Spațios, curățenie aproape zilnică și schimbat așternuturi/prosoape la 2 zile, parcare asigurată, cu view spre mare. Grădină cu măslini, șezlonguri, băncuțe și acces la o mică plajă. Perne și paturi inconfortabile. O modernizare a facilităților ar fi apreciată.

• Günter (9/5): Total erholsamer Urlaub - Die Lage war super! Der Garten war klasse und der Zugang zum Meer war unbeschreiblich. Es war toll, weil wir oft vor dem Frühstück noch eine halbe Stunde im Meer schwimmen waren. Wir waren erstaunt, dass jeden Tag die Wohnung gereinigt wurde. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Anlage liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortskerns, aber zu Fuß sind die verschiedenen Tavernen sehr gut zu erreichen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal anreisen, dann möchten wir eine Wohnung im 1. OG. Über uns war nämlich ein "Trampeltier" - das hat schon früh am Morgen genervt. Es war alles sehr gut!

Great apartment with sea view and also mountain view(as we've had 2 terraces), situated in the middle of an olive trees garden, very close to the beach, but in the same time, very quiet place. Apartment has been cleaned every day, every 3 days the sheets and towels had been changed. The kitchen well equipped. The host very discreet, polite and smiling. I'd return in this place anyway. I highly recommend it.

На території віли була церква, що було дуже приємним, але нажаль вона завжди закрита. Трохи незручна кухня. Для того щоб зварити каву — достатньо, але якщо ви плануєте готувати повноцінну їжу, то будуть труднощі.

We asked for a room on the first floor with view of the sea 6 months in advance, it was disappointing when we were put downstairs

• ConstantinS (10/5): Wonderful stay in Zakynthos - Cozy villa, very close to the beach. Eleni our host was very welcoming and communicative. In case you wonder were Greeks spend their summer vacation, this is the spot. It tells a lot :). We really enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace, in the olive yard. We definitely recommend and very likely will be back. Maybe an upgrade of the appliances will do.

• Biljana (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, super quiet and peaceful. What we really loved was the small private beach. It’s rocky, but that actually made it feel even more special and private. Great place to just chill, swim, and enjoy the view. If you're looking for a calm getaway, this is definitely the place. The hosts were wonderful, kind and always available if we needed anything. The villa was extremely clean and well-maintained. They cleaned it every day, which made our stay even more comfortable. Just a heads up – if you want to explore the island, you'll definitely need a car since the villa’s a bit out of the way. But for boat trips, it’s a great starting point – it’s about a 30 minute drive to the main ports where most of the tours leave from. I highly recommended if you're looking for a quiet, clean, and beautiful place to unwind. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, and some of the appliances are a bit older, but it still had everything we needed to cook basic meals.

The path through the garden down to the sea was ideal, and the outdoor shower on the hillside was perfect to rinse off after a swim!

It is located in a quiet but lovely area of the island. Overall, we had a great stay here. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. We were on a ground floor apartment which had only direction towards the sea not a seaview as I hoped and asked in advance of booking.
• Borut (10/5): A beautiful and peaceful location with an olive grove and access to the sea for a quiet holiday. - Location is indeed exceptional with a grand view of the sea, a beautiful olive grove in front of the house and a lovely little path to a nice bay where you can swim on your own. And a lovely threecolored cat.
• Teresa (10/5): A beautiful place with a lot of nature - It is a really beautiful place and we had a great stay. The apartment (2 rooms) was very comfortable and spacious and the hosts were very kind and supportive. The appartment was very clean and was cleaned every day. We stayed there with our toddler and would totally recommend the place for families (baby bed and high chair were provided). We had an appartment with sea view and it had a very nice large balcony that had shadow all day which was absolutely perfect for us as we also spent quite some time in the apartment. There is a private bay where you can go swimming a few metres down from the place (as seen in the pictures, it is not a sandy beach). There is also a sandy beach with shallow water nearby (Amoudi beach maybe 1 km away) which is very suitable also for small children and even provides natural shadow. It is a calm place with a lot of nature in the surroundings and a great value for money. We would like to say thank you for such a nice time and hope to be able to come back. Nothing, we would totally recommend the place. Note that it is a rather quiet area with a lot of nature, so that a car is useful (parking spaces are available).

We really appreciated everyday cleaning and very kind and helpful behaviour by the owner of property. Maybe there could be a bit better equipment in the kitchen. But for very basic use it was enough...

Loved being able to sleep with the window open - Great location, amazing views, peace and quiet, shops and restaurants nearby in walking distance. The shower has good water pressure. Everything we needed was there, even shower gel, shampoo, and a bottle of water in the fridge. Can’t think of anything.

Charming, efficient host (thanks Eleni!); rooms cleaned and bedding changed every couple of days. Delightful, large garden with sunbeds under the olive trees and view of the Ionian sea - perfect for a relaxing stay. Nice spacious apartment with large terrace. Ample parking. Short drive or easy walk into Ammoudi village with excellent choice of tavernas and two little supermarkets. Steep climb up from beach to garden, but no trouble for most people. It was a shame that the second bedroom didn't have a/c, but otherwise it was pretty much idyllic.

Its (almost) private beach is one of the best beach on the Island - 2 mins walk from the apartment. If you really looking for a natural quite place, this is ideal for rests. Stores, restaurants in 5 mins walk. On the ground floor wi-fi was sometimes weak.

• Diana (6/5): Ok - The view to the sea is very nice. Overall it’s clean enough. The furniture wasn’t dusted, but the bed was clean. The proximity. I didn’t feel safe walking around there. The stores are very far away, there are dogs from other properties that are unchained, and weird people around. This has nothing to do with the property itself, but it’s something you should consider. The bathroom is extremly small.

Room cleaning every 3 days but as we were staying 4 night they cleaned it after 2 days which was really nice. Our flight was in the evening and we were allowed to do the check out later on which means we gained another beach day! Totally recommended The beds were very hard

The apartment was large enough, as well as terrace, which is lovely for enjoying sea view, morning excercise and meditating. The apartment was completely cleaned 2 times during 11 days stay. The family that own apartments is very kind, friendly and hostile. More new dishes in kitchene would be nice, although we managed with existing ones.

• Leonidas (10/5): Fantastic stay with amazing sea view - Amazing accommodation! We had a room on the 1st floor with sea view. The view was incredible, and it was really quiet and peaceful, so perfect to rest. The room was fully equipped too (had a kitchenette with stove, fridge and all the necessary kitchenware). Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was great too, in a quiet area but with a nice sandy beach 2-3 min walk away and a nice grill taverna 5 min walk away. There was private parking which really helped since we had a car. The owners were the nicest as well. In addition, the price was very reasonable! What more to ask! :)
• Zemljotaur (8/5): Peace for your eyes, ears, mind, stomach and soul. - We had a very good time! The two bedroom apartment was clean, adequately equipped, roomy with a big terrace. The whole facility is very nice, with a lot of parking space, a big olive garden with sunbeds and two porches looking at the sea. Direct access to the sea (not a beach) is a bit rocky, but once you're in the sea, it's just sand. We spent almost every day there. There's a vending machine in front of the facility, with local snacks and beverages, which was useful, and it was frequently restocked. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. They're always around when you need them and with a smile. As mentioned, no internet access. We found a workaround by buying a local sim card for, but you'll have to go to the Zakynthos City (or better if you have an e-sim capable device). The rest of it is more about the town itself. It's pretty, peaceful, small and it has almost everything you might need. There's no pharmacy (there's a few in the next town only a few km away). Public transport on the island is terrible, only 5 busses a day, except Sunday, but as on any island, car/rent-a-car is a must.
• Milan (9/5): Great accommodation - The view from the balcony is astonishing! We were in the room on the first floor. The hosts are great! Everything is exceptionally clean! The sea is 50m away, and water is crystal clear with sandy bottom! There is plenty of space for parking in the front yard, and there is a big garden with olive trees, natural shade with sea view in the back yard. There are mosquito nets on doors and windows, which is great. The kitchen and the bathroom are pretty small but functional. There is no WiFi, but that is mentioned in the description. That (WiFi) can be an opportunity for improvement.
