• Hansson (6/5): Close to roman sights - It is close to the city center and basically all the roman sights and a aprox. 20 minutes walk to the train station and a aprox. 25 minutes walk to the main bus station in Tarragona. Close to the beach! Thank you Ferran for letting us check out later! The apartment is situated on a busy street with a lot of traffic so we could'nt use the balcony/ terrace at all. There is only one glass windows throughout the apartment so it is a "noisy" place to live. We sent a question to Ferran and it took him 4 days to answer, not good!

• Lorraine (2/5): Very disappointing - The location. Easy handover of keys. The building is was encased in netting, ready for work to be carried out. Owner explained it was to stop plaster falling on pedestrians. The ceiling of the terrace is badly peeling. The locks on the 2 front bedrooms did not work ( the owner seemed uninterested. Stating the neighbour is an old lady. I am not sure of why that would matter. The blind in the living room is broke along with 2 lights one in the bedroom. In my opinion very dangerous if planning on taking children as there are exposed electrics near the front door. Covered with cardboard. We left after one night. The railings at the front did not seem very secure. It was getting to the stage where the mortar/plaster was eroding and in time this could definitely become a problem. In my opinion this property should not be let put in its current state. The owner did give us some of the money paid back. His attitude was appalling. He kept saying he didn’t have to give us anything. He obviously does not consider it right and proper to inform people of these issue. He kept saying he was returning the deposit because of the noise!! This was the least of our problems with this property. At one stage the operator at booking.com told us he thought we had people staying. This was certainly not the case. Me and my husband are honest people who have great reviews. I have been renting properties through booking.com for many years. This has really shocked us. I thought they vetted properties. Booking.com have been informed of the issues. I have always given honest reviews, just as this is. Be careful and check with the owner the necessary works as above have been completed before you book.

• Ksenia (8/5): Very good - The apartament is modern, well arranged and spacious. It has a lovely balcony, very comfortable beds, great kitchen, living space and bathroom. This apartment is great for families or groups. The location is close to the amphitheatre , shops and a beautiful beach. In just a 15 minute walk there is a train station that has connections with Barcelona and the nearby town of Salou with has lots of attractions for every type of person. The air conditioning is very high quality and cools down the apartment almost instantly which is perfect when the temperature outside is over 30°c. This apartment also includes a washing machine, fridge/freezer, gas stove top and oven, TV and WiFi. There Is lots of storage space if anyone is staying here for a longer period of time with a lots of storage. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and welcoming. Over all my stay along with 2 friends was very good and we are all satisfied with the facilities of this apartment. As the apartment is located on a busy road, even when the doors are shut and the blinds are down the traffic below is very loud. The cleanliness of the apartment not great. During our stay there was not any hot/warm water in the shower or sinks, the shower doors are also broken, so great caution needs to be taken when closing and opening them.
• Kostyantyn (10/5): We all liked it. Price, location, amenities. - We prepared breakfast ourselves. The kitchen has everything you need for this. The apartment is large, has everything necessary for a large family or just a company of people. Linen is new and clean, good beds. Everything corresponds to the price. This is just a comfortable, cool, inexpensive vacation apartment. If you're looking for something like that, this is exactly what you need.
