. Tiskikone ei ollut käytössä, jos sitä olisi tarvinnut.
• Dominic (8/5): Would stay again and with bathroom upgrade would have received top marks. - Central location and generally well maintained and decorated. Clean with fresh bedding. Bathroom could do with an upgrade.
• nikki (9/5): - Lovely location 2-5 minutes walk to Liverpool one and Matthew street easy enough walk Dock is plausible to walk from lime street if fit enough very clean comfortable beds and good facilities only downfall was for us was lit stairs but we managed and we are all middle to early 60s and Anna was lovely when spoke to her on the phone Stairs

• Beverley (1/5): I would suggest you DO NOT book this property. - Not a lot. The host. The accommodation. The check in process. The car park which left my car in a disguising state. We were ordered to pay £300 deposit before we could stay which was NOT returned unless I agreed to not leave a negative review!! Booking told me to leave the review I wanted after complaining and having to wait weeks to get my refund which I eventually did. The shower didn't work and the property is used for hen and stag parties and abs not suitable for me and my children!

• Will (9/5): Birthday get together - This apartment is perfect for a group of friends staying for a couple of nights. The location means that everything you need is within walking distance. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a group of friends wanting to enjoy a weekend in the centre of Liverpool. What would have made this stay EVEN better would have been having another key as it took a bit of working out having a group of 7 people arriving at different times and wanting to go back to the apartment at various points. All in all, a very minor point to mention on what was a very enjoyable stay.

• Billy (8/5): Comfortable, great location, would stay again as very convenient and beds were comfy. - The Location was perfect, the beds were comfortable the shower had good water pressure and the bathroom was spacious. The apartment seemed a bit crowded for 10 people. The sofa beds when being used took up all the floor space. Only had 1 toilet for 10 people which isn’t really good enough, there should definitely be another toilet
