Keybox and access to main door and apartment were very straightforward. Apartment was excellent, very clean and very well equipped. N/A
- Baboush (10/5): Appartement fonctionnel et bien décoré au bout de High Street - L'appartement est fonctionnel, très bien agencé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine (y compris sel, poivre, tablettes lave-vaisselle...). Et deux ventilateurs très appréciés par cette chaleur estivale. Petit livret avec recommandations de restaurants, choses à faire, etc. Joseph a été très réactif lorsque j'ai eu une question, échanges par l'application Booking. Le petit plus : compte Netflix à disposition des clients ! Vraiment chouette. Rien, tout était parfait ! J'ai apprécié mon séjour et je réserverai à nouveau si je reviens dans les environs.

- Josh (10/5): A perfect spot for a family of four to use as a base to explore the Cotswolds and beyond! - The property has been renovated to an excellent standard and had all of the requirements needed for our family of four (children aged 4 and 10mths) It’s not in the greatest area of town but we had no issues and the neighbours were friendly

Mattresses were very comfortable and it was noise free at night. I am puzzled as to why self-catering accommodation providers fill precious space with built in wardrobes. Does anyone fully unpack their clothes? A long bench to place an open suitcase and a few wall hooks would be perfect.

We emailed Elena, Jacob came around, fixed it and gave us a bottle of wine by way of an apology. Fabulous service. Ability to park, and the bed was soooo comfy. Very near city centre so great location. Being picky - not having a brush to sweep the floor before we left as we made a bit of a mess with breadcrumbs, another Tea Towel would have been useful,

- Lucy (10/5): Fantastic location, hosts and space. - The flat was spacious and open. Each room is decorated to a high standard and is beautiful. It is a great flat for people wanting to explore Cheltenham and the surrounding areas. It has Waitrose at the bottom of the road and a large Tesco about 3 min walk. It is on the lower end of the high street so easy to walk into the town and a short walk (15/20mins) to the train station. There are also several bus routes nearby too. Parking was on the street (I was a bit worried about trying to find the allocated space around the back) and I got a space both nights I stayed. Beds were comfortable and I didn't hear noise from elsewhere during my stay.
I visit Cheltenham often and will be sure to book here again!!! I cannot fault anything with the property.
