Guest Reviews
- Steven (10/5): -
- Angela (10/5): - La casa tenía todo lo que se puede necesitar. Muy limpia y camas muy cómodas! Nada
- Jonathan (10/5): Above our expectations - Very Clean, warm and full of all accessories in the kitchen and bathroom all well functioning. Quiet house even if it's so near in the city center. Was perfect for 3 persons and the beds were very comfortable. This house is located in a beautiful small town of 6.000 people ( you find bakery, supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, fish and chips, pharmacy etc ) in a strategic place. The proprietary is very kind and explained everything to us. We enjoyed our stay so much that I didn't like that after 10 days I had to go out of this hospitable beautiful house.
- Gary (10/5): This property is a credit to the hosts. Communication was first class. We were here for a family wedding in Comrie. Fell - Property is in a central location. It has absolutely everything required for a comfortable stay. There were 4 of us and the double room and twin room were perfect for our needs. Parking was a bit difficult but managed to park around the corner on Millar Street
- Susan (8/5): - Everything we needed including a Christmas tree. Lack of parking.
- Robert (5/5): Didn't stay as couldn't park and very steep. - Have no idea - the property is in an awkward place half way up a fairly steep hill with no parking or stopping area nearby. I had gotten the impression we could stop to at least drop off luggage but due to building work there really was nothing available. We were certainly not going to lug everything up the steep hill so didn't stay and, worse of all, would be trying to find a parking spot each night - the afore mentioned building works had covered several spaces so the very small amount left nearby were all gone.
I also had no idea the rear of the property was a right of way for all neighbours to cross - if I had read this properly and realised I would never have booked the place anyway.
So - it is probably lovely inside but we never got further than looking at the front door. Maybe better for youngsters and not wrinklies like us. Situation - lack of parking - right of way.
- Deborah (9/5): - Perfect location, right in the centre of the town. We had everything we needed, and the cottage was cosy and comfortable. We had to park a fair way off, but it wasn't a problem for us.
- Phil (9/5): Excellent! - A great place for a say. Very impressed by the attention to detail. e.g. spare lightbulbs, batteries etc. available. Parking is a bit difficult. Usually we needed to park a couple of streets away.
- Louise (10/5): Prima verblijf ligging centraal. Alles aanwezig. -
- Edward (10/5): -
- Eva (10/5): -
- Keith (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent, very near bars and restaurants,
Kitchen was well equipped with a large table ,
Bedrooms were spacious Parking was difficult as area was very restricted,
- Jennifer (7/5): Well equipped, great location. - Great location. Good value for money. It was a bit cold at times but we had control of the heat settings so warms up after a while

- Alastair (10/5): A++++ - Lovely Property, Very responsive Host, would definitely recommend this property to others
- Sarah (9/5): Comfortable place in a central location - A comfortable cosy cottage in the centre of Crieff. It's close to shops, restaurants and pubs and there are lovely walks nearby. The bedroom is comfortable and the shower works well. The kitchen had everything we needed. There's a great local food shop just across the road and a small supermarket. ALDI is about 15 to 20 mins walk. It was lovely to have a long walk in the countryside then come back to a nice warm place where we could relax.
- Sarah (8/5): Warm & comfortable in central location - The property was clean & comfortable
- Sally (10/5): Excellent location. Comfortable with good facilities. A great stay. -

- Claire (8/5): Really lovely cosy cottage with great location for visit Crieff. - The location was great, beds were really comfortable, house had all the facilities we needed. Very clean with the exception of a few cobwebs. The derelict hotel across the road was a bit creepy.
- Joanne (9/5): Cute cottage - Location and the cottage was like a home away from home
- Christine (9/5): A perfect and comfortable getaway - Close proximity to town and everything you need.
It was well equipped and comfortable.
- Patricia (8/5): A pleasant stay. Very convenient location. Crieff a really nice town - Great location, very comfortable, home from home. Maybe needs freshening up a bit.

- Mark (8/5): Very good - Location and convenience No bathroom toiletries or coffee maker as listed
- Sheila (10/5): Very enjoyable - Unfortunately can not think of anything negative to say about your property. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay even though weather was a bit wet. Plenty entertainment videos etc if bored and plenty of shops of all kinds near by. Wet weather can’t think of anything
- Lynn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elaine (8/5): Very good - Location to amenities was great
House was clean and tidy Hip problems going up back stairs was difficult
- Khaled&marisa (10/5): Location very handy for work. Host was very accommodating. Highly recommended. -
- Holly (10/5): Wonderful. Our favourite place yet. Truly wish to return soon. Highly recommend. - It was just the perfect location for us, incredible value for money, comfortable and homely, clean, well supplied, well thought out, just a truly lovely little home to stay in. Trying to get the heating right initially was confusing as it didn’t correlate with what was in the instructions.
Being overlooked so intensely downstairs from windows is a shame as can’t have blinds up for daylight.
Couldn’t get the on street parking, as mentioned, at every point as it was usually full, but found a derelict area to park across the road.
But all of this was manageable and didn’t ruin our stay whatsoever.
- Geoffrey (10/5): Exceptional - Nice little house, with easy access to the middle of the town. Not much! Be warned if you are driving however that parking is up the hill from the house.
- Abby (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - Amazing location, beautiful cottage! We had the most wonderful holiday. Very pleased with the cottage, this is our new home from home and we will be staying every time we come to visit our family in Crieff. Can’t recommend the property enough, it’s beautiful, so cosy and the beds are very comfortable, has everything at your fingertips.
- Franziska (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (10/5): Great stay - Perfect location for visiting family. Finding parking as we had a a family member with limited mobility
- Maria (10/5): Fantastic accommodation. - Superb location. Spotless regarding cleanliness. Shower; excellent.
Extremely well stocked regarding electrical items as well as cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, tea towels, washing tablets, tissues. Every need has been catered for. My husband and I would definitely book this again should we revisit Crieff. Other then my comment below, which I raise as a suggestion. We wish we had booked a longer stay. Not a complaint, but a suggestion. Drain in shower needs to have some drain unblock? Water is very slow to drain away.
- Steve (9/5): Superb -
- Liz (10/5): Exceptional - Ideal location in the centre of Crieff. Accommodation has everything you need, very clean with lovely decking to sit outside. Nothing
- Onne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (8/5): A good location for visiting Perth, Stirling and nearby Lochs. - Close to shops and cafes. Not enough free parking spaces in immediate vicinity, which meant paid parking on the other side of the main road. Only parked outside on day of arrival.
- Kev (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (8/5): Avonlea, Crieff - Location it was central and the shops, bars and restaurants where within 150yds of the property Parking can be a problem, even though its free. There is some free parking near the Gutkhas restaurant, but you're only allowed to park for 3 days
- Colin (9/5): Very happy comfortable holiday -
- Bernard (9/5): lovely 3 days - close location to city centre, friendly staff. Excellent breakfast .
good parking. I did pay 100 per night which I thought was slightly expensive. I did notice some clients were paying 75 per night.
- Joan (9/5): Perfect accommodation for our walking holiday. - Very clean and had a homey atmosphere.
- Lawrence (8/5): Very good -
- Nelson (10/5): Exceptional - The place was like home so cosy had everything you could need so clean so close to the centre and will definitely be going again. We had to leave
- Michelle (9/5): Great value, location & happy s/c stay in central Crieff - Great wee place for a great stay in Crieff. Fab central location, easy access instructions and great communication with owner.
Had everything you needed for a catering stay in kitchen facilities and cooking basics. Would highly recommend. Only one thing and wasn't about the property so much as the parking - we stayed for 3 nights and were able to get parked very nearby 1st night and a wee bit further away rest of the time. Only 5 minutes walk, so nothing major, we just happened to bring enough with us for a weeks holiday, so a couple of trips back and forth. Wouldn't stop us staying, though, lol.
- Shaun (9/5): Superb -
- Sharon (8/5): Very good -
- Laura (5/5): cottage was in a fab place with some great qualities just needs a clean - prime location and cosy feel
heating facilities fab with the little one travel cot was filthy with mould on it from previous uses
rugs and furniture and appliances in kitchen were grimey
- Graeme (9/5): Superb -
- Tom (9/5): Cosy cottage with everything you need! - Very cosy
Proximity to town centre
Warm
Nicely decorated
Great facilities
That consumables from previous visitors like coffee ketchup rice herbs etc haven't been wasted and just thrown away, but kept to save money for the next booking and save waster. Being on a motorcycle we really appreciated this! Bit of a leak from the shower through the ceiling
A steep hill if you have issues with mobility
Otherwise great and we'd look for an excuse to visit again
- Kate (8/5): Very good -
- Shonah (8/5): Very good -

- Claire (10/5): Our Honeymoon stay - It was so clean, pretty and cosy!! We stayed here for our Honeymoon and it was perfect! The bed was really comfortable and we had everything we needed and more!! Perfectly located for the town, and local buses into Perth or Stirling were fantastic! Loved the games shelf!! Having a dishwasher and washing machine was heaven as we were staying a full week so we didn't have to bring home a ton of washing! WiFi, TV with Netflix etc, lamps, comfort. Back door with a decking area and seating. It was bigger than expected, really bright and spacious!!
