• Krtalic (1/5): Ravno nuli - Jedino pozitivno jeste blizina mora Parking mjesto ne postoji, kao što je označeno. Čistoća ravno nuli. Apartman smo čistili više od sat vremena kako bi uopće mogli biti u toj prostoriji. U kuhinji se nalazi alat za popravku zidova što uopće nije primjereno da tu stoji. Paukova, prašine u svakom pogledu. Klima prljava , jedva grijala. Plahte prljave, srećom ponijeli svoje. Rupe u zidu povezan s drugim apartmanom, ventilacija.. puhao čitavo večer hladan zrak. Vrata se ključaju samo na grile što uopće ne ulijeva sigurnost u sam ostanak u apartmanu. Za više dana se ne isplati uzimati. Wc je premal i tuš ne radi ispravno. Bojler nije radio, čekali smo dosta dugo dok se ugrijao. Kuhinja prljava, prali posuđe i radne plohe. Apartman smo bolje očistili i ostavili nego je bio kad smo stigli (ljudima učinili uslugu, čistačica očigledno nije za ovog posla). Povrh svega, nazvao sam vlasnika koji je bio drzak i izričito je tražio da označim sa 5 zvjezdica recenziju bookinga. Nije se ispričao ni nakon što sam mu poslao slike kao dokaz da apartman nije spreman za korištenje.

• tasha0208 (8/5): - Это тот случай, когда апартаменты лучше самого города. В хорошем месте, идти придётся узкими переулочками под горку по брусчатке местами. Но апартаменты в 5 мин ходьбы от променадной зоны. Есть все необходимое для готовки самостоятельно. Приехала в 8 утра, сидела до 12 в променадной зоне на жаре. Взяла ключ из коробочки с кодом. Зашла раньше. Стоять на жаре сил не было. Да мне и врачами запрещено. Увидела абсолютно неубранный номер. Пришёл владелец или уборщик, попросил выйти. 1,5 часа убирал, пока я стояла под забором. На ногах. В жаре. Разрешил оставить чемоданы, я отказалась. Так и стояла в узкой улочке, так как тащить по грубой брусчатке чемодан на пластиковых колёсах то ещё испытание. В итоге в 13 часов он милостиво пустил меня в апартаменты. Причём попросил их освободить в 9-30!!! Однако наглость. Не пейте воду из под крана. Чайник был с ужасной накипью. Я 2 раза кипятила его уксусом. В итоге очистила, налила воды из под крана - на дне песок сразу. Воду покупайте. Несмотря на такой отвратительный заезд, номер стоил своих денег, когда его отмыли от грязи

• Loris (10/5): - Appartamento super pulito in un ottima zona. Super fresca non c'è bisogno di accendere il condizionatore neanche in piena estate. Tutto ok.
• Julie (6/5): It was ok but not great. - Nice decor, comfortable Very small bathroom and the unit could’ve been cleaned a bit better. The lock on the door needs to be fixed as it was very fiddly. The Wifi password given to us by the owner didn’t work. The owner told us that if the sheets on the bed were still wet we can hang them up outside to dry.
• Olga (1/5): The Host is impossible to deal with! Beware! Stay at your own risk! - We complained to the owner about not having enough hot water (2 minutes of hot water) and he told us "why don't you go to the sea, us locals don't really use the shower in summer." My friend developed a severe headache and I developed tightness in the chest and sore throat. We had to spend money on medicine and our trip was ruined. Instead of enjoying our stay we spent half of the time calling customer support and trying to get some kind of solution, but NOTHING! Instead of fixing the boiler, the owner sent the repairman to amp up the boiler to MAX so we almost burnt our skin, and the water was still going back to cold after a few minutes. The biggest problem here was the attitude of the owner. None of these problems would've existed if he genuinely listened to previous guests and the repairman. Instead he is gaslighting and acting as if he was right and we were wrong. And the first rule in hospitality is the customer is always right. I'm genius lvl 3, I stayed in dozens and dozens of properties through booking.com and never have I experienced this kind of behaviour from a host. In fact, most of my reviews are positive, but after me and my friend were left traumatised and I had to say something. Please if you do decide to stay here remember it's at your own peril. We left the studio sick, anxious, stressed, moneyless and very disappointed and angry. Our experienced was ruined by lack of Host's professionalism and manners. His ignorant, nonchallannt, gas lighting behaviour made me and my friend feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. What was supposed to be a great experience quickly turned into a nightmare. It was my friend's first time in Split and I wanted her to have a great experience, however shortly after we arrived we decided to do our laundry as it was sunny outside and we wanted to wash our swimming costumes and some other clothes for our tour the next morning. For some reason to washing machine broke and our clothes got stuck, we tried everything but couldn't get our stuff out. I messaged the host and he said he will send someone to have a look 3 DAYS LATER!!! So we ended up having to spend over £60 each just for the replacement clothes, so that's over £120 of the money we weren't planning on spending. Secondly we found that there was very little hot water (around 2 minutes) which wasn't enough even for one of us as we are both women with long hair. So when the repairman finally came after 3 days to get our clothes out he told me that the machine breaks all the time because the owner hasn't left the instructions how to use the washing machine, because it's not a standard washing machine and it requires special attention. Repairman said that he said to the owner multiple times to do something about it, but the owner seemed to just ignore his request. At that time my friend started experiencing severe headaches because we had to wash our hair with cold water, and my throat became soar and I started experiencing pain in my chest. I asked the repairman if he can please do something about the boiler as well, as it's barely heating up water and me and my friend were getting sick. The repairman said that the boiler is broken and that the boiler has been broken for a while, so the water is only warming up in a small section of the boiler and the rest of it doesn't work.

Helpful information provided by WhatsApp. Check in easy.great location. Quiet area. Switches only labelled in Croation. English translation would be helpful.
• Taxiarchis (4/5): Disappointing - - Great location - Spacious - Modern design - Had all the supplies a tourist may need during his stay - Host answers fast - Apartment wasn’t clean - When we complained about the hygiene and the cleaning of the house, the owner came angry at our door and shouted at us - We were asked to finish the unfinished cleaning when we showed the parts of the apartment that weren’t clean
• Maja (9/5): Value for money apartment - Great location! We spent 3 nights in this apartment. On a walking distance to everything in the old city, but still located in a very quiet area. The apartment is equipped with literally anything you might need. Pictures true to reality. Not connected to the apartment itself, but some neighbours from the above apartments were acting very impolite
• Sinead (2/5): Very poor - We struggled to find the entrance late at night, and didn't have a contact to help us. Once in the apartment there was 0 information, and we weren't given the wifi password. Additionally they asked us to check out 30 minutes before what was indicated on our booking. They haven't answered any of our questions. The apartment is nice but I'd rather have something less charming with friendly and helpful staff.
• Kerry (9/5): Superb - Just as it's named charming and in a great central location to see all of Split. Lovely and quiet area.
• Jen (9/5): Really lovely spot right in the heart of Split. - Really clean, comfortable and well equipped. The host was very accommodating, replied quickly to any questions we had and provided a user manual for the appliances etc. The location is amazing for seeing Split Old City and there was no noise for the night we stayed. It’s a great place to stay. The hot water had been switched off before we arrived, the host helped us resolve it (couldn’t find the switch) but after half an hour of waiting we had mostly cold showers.
• Michele (3/5): No free parking & not very clean. - The location was great - very close to Old Town (<5 min walk); wash machine was handy; free wine. Not ideal if you come with a car: there was no free parking included at the property (as was advertised); instead the host is actually referring to free city parking, for which we had to drive around an hour and a half for to find a spot and it was 1km away, which was really not ideal with a 6 month old and tons of luggage as a result. Also note that the property is in a pedestrian-only zone, so you can't drop your luggage at the door if you have a car. The apartment was not properly cleaned (the garbage in the toilet was full and smelled horrific, the bath towels smelled of cigarette smoke, the floors were sandy/gritty, there were bags full of garbage/ clothes in the entrance stashed behind the wash machine, and the kitchen counters/table were filthy). Additionally, there were electric cables hanging freely above the wash machine which seemed quite unsafe. We couldn't get the dishwasher to work. And the duvet on the queen size bed was the size of a single bed duvet but rotated 90 degrees, so it didn't even cover our feet and was difficult to share between two people. We attempted to bring up the parking and cleanliness issue directly with the host after we checked-out and they were not receptive to the feedback at all (for example telling us that free city parking is still free parking even if it's 1km away and not guaranteed, and that we should have emptied the bin ourselves if it was full upon arrival).

• Amie (8/5): Ideal location in a quiet area and the room itself was clean and tidy! Not ideal for someone with a car - The room was in a good location, not far to walk into the old town but still in a quiet area. The room was perfect for what we needed We booked this room as it said there was parking available however this was street parking which was very hard to find a spot. We went back the next day and our hire car had been towed! Wouldn’t recommend this room for someone with a car or would just advise them to pay for a long stay car park which is safer than the street parking
• Johanna (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the location. Not a huge fan of being by tourist all the time and this was great for that. Not a far walk at all from everything and close to local bakeries and cafes. It was comfortable and we would stay again.
